Notre projet se concrétise pour une installation en thailande dans 4 - 5 ans maximum. Le seul souci qui nous reste à régler est : Comment peut on faire pour garder notre couverture sociale surtout moi (mon mari est retraité de l'armée donc aucun souci la dessus) car nous serons non résidant en thailande jusqu'à nos 5O ans. Faut-il cotiser à une autre caisse, puis-je m'inscire sur la sécu de mon mari ????? Y-a-t-il des personnes qui puissent nous renseigner ?

Pour un premier temps autant vous renseigner directement aupres de la caisse de votre mari..sinon vous avez le CFE ...la securite social des francais installes a l'etranger ...les cotisations ne sont pas donnees et ne couvre je crois qu'a 70% ...bcp de gens ici qui ne sont pas salaries par des entreprises francaises et qui recoivent leur salaire en baht cotisent a des assurances privees ..telle que Axa , Bupa.. et bien d'autres....
Sur Vf je lis pas mal de choses sur le ressenti des gens envers la Thailande et je constate avec plaisir que vous etes de plus en plus nombreux a venir passer votre retraite en terre Asiatique ....โชคดี et bonne continuation..

Je ne comprends pas bien votre situation: allez-vous vivre à l'année en Thaïlande tout en restant résident en France?
En ce cas vous ne seriez pas résident en France, et vous ne seriez pas couverts par la Sécu, à moins de faire une fausse déclaration et vous "domicilier" chez des amis ou famille en France.
Il se peut aussi que les retraités de l'Armée aient des dispositions particulières, d'après ce que vous dites, il me semble que vous pourriez être pris en charge par ce biais?
Dans le cas général, selon mes infos:
si vous êtes résident en Thaïlande, 2 solutions pour être couvert à "100%":
- vous cotisez à la CFE, ( tarifs dégressifs), sur une base de remboursement Secu, et vous complétez par une assurance privée ( très cher)
- vous prenez un contrat d'assurance privée thaï qui vous couvre à 100%. Je vais dans 2 semaines me renseigner sur place sur ces produits. Apparemment ce serait moins cher.

A partir du moment ou tu quittes le Territoire National...Plus de couverture sociale, que tu soit civil ou militaire ne change rien.....😕

perosnellement : zero probleme avec la CFE depuis 10 ans , y compris lors des hospitalisations en France!

Non, pas du tout! Si tu es salarié en France, pas de soucis!
Sinon, ne pas oublier qu'en cas de gros pépin (K>50 - le K étant un classement de gravité), le tout est de rentrer en France où vous serez pris en charge à 100% quelque soit votre situation. Donc, le plus important, c'est d'avoir une assurance rapatriement.
A compléter, éventuellement, par une assurance locale pour les soins sur place.
Séjour à titre privé ou professionnel dans un pays étranger hors Union Européenne, Espace Economique Européen* ou Suisse.
Sauf dispositions contraires dans les conventions et règlements internationaux, les frais de soins encourus lors d´un séjour à titre privé à l’étranger ne sont pas pris en charge par la CNMSS. 😠

Si tu regardes bien les conditions pour perdre sa secu:
vous êtes recruté directement par une entreprise étrangère pour travailler à l'étranger ; votre employeur vous envoie travailler à l'étranger pour une durée limitée mais n'a pas choisi le régime de détachement ;vous étiez détaché mais la durée maximale de votre détachement est atteinte ;vous partez vivre à l'étranger.
Tu peux voir que si on est employé par une entreprise française, comme détaché (c'est ce que j'aurais du préciser), on ne perd pas ses droits.
Cela me semble normal puisque dans ce cas, on paye ses charges et l'employeur les siennes, en France. Les impôts aussi, normalement, sont payables en France dans ce cas là (sauf cas particuliers!).
Je ne pense pas non plus que les militaires retraités perdent leurs droits en s'installant à l'étranger. Mais pour cela, je suis une source moins sure... 😛

les soins dispensés à un pensionné, ou ses ayants droits résidant dans un pays étranger sont remboursés par la caisse de prévoyance.........il appartient à l'intéressé
d'acquitter le montant des dépenses, idem cas hospitalisation et d'adresser tous les documents à la caisse......également si possible une traduction
Remboursement dans les mémes conditions que pour les bénéficiaires habitant en France, qu'il s'agisse d'une maladie ou d'un accident
(source notice à l'attention des pensionnés résidant à l'étranger)
Donc il y a des cas différents.............

En gros, ce que je voulais préciser c'est qu'on ne pert pas ses droits si on part pour le boulot.... ce qui peut être à réfléchir comme idée lorsqu'on à 4/5 ans devant soit. C'est tout.
Je crois que chaque cas est "particulier" : entre les différents régimes , postes, EDF, SNCF, général, armée, etc..... + les conditions de l'installation : expat employé d'une société, Expat solo, etc...... De fait il ne peut pas y avoir "UNE" réponse......

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

The project is simple:
