Tous d'abord c’est un vrai plaisir de voire cet entre aide sur ce forum !! je vais vous dire un truc ça me soulage enormment de vous lire ca rassure et en même Temp devant l'incapacité de ces gens à répondre précisément au questions qu'on leur pose qui sont soit disant évoluer (ambassade de France). je trouve en tout cas que c'est vraiment un soulagement de vous lire et d'avoir enormeent de réponse que je concidere positive .
Moi je suis Tunisien je me suis marié le 1 décembre avec ma chérie d'amour (française) question d’accélérer les choses et d'avoir à temps le visas pour revenir avec elle après les festivité 3ers à Tunis! à mon grand désarrois c'est pas le cas dépot de dossier le 15 Juin (obligé attente des papier de Nante et le livret de famille) visite médical le 4 et j'ai due gueuler comme un dingue Chez l'OFII pour avancer la date puisque c'etait le 4/7 et le 13/7 (en sachant que le 13/7 etait le jour des festivité et 3ers ) donc on me les a changer le 04/07 pour les deux médical et français
et là je vient de revenir t toujours rien pas de mail pas de sms ni d'appel de la part de TLS
j'appel l'ambassade en passant par les différent numéro qu'on me donne lol :-) et bizarrement c'est toujours la même chose la standardiste me passe enfin essaye de me passer le mec qui s'occupe des affaire de conjoint et qui aboutie a une boite vocale qui m'invite à rappeler ulterieurerement à 100% des cas et des appels ( le mec il doit etre devant sa piscine a siroté son cocktail )
Voila en résumé ma femme est rentrer hier le 25/7 sans moi et je peux vous dire que c etait pénible et chiant et super dure de la lâcher et j'attend encore que ces messieurs et dame puisse honoré leur delais qui sont de loin pas ceux mis sur leur site TLS.
Je ne souhaite en aucun cas cette situation pourt qui que ce soit même mon pire ennemie ( quoi que loool :-) )

je vien de recuperer mon passeport tout à l'heure avec visa accordé hmd :-)
pour le visa ce n'est pas un visa schengen mais un visa pour la france uniquement et pour le delai entre le depot du passport et son retrai c'est 4 jours voila.

la date de ta visite medical et le test de francais c etait quand Itachi pour savoir combein d etemps ca a pris pourque TLS appel et convoque pour le passeport

01/06 --> depot dossier chez tls
04/06 --> RDV a l'ambassade de france
05/06 --> e-mail avec les date du test de francais , visite medical
21/06 --> test des valeur de la republique francaise (+ dispense du test de francais)
22/06 --> visite medicale
23/07 -- > appel de tls pour depot du passport (je l'ai déposé le meme jour)
26/07 --> tls m'envoi un mail pour le retrai du passeport ( retrai le meme jour + visa accordé)

qlq sais combien de temp est valable le visa (j'ai vu sur le passeport que c'est un an ) parceque j'ai lu sur un forum qu'il faut que le voyage soit fait dans un delai max de trois mois apres lobtention du visa cela est il vrai ?
Un conseil pour vous en fait et une astuce qu'une personne en france a faite !! en arrivant en france avec le visas de un an qu il faudra renouveler chaque année il faudrais des la première fois passer par un avocat qui demandera automatiquement le passage a laval 10 ans de visas : le cout d un avocat varie selon la region je me suis renseigné cela coûte entre 200 euro et 350 euro !! et le mec s occupe de tout a ta place a la préfecture et du coup ca t enlève dejas le fait que tu revienne chaque année a l préfecture pour prouver que t es encor avec ta femme et que c ets pas un mariag*e gris !!! voila c est ce que je compte faire pour moi et n oubliez ps qu arriver en France il y a le timbre fiscal de l OFII qui est de 349 euro qui permettra au gens de travailler et d obtenir les prolongation de visas chaque année.
en calculant les coût de la préfecture chaque année ben l avocat coûtera moin et on a 10 ans au final de visas EUrope et non France seulement

j en suis sur et je le confirme je l ai vue de mes propre yeux !! en sachant que lors de la première visite a la préfecture il vous donne 1 ans en sachant que en fait 1 ans c est pour verifier sic ets un mariage blanc ou pas !!! ce que je trouve aussi prudent dans certain cas !! mais les 10 ans c etsw aussi un droit acquis surtout pour ceux qui ont un statue professionnel normal en tunisie cela veux dire qu il ont bosser et n ont eu aucun problème!! l avocat d ailleur demandera quelque atestations de travail Tunisien. et perso je trouve que les frais del avocat dans ce cas sont pas mal du tout par rapport a toute les aller et venu qu on aura chaque année a prouver qu on est amoureux de sa femme ce que je trouve perso abject de s immiscé dans l vie d un couple amoureux.
