en ce qui conserne les conditions de vie la bas, quels sont les choses, ou produits (hygiène, médical, loisirs...) à ne pas oublier de façon à éviter à ce que le séjour (6 mois) ne vire au cauchemar. il en va de meme pour les conseils que vous pourriez me donner, je suis à l'affut de toutes informations pour passer un trés bon séjour.
par ailleurs je recherche un guide touristique sur le pays, mais je n'ai rien trouvé.

je ne sais pas si tu es déja au cameroun. Mais si tel n'est pas le cas j'ose croire que je pourrais t'aider.
Bien la province de l'Est est couverte dans sa majorité d'une fôret de type équatorial. Son chef de département est Bertoua qui est sa principale ville. Dans tous les cas tu trouveras dans les grandes métropoles(Douala et Yaoundé) tous les produits qui te seront nécessaire pour ton séjour. En bref, il n'y a que les moustiques et la qualité de l'eau qui pourront être un handicape. Quant à un guide ça dépend de tes destinations. merci de ta reponse, et en parcourant bien des forums aujourd'hui, je me suis douté que je n'avais pas besoin de partir avec mon épicier du coin. avec mon amie, nous assurerons tout de meme sur certains produits, comme ceux pour l'hygiene, meme si je pense que l societe qui m'emploie a tout prevu.
nous serons au cameroun vers le 10/01 et nous partons vers mindourou, aux abords de la forêt puisque je vais travailler pour societe dans le secteur du bois.
pour les moustiques et bien nous arriverons avec l'arsenal adequat, et pour l'eau nous prevoyons de l'hydroclonazone...
concernant le traitement contre le palu, je me demande si je dois le faire en etant 6 mois (voir peut etre plus) sur place... est ce que l'est est infesté de moustique ?

Je suis ravi que tu ais pu te faire une idée du nécessaire pout on séjour.
Je vais te rassurern l'Est n'est pas infesté de moustiques. Mais c'est mieux de prévoir des lotions antimoustiques car dans les forets c'est sur de les rencontrer de temps en temps.
Je constate que tu n'as pas mentionné le besoin d'un guide. Dans tous les cas si t'as besoin d'un guide pour le ville ou tu seras, tu trouveras sur place et tes collègues pourront t'aider dans ce sens là.
Moi je réside à Douala donc si t'as besoin de mon aide tu n'auras qu'à me faire signe. Apparement vous veez zn Janvier?

pour le guide touristique il existe le petit futé comme guide touristique sur le cameroun c'est le seul que tu puisse avoir en France dans les librairie ou à l'ambassade du cameroun

c'est pas la peine de vouloir te compliquer la vien avec des conseils de faut pas faire ci faut faire ça, arrive au cameroun et laisse toi aller tout se passera bien tant dans ton travail que pour ton integration, soit simplement humble et sumpathique. Les camerounais sont tres hospitalier, tres chaleureux, et amicaux et puis comme partout ailleurs fais attention car il peut y avoir un malhonnete, un pick pocket et autres

Disons que ce n'est pas facil de te faire comme ça une liste mais je pense que vous devez d'abord assuré toute votre trousse de toilette (savons, lait, dentifrice, déo eau de toilette, sous vetement.....
pas ces choses ne s'y trouve pas mais pas sur de toujours avoir la meme marque de lait que vous utilise ou savon ou déo ou eau de toillete. petite trousse medicale, petit materiel de pansement, lampe torche, chaussure de routard car mauvais etat des routes (boue), moustiquaire impregne pour votre chambre, qlq chose contre la pluie, qlq cachet au cas ou l'eau mineral viendrait a finir si vous allez dans une localité enclavé
