J'ai 20 ans, j'habite en belgique et je suis belge.
J'ai en ma possession un ("Diplôme de Promotion Social en électromécanique des cours du soir d'une durée de 3ans")
J'ai aussi en ma possession un petit certificat en mécanique d'une formation que j'ai suivis en 10jours pas beaucoup.
J'ai deux ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'électromécanique.
J'ai un très bon niveau d'anglais (lu, écrit, parler).
Voila je voudrai savoir si celons vous, ou vos informations j'aurai mes chances aux États Unis pour obtenir un visa permanent afin d'y vivre et d'y travailler.
Personnes ne pourrai me répondre, je sais que la question est un peut bizar mais je veux juste savoir si avec mes critère je serai accepter au États Unis afin d'y avoir une vie normale.
pour avoir un permis de travail aux etats-unis tu dois etre parainer par une entreprise. Et l'entreprise doit prouver qu'il n y a pas d'americains pour faire le meme travail.
Vu tes competences, il me semble que l'entreprise n'aura aucun mal a trouver qqun deja sur place.

Je voudrai bien aller vivre aux Etats-Unis mais pour ça il faut que je fasse une demande de visa pour pouvoir vivre la bas et travailler.

pour y aller vivre tu as plusieurs solutions:participer a la lotterie de la carte verte, marier avec une americaine, une entreprise te sponsorise, etre envoyé en expatriation par ton entreprise.
Oui je me suis renseigner sur différents sites ce que je voudrai c'est la carte verte, qui permets de résider et de travailler au États-Unis De façon permanente.
Mais si je comprend bien il faut obligatoirement faire ça,
C'est que le parrainage par un membre de la famille j'en ai pas la bas donc ça va pas.

non un employeur te parrainera souvent apres t'avoir fait travaille (et donc sponsorise) avec un visa de travail.😉
pour interesser un employeur (pour un visa de travail dans un 1er temps), il faut soit que tu es un diplome superieur (et interessant), et/ou de nombreuses annees d'experience dans un domaine, ou etre un artisan 'exceptionnel', ou encore etre transfere dans un bureau US par ta boite belge...etc ; voir sur le site de l'ambassade les differents visas et comment ils peuvent etre attribuer!😉
tu ne peux pas demander un visa, c'est a ton employeur de le faire!
sinon il te reste soit la loterie pour gagner la green card soit le mariage avec un US citizen...
la green card te permettra de vivre et travailler sur le sol US!

Le visa de travail est le depart. Ensuite, apres avoir obtenu un visa de travail et au bout d'un certain temps, ton employeur peut te sponsoriser pour une carte verte (sponsoriser ne veut pas dire l'obtenir, c'est tres complqué).
Et effet, pour obtenir un visa de travail tu dois etre "indispensable" à l'entreprise. Les demarches sont longues, couteuses et compliquées pour l'employeur. Autant te dire que si tu n'as rien de particulier à lui apporter, il embauchera une personne sur place ou un americain.

Véritables permis de travail temporaire, ces visas constituent le seul moyen de travailler légalement sur le territoire américain pour des ressortissants étrangers.
Pour tous ces visas, une offre d'emploi est préalablement nécessaire. L'employeur aux Etats-Unis doit remplir et déposer une requête (formulaire I-129) auprès des services d'immigration américains. Une fois la requête approuvée, l'employeur reçoit une autorisation de travail appelée " Notice of Approval " (formulaire I-797). Le requêrant disposant de cette autorisation peut alors postuler pour l'obtention du visa.
Accordé pour une durée initiale maximum de trois années, le visa H-1B peut-être renouvelé une fois pour une durée totale de six années et représente la majeure partie des visas de travail délivrés par l'administration américaine. Le "Bachelor's Degree" ou son équivalent en matière d'expérience professionnelle est néammoins exigé pour l'obtention du visa H-1B.
Pour ce qui est des autres visas : le visa H-2B correspond à celui des employés saisonniers, le visa L-1 à celui des employés transférés entre sociétés affiliées, et les visas P-1, P-2 et P-3 sont destinés aux artistes, sportifs et professionels du show business.
Quant aux visas O, ils permettent aux personnes de très haut niveau dans les domaines des sciences, de l'art, de la télévision, de la production cinématographique, de l'éducation ou du sport de venir aux Etats-Unis pour un événement, un projet ou un tournoi particulier.
L'époux et les enfants du titulaire d'un visa H, L, O, et P peuvent obtenir des visas de même catégorie pour accompagner leur famille. Toutefois, le concubinage n'étant pas reconnu par la législation américaine, seuls les couples mariés peuvent prétendre au visa d'accompagnateur.
