impossible d'échapper à la douane. à partir du moment où tu as passé un grand moment en tunisie (même entrecoupé de retour en france) tu es considéré comme "résident" pour ce qui concerne ta voiture. et tu risques de te la faire confisquer à la goulette aucun intérêt vu les frais pour la reprendre, en plus le parking où elle est stationnée par les douanes n'est pas gardé et tu risques de retrouver ta voiture certes mais sans pneu et juste la carcasse....! la solution d'acheter une voiture en france n'est effectivement pas bonne, puisque 1) tu as l'obligation qu'elle ait moins de trois ans 2) tu payes la taxe douanière qui est entre 100 et 120 % du prix de ta voiture. oui j'ai bien écrit 100 et 120 % ! donc déjà elle est chère en france puisque presque neuve et que les voitures en france c'est cher, mais en plus tu la repayes une seconde fois.... et de toute façon pour ça il faut être résident officiel. donc acheter en tunisie c'est mieux.

pour les prix des voiture, en tunisie c'est plus cher, vu qu'avec les taxes douanieres les prix s'enflamment, à propos de ton véhicule, tu peux le gardé 6 mois en tunisie, apres ca, il faut qu'il quitte le territoire et revien à nouveau si tu veux gardé la matricule francaise et ne pas avoir à payé les douanes (pas plus de 6 mois d'affilé)
pour le change, 1 euro = 1, 8 dt, à titre comparatif, une baguette en france coute 1 euro je croi, en tunisie ca coute 200 millimes, le smig en france c'est à 1300 euro si mes infos sont bonnes, en tunisie c'est 200 dinars, et enfin, un loyer serré à paris c'est environ 450 euro = 810 dt, avec 810 dt tu peut te permettre une villa avec jardin en tunisie, bon, sans la piscine commem !

rien à faire il faut qu'elle soit sortie de ton passeport meme en le renouvellant t'y arriveras pas (j'ai tout essayé ii) donc ma vieille voiture est revenue en france. pour les prix des voitures en tunisie, les occasions sont abordables mais tout dépend de ce que tu cherche au mimimum prévoit 3000 DNT pour un vieux tracassou !

J'ai bien noté que vous viviez à nabeul depuis 6 mois;je suis moi aussi retraitée et je cherche à passer l'hiver plus au chaud que chez moi(bien que que je vive dans le sud de la france...).Il me semble que djerba à l'hiver le plus doux, mais, pour connaître l'île, je crains fort de m'y ennuyer si longtemps, étant seule.
Quelle température avez-vous à nabeul?et y vivez-vous seule?

J'ai 52 ans et suite à un accident, je ne travaille plus. Je connais la Tunisie depuis plus de 10 ans pour y avoir passé mes vacances. Comme ma femme et moi adorons ce pays, et que nous n'avons pas d'attache spécifique en Belgique, nous voulons y vivre définitivement.
Bien sur il y a beaucoup de questions sans réponse à ce jour. Alors je crois qu'il faut pratiquer simplement et chose par chose.
La première question est de savoir si il y a une taxe impôt ou autre... sur une pension versée au départ de la Belgique sur un compte convertible en Tunisie. J'attends votre réponse avant la question suivante...sourire.

Et si je peu me permettre de te demander également combien faut il compter par mois pour pouvoir vivre corectement en tunisie, je ne parle pas de location ou achat ni des charges liées à l'habitation mais bien de la nouriture, un resto/ sem quelques vêtements la vie courante quoi. je pense que c'est la meme chose pour tous les europeens.pour la vie en tunisie, cela depends de la ou tu compte habiter.suivant les endroits la vie est plus ou moins chere.sur hammamet, rest, bouffe achat vetements avec 800 dn soit500 euros environs tu vis bien.Pour la location d'une villa il faut compter pour avoir quelque chose de tres bien, pres de la plage, aux environ de 600 dn soit 450 euros en tout pour une retraite de 1000 euros tu vis tres tres tres bien......voila ce que je peux te dire amicalement serge
Bonjour j'envisage de passer ma retraite en tunisie (Sousse) oui je crois qu'il est preferable d'y allée trois moi déjà et ensuite je me suis laissé dire que pour renouveler l'autorisation et repartir pour trois mois sans formulaires administratifs pesants, passer une journée en Algérie et revenir le soir ce que renouvelle naturellement l'autorisation de trois mois, oui j'ai pris acte pour la voiture vaut mieux vendre en france car au dela d'un an cela devient compliqué idem pour les scooter???????

Nous nous installons en Tunisie à KANTAOUI FIN MARS 2008, nous partons en bateau avec la voiture pour la première fois et comptons revenir au bout de 3 MOIS ET DEMI. NOUS ALLons demander dès notre arrivé notre carte de résident, nous avons un logement à l'année., et ensuite nous reviendrons par avion et acheterons une voiture la bas.
QUESTION : peut on avoir sans problème une autorisation pour la voiture pour 3mois 1/2

La législation accorde l'autorisation jusqu'à 6 mois pour les touristes, après il faut revenir, sauf si le véhicule a moins de 3 ans, dans ce cas, vous pouvez le faire immatriculer.

Cependant je voudrai emettre une réserve quant au prix des loyers. Actuellement nous sommes en recherche active pour une villa et les prix proposés sont bien plus élevès que ceux présentés sur le forum.
Attention, donc, au calcul de votre budget.
je suis sur Sousse et je vais souvent à Kantaoui, pourrions-nous nous rencontrer à l'occasion d'une ballade ou pour prendre un thé sur les belles terrasses du port ou dans les magnifiques jardins de ce petit port sympha

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
