T'es pas obligé de présenter ton diplôme c'est au choix pour être dispensé du test linguistique ( écrit).
J'ai passé mes tests ce mercredi le 22 et j'ai pas ramené ni celui du bac ni de la fac car je les ai pas traduit, la dame m'as dis que dans ce cas je passe les deux tests (oral et écrit) et que si j'avais présenté un de mes diplôme j'aurais pu passé que le test des valeurs de la république.
En tout et pour tout je suis restée 10mn même pas pour les deux tellement ils étaient facile.

a priori tu as 3 mois pour payer les 349euros pour pouvoir travailler et normalement tu payes pas de timbre à la douane si c'est un visa conjoint de farançais.
Avant de travailler, il te faudra un numéro de sécurité social et un compte en banque.

Puisque tu as un visa de conjoint de français, pas de timbre de 60 dinars à payer, c'est gratuit.
Par contre , en France, la somme de 349 € est obligatoire pour avoir la carte de séjour, mais j'imagine que ton conjoint pourra te les avancer éventuellement et que tu les lui rembourseras dès que tu auras travaillé.
Je ne sais s'il y a moyen d'y échapper, car en Belgique il n'y a que le coût dce la carte d'iudentité de 5 ans à débourser qui ne coûte que 30 €, si je me souviens bien (du moins en 2009 quand mon mari est arrivé)
Ceci dit, selon le droit européen, comme conjoint de français, les agences d'intérim ne peuvent refuser de t'inscrire si tu n'as pas encore ta carte, donc rien ne devrait t'empêcher de trouver du boulot en intérim pour avoir la somme de 349 € à temps.
Souvent elle refuse l'inscription, mais il suffit de leur rappeler la loi et tout se passe bien (mon mari a travaillé 8 jours après son arrivée)
Il faut rappeler que le droit au séjour du conjoint n'est accordé que si l'époux européen a les moyens de l'entretenir le temps qu'il trouve du travail.
Bref, c'est un peu surprenant de ne te préoccuper de cette somme de 349 € que lorsque tu as reçu le visa, mais ça ne devrait pas poser trop de probblème

Bonsoir; mon rendez-vous pour l'visite medicale etais le 25/07/2012 et m'ont apler le lendmain pour m'dire que c'etais un jour ferié et l'ont changer pour le 31/07/2012, tte est bien passé. le 14/08/1012 tlscontact m'ont apler pour l'depot d'dossier. c'est bizard qu'ils t'ont pas apler depuis l'20/07/2012. frere va voir toujours sur ta boite e-mail (boite d'reception et courriers indésirables ) car normalement pour retirer mon passeport du tls contact ils vont m'apler et recevoir un sms sur mon tel, j'ai reçu un mail d'ce dernier ... bon courage wallah et bonne chance

comme vous j'attends toujours l'appel du tls pour le dépôt des attestations, en fait j'ai déposée ma demande le 04/07, test de la république le 01/08 et visite le 06/08 sa fait mnt 21 jrs aprés la visite et tjrs pas de nouvel peut être demain ou le lendemain je reçoit ce fameux appel.

non moi je suis partit en régle depuis l'italie j'ai travaillé labas après je suis partit pr me marié en france. Ma femme a appelé ce matin tls et le consulalt. Tls ont dit qu'il n'ont pas reçu la liste avec mon nom, elle a dit qu'ils reçoivent une liste du consulat tous les jours (ils peuvent appeler jusqu'à 16h30), le consulalt a dit faut attendre il y a du retard avec l'offi, les congés....mais bon la secrétaire c'est dire que il faut attendre....
