tout dépend du coin désirée BKK par exemple est très grand .. il faut faire un choix .. ( vivre parmi les expats ou la populations .. etc )
dans les 200 euros il y certes des condos avec piscine .. etc /

Bonjour, j'ai des amis qui vivent sur l'ile de Phuket du coté de Rawai, pour une petite villa, 2 chambres, grande cuisine, clim et tout le confort ainsi qu'une belle terrasse, prix à l'année : 200000 THB soit environ 4000 euros, les loyers se payent à l'année de préférence, vous bénéficiez dans ce cas d'une très importante réduction. Evidemment le cas du visa est à prendre en compte sauf si vous avez plus de 50 ans, en effet à cet âge on peut être considéré en Thailande comme retraité, il faut justifier d'une rente d'environ 1300 euros par mois ou disposer d'un capital de 16000 euros, ce qui vous donne droit à un visa d'un an, renouvelable chaque année en fonction des jutifs cités plus haut, si vous ètes dans ce cas, foncez.....

re bonjour, je n'ai pas d'adresse à vous conseiller sur internet, ces "affaires" se trouvent sur place, je ne pourrais que vous conseiller de commencer par trouver une guest house pas trop chère, j'en connais une sur phuket tenue par un français, et ensuite de chercher une fois sur place un appart ou une maison, les prix que vous trouverez à distance sur internet sont toujours très chers. Il reste interressant dans beaucoup de cas de louer à l'année même pour des séjours multiples, sur Bangkok je ne connais pas trop, dans le nord ouest les prix sonc encore plus bas, comme dans le nord est, tout dépends de ce que vous souhaitez faire la bas. Le prix varie beaucoup en fonction des saisons et de la durée de location.
C'est quoi un visa non-résident ??? combien de temps pouvez-vous rester en Thailande avec ???
Je connais une résidence à BKK, Ratchada plus précisément.Ils ont des studios, appartement à louer ou à acheter.Il y a une piscine , c'est calme , près du métro.Il faut compter entre 6 à 9000 baths pour un studio et 13 à 20000 pour 1 ou 2 pièce(s)
Les logements sont quasi neufs car ils ont tout rénovés recemment.
Tout d abord pour le visa non résidant, nous n'avons pas encore 50 ans malheureusement, donc nous allons être obligé d'opter pour le visas renouvelable tous les 6 mois, rien de grave pour nous, cela nous permettra de rentrer en France pour régulariser tous nos papiers et de faire un petit coucou à la famille...
Pour ce qui est des prix des loyers, c'est dans nos cordes.
Pouvez vous nous renseigner sur le budget alimentation électricité, eau mensuel pour deux personnes, sachant que j'adore faire la cuisine... Donc pas de resto midi et soir...😛

le choix du quartier est relativement important . il faut savoir ce que on veut et dans quelle ambiance on aime être .
exemple rachada est un bon exemple .. en comparaison a sukumvit ( avis personnel ) c'est un coin plus thaïe . on ne va pas vous voir forcement comme un consommateur . ce qui est primordiale a la longue ..
perso je préfère la vie traditionnelle . ou tout est lent .. question de choix . tout cela pour souligner que le choix est important .

Vu votre age et sans un working permit , vous avez le droit qu'à un visa touriste.Je ne connais pas très bien mais il va falloir souvent traverser une frontière.........à la longue ça à un cout!!!
Une question au sujet des visas existe t il un visas de 6 mois en thailande, voir plus sans pour autant être âgé de plus de 50ans et avec toutes les closes financières que cela engendres?
Nous sommes jeunes, la quarantaine, mais sincèrement nous ne voulons pas perdre notre temps dans ce beau pays qu'est la France, nous avons assez donné😕

salut je suppose que tu as vu le site de l'ambassade thaïe en France .. et tu as choisit le visa qui correspond a tes besoin .. en plus . il risque fort d'avoir des changement dans ce domaine .. ou dans le bon sencs ou mauvais .. rien n'est véritablement définitif ici ..

Pourriez vous être plus explicite sur ce que vous appelez le visa de six mois ? En tant que tel cela n'existe pas....

Pour le budget que tu demandes, tu trouveras quelque chose d'intéressant à Bangkok mais à Phuket, les prix sont exhorbitants.
Et puis ces deux villes sont situées dans des zones géographiques complètement différentes.Bangkok et Phuket, c'est comme comparer Paris et Cannes.
Prévois un budget important pour Phuket car la vie quotidienne y est chère comparée à Bangkok sauf si tu vis à 100 % comme un thaïlandais.
De temps en temps, tu auras besoin d'un certain confort.
J'ai pris connaissance de votre message en parcourant le forum.
Je pars en Thailande fin novembre ou début décembre 2009 avec un visa de un an renouvelable et je cherche une location de très bonne qualité ( studio ou deux pièces ) tout équipé pour certainement quelques mois sur Bangkok.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
