Pendant quelque temps, un boulanger français était "aux manettes" pour former
le personnel thaïlandais (mais aussi pour faire le pain).
Et çà a son importance, j'ai "senti la différence" sur la baguette vendue là-bas
dès que les locaux sont passés aux commandes !
Formation insuffisante (comment apprendre en quelques semaines une véritable
culture : le PAIN ?).
