salut moi c'est julien et je pense partir vivre avec un amis (sancho) pour vivre 6 mois 1 ans à Dublin et on se disais que ce serai bien de trouver à faire de la colocation avant de partir. En fait si le prix indiqué est moins de 200€ c'est par semaine, sinon faut compter au moins entre 400 et 500 € par mois, même pr une coloc! Pr le même prix je préfère me prendre un petit studio! Il y a des offres intéressantes sur daft.ie ms c'est à prendre maintenant, espérons qu'il leur en resteront pr novembre! Normalement oui, car la grande saison sera terminée et dc des logements vont se libérer.

Je vais partir en Irlande et à Cork pour être précis le 27 Novembre prochain avec ma petite amies allemande. J'ai choisi Cork car les loyers sont plus legers qu'à Dublin et aussi parce que les capitales ne sont pas vraiment le reflet d'un pays, surtout que l'irlande a vecu un petit bon économique et que beaucoup d'étrangers s'y sont installés. Ma copine et moi souhaitons s'intégrer dans une ville plus petite (Cork : 250 000 habitants quand même), ville qui bouge car ville étudiante et originale car elle est construite tout autour de deux rivières qui la rend originale (genre Venise version Guinness).
Ce n'est pas la 1ère fois que l'on bouge comme ça puisque nous avons vécu à Londres 2 ans...dur dur car cher cher.
Cette fois on veut profiter au max et visiter sans être obligé de bosser 70 heures par semaine pour se payer un loyer (on avait un appart aussi 1000 livres), on va faire de la coloc mais on cherchera sur place, on dormira soi dans un peit hotel soi dans une A.J. pendant quelques jours.
Ensuite si vous voulez bosser, le plus facile est la restauration, de plongeur à manager, ça peut aller très vite, si tu bosses, tu es vite récompensé.
Bref, nous on quitte Bordeaux avec un pincement au coeur mais on est confiant pour ce qui est de l'Irlande.
les billets d'avion de Paris à Cork par Aerlingus ne coutent que 50€ ttc.
Pensez à demander votre carte sécu européenne, valable un an pour éviter de payer une assurance privé et votre carte étudiant européen.
et surtout, dites moi où vous en êtes dans vos recherches pour que l'on rassemble le plus d'info.

Bon, je n'ai pas de réponse à toute tes question mais déjà je peux t'aider sur le logement.
Cela ne fonctionne pas comme en France mais tu ne peux pas partir du jour au lendamain non plus. En fait ce sont des choses que tu négocies et qui peuvent être totalement different celon les proprio ou l'agence. Les caution sont en général de 2 semaine à 1 mois d'avance et les préavis de 15 jours en moyenne pour une chambre en collocation. Pour un apprt, je pense que tu paieras hebdomadairement mais tu auras un mois de préavis.
Cet info vaut ce qu'elle vaut car tout cela dépend vraiment des proprios.
