ça m'a d'autant interessé que je souhaite, ou mieux je vais m'établir très prochinement au Québec. En effet, je sus en instance d'attente de visa de résident permanent, après avoir obtenu bien sûr mon CSQ.
J'ai visité tellement de sites, mais j'ai toujours pas la mesure de ce qui m'attend ni ce à quoi me fier exactment, j'aurais surement la mesure réelle à travers vos expériences du terrain, ...le concret!
Suis africain diplômé en France, et les difficultés d'insertion ici m'ont vite poussé à chercher un meilleur être (s'il existe) ailleurs, et donc le Québec.
mais suis très inquiet, car je ne sais encore où je pourrais m'installer au Québec, surtout par rapport aux opportunités d'emplois(gestion des entreprises). je parle courament français, mais pas l'anglais!

comme je vis au Québec je crois pouvoir t'aider un peu, en effet les opportunités d'emplois se trouve plus facilement dans les grandes viles comme Montréal ou Québec. Dans ces deux villes tu trouveras certainement un bon emploi pour t'adapter et bien sûr, comme tu parles couramment ça ne devrais pas être un problème( tu pourras même apprendre plus facilement). Aussi, le Québec est une province où, à mon avis, il fait bon vivre! alors bonne chance dans tes démarches!

est-ce que les employeurs prennent facilement en compte les étuds ou dipômes venant de l'europe(France)?
j'ai lu qq part qu'l y avait beaucoup de difficultés à trouver de l'emploi à Montréal notamment, et il était même conseillé pour les francophones qui parlent( ou n'ont pas peur) de l'anglais d'envisager plus un ville anglophone?
certains allaient jusqu'à demander carément de changer de province(une fois sur place) pour une autre anglophone, comme Ontario.ils arguaient que les perspectives sont meilleures?
par ailleurs, est-il possible de trouver un logement d'ici avant d'arriver au Québec?
Je compte sur vous pour me donner une vision objective, les avantages et inconvénients pour une ville ou une autre, en termes d'emploi dans mon domaine(gestion d'entreprises), d'insertion et d'intégration.
Je ne sais pas en quoi tu es diplômé, mais je sais que le mythe du travail uniquement disponible dans les grandes villes disparaît de plus en plus, car au Québec, il commence a y avoir une sérieuse pénurie de main d'oeuvre. Alors tu peux aussi regarder du côté des régions. Tu y trouveras des paysages magnifiques, des gens accueillants et des villes à dimension humaine où tu seras moins anonyme. Je pense aux Cantons de l'Est, aux Laurentides ou au Bas-du-Fleuve si tu veux voir la majestuosité du fleuve St-Laurent et que tu n'as pas peur de l'hiver ! Enfin, ça dépend de tes goûts, il est vrai que les grandes villes ont aussi leurs attraits...Mais ne t'arrête pas pour le travail, il y a de l'emploi, surtout si tu as une formation.

elle me donne e effet une autre image du Québec! jusqu'à présent je me cantonnais aux grandes aglomérations, et là ton message me fait élargir les horizons et entrevoir une installation en régions. franchement j'ai rien conre les régions, bien au contraire. on y vit plus tranquille.et on proite plus des nombreux paysages! j'ai pas de préférence particulière, tout ce que je souhaite c'est un cadre de vie agréable où je peux m'épanouir professionnellement. pour précision sur ma formation, suis juriste de formation(master 1 droit du travail), complété par un master 2 de Gestion des entreprises.
je ne sais pas si mon profil peut correspondre à celui recherché généralement dans les emplois touchant à la gestion des entreprises?
Sinon que puis-je faire pour renforcer ma compétitivité sur le marché d'ici à on arrivée?
Je voudrais te donner un son de cloche un peu différent sur les perspectives d'emploi au Québec. Malheureusement, sur ce site, les gens veulent être encourageants et se prononcent parfois sur des sujets qu'ils ne maîtrisent pas nécessairement. C'est une preuve de gentillesse qui entretient parfois des espoirs plus ou moins réalistes.
La réalité de l'emploi chez les nouveaux arrivants n'est pas nécessairement rose. Cela dépend évidemment du domaine. Une personne ayant un diplôme technique est nettement avantagée. Par contre, pour les professionnels, la recherche d'emploi est souvent longue. De façon réaliste, je crois que tu peux envisager plusieurs mois de recherche. Je ne suis pas très familière avec ton domaine (la gestion), mais je crois que de faire un stage non rémunéré dans une entreprise québécoise est souvent une bonne porte d'entrée. L'expérience que j'ai avec mes amis immigrants me donne à penser que les entreprises d'ici valorisent peu l'expérience hors Canada. (Mes amis proviennent du Mexique et de la Syrie, alors ce n'est peut-être pas aussi vrai pour ce qui est de la France, toutefois.)
Je te suggère de parcourir les différentes sites internet de recherche d'emploi au Québec : Monster, Jobboom, Workopolis... Cela t'aidera à te faire une idée du marché de l'emploi ici. Je dois te dire aussi que, pour les postes de gestion, la connaissance de l'anglais est définitivement un atout.
Voilà, j'espère ne pas t'avoir découragé. Je crois que la clef d'une installation réussie au Québec est la persévérance... mais ça en vaut la peine!

Loin de me décourager, elle me donne un autre visage de la chose, elle me met en face des difficultés que je devrais surement rencontrées une fois sur place, et donc de me préparer en conséquence. Ce serait trop beau en effet de se dire que dès l'arrivée on trouvera un emploi!

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
2) Open a mini supermarket + a modern bakery using the flour for pastries, etc.
