Pour moi, c'est tres bien pour y vivre. Cela depend de ce que l'on recherche dans la vie. Pour ma part, j'adore la nature et le ciel bleu !!! Je suis ravie de vivre ici...
Je ne connais pas ce coin du pays mais, vu la proximite avec la frontiere, c'est repute assez "chaud"... Je ne peux rien dire de plus et laisse "la plume" a ceux qui connaissent.
En ce qui concerne votre budget, 1000 euros par mois, c'est enorme !!!!!! surtout dans cette region qui n'est pas touristique, tout est moins cher que dans les zones touristiques.

sos2010 selon tes propos la Republique Dominicaine n'est pas un lieu sûr perso étant d'origine antillaise (Guadeloupe ) et ayant vecu au cameroun et au Gabon ainsi qu'en Martinique.....des endroits à problemes je connais un peu quand même....sans vouloir me vanter) JE SAIS QUE CELA NE SERA PAS FACILE et m'enfermer dans un all inclusive à mon age "28 ans" ne m'interresse pas du tout (sauf quand je serai retraité peut être)

Je ne connais pas très bien la province Dajabón mais je peux te dire qu´elle se situe dans le sud du pays qui est une région où la vie locale n´est pas pareille à celle que l´on a dans les restes de provinces du pays où l´on trouve plus des activités économiques et sociales.
Je suis sûr qu´avec un budget de EUR 1, 000 par mois dans cette ville, tu n´auras pas de quoi t´inquiéter côté logement, service publics, repas, etc.
Ma recommendation est qu´avant de venir t´installer à Dajabón, ça serait mieux que tu ailles prospecter dans la ville pedant 1 ou 2 semaines voir si la vie là-bas pourrait te convenir.

Par contre à quelques kilomètres, Montecristi est plus vivant et plus vivable. Question loisirs, même si tu ne viens que pour travailler, il en faut un minimum, Montecristi me paraît plus adapter.
Je rejoins Pablo, une à deux semaines pour comprendre la région.

Je connais le village, je y ai séjournée quelques il y a 4 ans. Je crois que depuis l'aéroport de samana à été ouvert ce que je redoutais car j'imagine que cela va ammener du tourisme de masse. Qu en pensez vous.? Est ce que la péninsule à beaucoup changée ces dernieres années? Y a t'il des gros hotels en construction ou en projet?

La region se developpe beaucoup, c'est vrai. Depuis l'ouverture de l'aeroport d'El Catey-Samana, les touristes sont plus nombreux et nous en avions besoin !!!
Il y a plusieurs hotels formule tout inclus, mais rien a voir avec Punta Cana ou il n'y a que ca... Le coin est toujoura aussi beau et les plages magnifiques.
En ce qui concerne les tarifs de l'immobilier, ca a enormement augmente et ca va continuer avec l'autoroute directe pour Santo Domingo. Sur Las Terrenas meme, c'est tres cher mais bon, cela depend des budgets de chacun... Pour trouver des biens plus abordables, il faut s'eloigner un peu et voir dans les villages, c'est ce que j'ai fait.
Au niveau du travail, je suis dans le tourisme comme toi. Il faut savoir qu'il n'y a que 6 mois de saison et que les salaires sont bas...
Le mieux est tu viennes te rendre compte par toi-meme.... en tout cas, c'est tres agreable de vivre ici et je m'y sens tres bien...
