Oui Wiwitn, garde les originaux, et un bon conseil à tous : lorsque vous ferez vos démarches en France, et pour quoi que ce soit, conservez toujours des copies de ce que vous envoyez, l'administration française est championne dans la perte des documents !!!
hier g passé le test des valeurs hamdouleh c bien passé, la visite médicale sera le Lundi nchalah, je veux savoir qq chose j'avais lu une fois qu'il nous demande de faire un radiographie le jour de la visite. est-ce-que c vrai? et si oui ou se passe t-il? et combien sa coute?

-le papier certifiant tque j'ai rien et ni malade
- le passeport
- et un autre papier sur lequel ya des case coché que l'OFII m'avais donné.

Mon mari a déposé son dossier le 26 juin et il passera les test que le 27 aout!!!!il l'on prévenu il y a une semaine.
c'est le bordel dans l'administration, ils sont en retard car beaucoup de demandes et selon qui traite ton dossier ça prend pas le même temps.
Certain parle des circonstances personnelles qui peuvent faire avancer le dossier c'est pas vraiment vrai.Moi je suis enceinte de 7 mois, et leurs meilleurs réponses c'est : c'est une bonne nouvelle pas une maladie, ça ne garantie en rien l'acceptation du visa pour votre mari. Même si c'est la vérité, elle est pas facile à entendre surtout quand ça fait 2h que tu t'acharnes à joindre quelqu’un au consulat pour te dire pourquoi ça n'avance pas.

Mon mari attend toujours, dossier déposé le 26 juin, rendez-vous pour test de langue et visite médical que le 27 août, oui 2 mois après le dépôt!!, et je suis enceinte de 7 mois. Quand j'appelle et que je dis que je suis enceinte, on me dit oui et alors???c'est une bonne nouvelle!!!mais ça change rien pour le visa, peut même y avoir un refus pour autant. Non ils ne sont pas humains parfois!!!
Enfin, c'est la vie, faut patienter!

Au consulat on me disait que le dossier avait été envoyé pour l’enquête et qu'ils attendaient leurs réponse.j'ai envoyé le mail le lendemain(vendredi soir réponse le lundi a la première heure de l'OFII)

L'Administration n'a pas l'obligation de motiver le refus de visa. Vous pouvez donc ignorer les raisons du refus.
Seuls doivent être motivés les refus de visa (article L 211-2 du CESEDA), si vous êtes :membre non communautaire de la famille (conjoint, enfantde moins de 21 ans ou à charge, ascendant) d'un ressortissant UE-EEEmembre de la famille (conjoint, enfant de moins de 21 ans ou à charge, ascendant) d'un ressortissant françaisPour le conjoint le français, le visa ne peut être refusé qu'en cas de fraude, d'annulation du mariage ou de menace à l'ordre public

A ta place, moi j'enverrais un mail ou téléphonerais au consulat en leur demandant s'il faut considérer leur absence réponse comme un refus implicite et je leur préciserais que sans réponse de leur part sous un certain délai, (délai à fixer de manière raisonnable, il ne faudrait surtout pas brusquer ces pauvres gens !! 😠) je me verrais obligée de saisir la commission de recours contre les refus de visa.
Je ne garantie pas que ça peut faire avancer les choses, mais c'est la marche à suivre qui est expliquée sur le site de la Cimade où il est dit :
"En l’absence de réponse à la demande de visa pendant plus de deux mois, cette demande peut être regardée comme ayant été rejetée implicitement. Il faut alors saisir la commission de recours contre les refus de visa puis le Conseil d’Etat d’un « référé suspension ». Pour la majorité des couples qui ont engagé cette procédure, le visa a été délivré quelques jours avant l’audience du Conseil d’État, certainement afin d’éviter à l’administration une condamnation par la justice."
Peut-être qu'en voyant ton mail ils s'affoleront pour faire le nécessaire... qui sait ??

Il ne faut pas payer le timbre de 60 dinars pour un visa de conjoint, c'est gratuit
De même, il n'est pas obligatoire d'avoir un vol Tunisair. Généralement ils l'exigent pour un visa de court séjour, mais même là je connais des gens qui sont artis par Nouvelair, Jetairfly ou autre charter sans problème.
