beaucoup de gens cherchent un coin de paradis ou aller vivre , cela n est pas évident , ici au belize dans mon ptit village de pêcheur , j'y ai vue beaucoup de gens y venir et très peut y rester, je suis sur que c est la meme chose partout dans le sud à travers le monde , c est beaucoup mieux ainsi , je m explique. les gens en général cherchent un lieu magique directement sortie de leur imagination ou toutest parfait est fait pour eux sur mesure sans l'ombre d une déception, comme la pub de vacance club med, la vrai vie est différente sous les tropiques, si vous etes riche bravo vous pouvez choisir l endroit et vivre sans trop vous adapter, l argent parle toutes les langues, mais; si vous devez travailler ou ouvrier une affaire cela devient différent , ça peut etre plus dur encore qu au nord , s adapter, et partager a la population local , car vous serez toujours pour eux un gringo , aussi la chaleur , l'humidité, les moustiques et les jaloux qui sont parfois des gens de votre propres nationalité, qui n hésiterons pas à dire du mal de vous les gens que je côtoie ici au Belize et qui réussissent en affaire travail dur , le succès passe par différent effort
trouver la bonne idée, être compétitif, respecter ses horaires d ouverture , bref travailler... pas facile quand il fait tres chaud et humide ..., parfois les client tardent à venir mais la persévérance fait toutes la différence j ai immigré ici au belize ca fait déja 6 ans , c est mon chez moi ici , j en suis bien heureux, .

Je vis en Tunisie depuis 7 ans et souhaite partir car depuis la révolution les conditions de vie ont beaucoup changé. J'ai 57 ans, marié sans enfant, et j'ai une rente mensuelle de 1000€. Je dispose d'une réserve financière de 15000€. Le Belize me tente énormément, dans un premier temps est-ce qu'avec mes revenus je peux y vivre normalement (sans excès bien sur) et par la suite essayer de monter une petite affaire pour travailler car j'ai du mal à rester sans rien faire.j'espère que tu pourras éclairé ma lanterne ou si quelqu'un d'autre lit ce message. au Guatemala voisin le coût de la vie est vraiment moins élevé.
J'avais posé la question à une agente de l'immigration juste avant de monter dans le bateau pour Chetumal , il existe un visa de "retraité" mais je crois qu'il faut disposer de 1500dollars US mensuels, bref vérifier.
Sinon le prix de l'immobilier c'est pas donné faut bien compter dans les 200 000 une maison ; ceci dit en habitant loin de la mer les prix doivent être moins élevés
Pour ce qui est de monter une affaire c'est un autre domaine, l'économie au Belize est très restreinte, l'agriculture y occupe une grande place sinon il y a évidemment le tourisme
