votre question est bien vague.
La Tunisie est un pays "ouvert" qui aime les investisseurs.
Pour les aspects de formalités, de visas et autres vous trouverez beaucoup sur les sites officiels mais le mieux est de vous rendre avec un rendez-vous à l'Ambassade de Tunisie à Paris.
Ensuite une fois que vous saurez tout des contraintes légales ( il y en a pas beaucoup), il vous faudra vous rendre sur place pour soit acheter soit construire un restaurant.
Là il vous est très fortement recommandé de demander l'assitance de l'Ambassade de France à Tunis, car les lois et actes notariés sont différents des notres, avoir avec soit un avocat recommandé par l'Ambassade est indispensable.
Vous devez savoir qu'Hammamet (petite ville) est une destination de T.O (c'est à dire vol+Hotels+1/2 ou pension complete)
ce n'est pas forcément la destination favorite des individuels.
Ce qui peut influencer la fréquentation du resto, il y en a déjà beaucoup au centre ville.

pour s'installer en tunisie ca c'est facile il faut juste venir regler 1 carte de residence c'est tout, pour le restaurant il faut d'abord choisir la ville pour qu'on puissent t aider

je ne conseil pas d'ouvrir un restaurant au hammamet, il vaut mieux trouver une autre ville ou le travail ne saura pas seulement en ete cad la saison touristique .

Bonjour Sourirdange, j'habite Hammamet, 2 ou au plus 3 restaurants qui marchent plus au moins bien tout le reste seulement les 2 mois d'été Juillet/Aout d'autant plus que la majorité des clients etrangers optent pour la formule tout inclus, certains ne consomment rien en dehors de leurs hotels, de toute façon les meilleurs clients seront les tunisiens. Si vous etes de passage a Hammamet vous pouvez me joindre 😉

moi je vous déconseille trés fortement d'ouvrir un restaurant en tunisie (si vous êtes français ou européen)! C'est quasiment impossible de se faire une clientèle tunisienne, a moins de faire quelque de trés trés originale et de connaitre parfaitement la culture tunisienne. Pour une clientèle d'expatriés: il faut vendre de l'alcool, chose quasi impossible, et les touristes: de plus en plus radin et ne sortent pas de leur hotel!
Par contre si vous avez un projet industriel, la il faut fonçer!!!

un restaurant en tunisie ne fonctionne pas comme un restaurant chez nous, à moins que vous ne vouliez vous adresser qu'à la clientèle étrangère et vous allez vous casser la figure...

Je confirme qu'ouvrir un restaurant à Hammamet c'est vraiment pas une bonne idée, l'été tu as vraiment de la concurrence, les touristes restent dans les hôtels, les locaux préfèrent les restaurants bas prix avec des plats locaux, et les jeunes restent en vacance vont sur les plages privées et ne passent en général qu'aux fast food. Les restaurants qui marchent sont des pro et ont une vrai background dont des spécialistes du poisson, ...
Quant au rest de l'année, C MORT !!!
Alros pour un restaurant, il faut qu'il soit moderne, bien aménagé, original, et il faut que tu trouve un local. A ce sujet, en supposant que tu m'écoute et que tu t'éloigne de Hammamet, la banlieue de Tunis reste l'endroit le plus favorable, et je te conseille FORTEMENT, le coin de ENNASSR où fleurissent tous les ans des dizaines d'immeubles et où la clientèle de tout âge est incessente.
