ma question est la suivante:quel est le délai d'attente après dépot de dossier avec tout les documents demander ?

D'après les uns et les autres dans cette discussion, il semblerait qu'il faille compter 4-5 semaines après la visite médicale pour qu'ils rappellent pour le dépôt du visa.

bonjour le delai normal pour recuperer ton vise est de 10 jours ouvré mais sa peut etre plus long en fonction des periodes et du retard qu'ils ont
Mabrouk aux personnes qui on eux leurs réponse et al hokba pour ceux qui attende, juste pour info je suis rentre le 5 aout de tunisie avec mon marie, on a pris un charter airméditerranée, pas payé le timbre à la douane et encore moins demander si il avé des euros sur lui, ni en france ni en tunisie.
Donc visa conjoint français on bien le droit au charter et ne paye pas de timbre lois 2009.

Il semblerait que le retrait du visa soit assez rapide, 1 semaine max. Les conjoints de français n'ont rien à payer pour le visa, mais il faudra faire une demande de carte de séjour dans les 3 mois qui suivent son arrivée en France, et là au faudra payer une taxe de 349 €.

bonjour oui tu peut travailler sans avoir encore le tempon de l'OFII il te fo juste ton numero de securite social ( meme si provisoire ) et un RIB. avec cela tu peut travailler. en ce qui concerne l'OFII il vont te renvoyer un premier courrier pour te signaler qu'il ont bien recus tes papiers et il te convoque dans les 3 mois suivant.quand tu seras convoque il fodra que tu te presente avec ton test de francais et ta visite medicale que tu a fait en tunisie plus un petit cheque de 349€. voila j'espere avoir repondu a tes questions bon courage a vous tous.

courage je sais que s'est difficile mais s'est pas encore fini en france on nous met beaucoup de battons dans les roue ma femme est arrivee en juin en france et la cpam ne lui a toujour pas donne de numero de securite social definitif. les trois quart des banques pose un probleme pour ouvrir un compte dans mon cas ma banque a bien voulu ouvrir un compte quand elle a commence a travaille. et tu dit il fo que tu attende qu'il ai sa carte pour travaille mais il peut travaille avec son visa meme si il n'a pas encore le tempon de l'ofii. puis la carte de sejour seras a demande dans 1 an. ma femme travail juste avec son visa sa ne pose pas de probleme au patron car o moment du contrat il fait une declaration a la prefecture et la prefecture est au courant des procedures
alors se rendre a la CPAM il fo faire une demande de ratachement sur la carte de securite du conjoint francais il vont delivre un numero provisoire de facon en attendant le numero definitif.
attention certaine mutuelle n'accepte pas le numero provisoir pour assurer donc il fo jouer des pieds et des main pour y arrive parceque la cpam ne donne aucun delais pour la delivrance du numerot definitif.
ensuite des le premier emplois premier bulletin de salaire il fo retourner a la secu afin de faire une demande de carte de secu individuel
