les loyers varient entre 60000 dans les qartiers populaire ou 150000 dans les quartiers comme tu dis de "blancs" je loue une maison à AGLA, 3 chambres un grand salon salle à manger, 2 salles d'eau dont 1 avec baignoire (+douches) et les 2 ont wc et 1 wc séparé, tout carrelé pour 80.000/mois et je paie 6 mois d'avance seulement sans caution !!!! il faut trouver le propriétaire qui soit aussi très agréable, ils ne sont pas tous à "sauter sur l'argent parce que yovo". Se sont mes amis béninois qui font les recherches car je suis en France actuellement et tout s'est toujours bien passé ! même après en sachant que je suis yovo ! l'electricité est avec 1 compteur à carte, nous avons des ventilateurs, pas de clim je suis allergique !
l'electricité coute cher malgré ses coupures !! 100000 par mois si t'as une clim sinon 80000, l'eau çà varie entre 15000 et 25000 par mois tu peux voirquelque propos que j'avais tenu en 2006 sur le forum concernant le benin depuis j'en suis partie, déçu de ce pays, des gens, des blancs, et par ennui aussi, marre du racisme qu'il y raigne, de ce manque de liberté... il est vrai que dans toute population qu'elle soit blanche ou noire, il y a des personnes désagréable à vivre ! mais je pense qu'il ne faut pas mettre tout le monde dans le même panier !Pour la liberté là aussi tu m'étonnes ? Ici en France tu apprécies tout le monde ? Surtout à Paris ou en banlieue ? Je vis à l'est de Paris, en banlieue, et je travaille à la Défense, alors je sais aussi de quoi de je parle.

Il y aura toujours du racisme dans tous les pays, ne serait-ce que si 1 est du nord à celui du sud d'un pays, chez nous on se moque bien des ch'timi etc... Mais je pense que concernant les blancs, il faut faire la part des choses non ? Cela dépend aussi du comportement de certains de ces blancs. Tu sais j'ai vu pour avoir fait des stages infirmiers, ce que dans certains stagiaires, les 3/4 étaient formidable mais il y avait le petit % de personnes infectent ! je me suis toujours demandé pourquoi elles étaient venues au Bénin faire leur stage si ce n'est que pour aller à la plage, ou à la piscine ou en boite !!!!! (je te parle que de 2 personnes sur 19 donc à cause de ce genre de personnes les yovos sont pris pour ce qu'ils ne sont pas tous ! mais c'est aussi sans compter peut être sur certains qui vivent au Bénin depuis (expatriés s'entend).
