voilà, en fait, je me suis décidée à partir pour 1 an en whv, mais la seule chose qui me "retient" c'est : quel effet cela donne-t'il sur un cv ?
En fait, est ce que le recruteur se dira que je suis partie glander 1 an au soleil (parce que pas d'études) ou bien justement que c'est très positif de partir à l'inconnu pendant 1 an ?
Je me doute qu'il n'y a pas de bonnes ou mauvaises réponses, mais si certains en avaient eu l'experience, merci de me répondre !

Je ne sais pas quelle est la mentalité en France au niveau professionnel, mais je doute que ton année en PVT puisse avoir un impact négatif! Tu as travaillé, tu as déniché tes boulots, tu as appris ou améliorer une seconde langue, tu as acquis des qualités qui peuvent être recherchées par les employeurs (autonomie, débrouillardise, etc.) L'expérience, ce n'est pas juste au niveau de l'emploi, c'est aussi au niveau personnel. C'est à toi de te vendre du mieux que tu peux quand lors de tes entrevues on te questionnera à ce sujet.

C'est le CV, qui m'avait accroché, un de mes domaines a été le recrutement.
Quand on recoit des centaines de CV, ils sont écrémés sur leur forme avant d'etre analysés sur leur fond (pour ceux qui restent)
L'utilisation de sigles inconnus ou vagues est un des principaux motifs d'écrèmage.

ensuite tu as 21 ans, sincerement ne te preoccupes pas du serieux sur un cv
ce qui est important c est ce que tu as vu, retenu de ce voyage
et, est ce que tu parles cette langue du pays enn revenant, le reste ce n est pas de ton age, ou ne bouge pas
juste un conseil de quelqu un qui a voyage pendant presque 20 ans, ce qui ne m a pas empeche de faire des etudes, doctorat en poche, plusieurs langues a mon actif et chef d entreprise
mais surtout une grande joie de vivre et un optimiste debordant
va, vis ta vie, ce que tu vois avec tes yeux, c est mieux que tout bonne chance et tiens moi au courant

Une expérience à l'étranger, si elle est toujours bénéfique pour toi, peut rebuter certains employeurs français, pas fanas des CV " atypiques ".
Un an, c'est un "trou" énorme dans un CV que tu vas devoir expliquer à chaque entretien.
Si tu as su profiter de ton WHV pour acquérir une expérience dans ton domaine d'activités, en général c'est plutôt positif pour le recruteur.
Si tu prends une année sabatique pour voyager, il faudra trouver des arguments plausibles ( du style, je suis partie pour apprendre l'anglais, etc...) pour un futur employeur, qui se concentrera avant tout sur une inactivité en France pendant un an.
Au fond, ça dépendra vraiment de la personne que tu as en face en entretien et des explications que tu vas donner.
Je conseille toujours aux WHVistes de partir en milieu d'année, qu'ils aient le temps de bosser quelques mois avant, afin qu'ils n'aient pas de tros grosses coupures dans leur CV.
Je ne sais pas si ce point est bien clair, si tu veux plus d'explications, fais-moi signe.

en france, tu peux faire de l interim dans n importe quoi, les marches, les hotels comme femme de chambre ou receptionniste si tu parles l anglais!
beaucoup d hotels cherchent du personnel a l etranger, tu regardes les annonces des circuits, et il y a toujours des demandes de personnel

Bouger n'a jamais été une obligation pour personne et heureusement, y a beaucoup de gens qui n'ont jamais mis un pied hors de leur département et qui sont épanouis, cultivés et heureux de vivre.
Un employeur de PME ( qui fait le recrutement lui même ) n'aura pas la même attitude qu'un cabinet de recrutement, qu'une DRH d'un institutionnel devant un CV.
Evidemment, il faut aussi prendre en compte l'âge du candidat, son domaine d'activité ( certains sont bien plus "fermés" que d'autres ). C'est certain qu'à 20 ans, on ne prend pas grand risque à partir à l'étranger pendant un an...passé 30 ans, c'est plus tout à fait la même chose, ça peut être interprêté comme de l'instabilité ( et là encore tout dépend du pourquoi la personne concernée part à l'étranger ).
J'ai 3 coupures voyages d'un an dans mon CV et jusqu'à maintenant, j'ai toujours dû expliquer le pourquoi....et j'ai + de 30 ans.
aujour d hui je suis chef d entreprise avec un doctorat en poche, entre autre
j ai beaucoup voyage et vu, cela m aapporte sagesse et tranquilite
l echec sec est une erreur, mais la comprehension de l echec cela s appelle l experience a+ TALILA
je pense aussi que tu ne devrais pas hesiter, on ne vis qu une fois, c est pas pour s enterrer toute la vie au meme endroit! et puis fait ce qu il te plait, en plus y a rien de negatif a vouloir apprendre de nouvelles choses, y aura des recruteurs qui aimeronts et d autres que non, mais ca c est pareil pour tout le monde!

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
