Pour le diplôme, et bien j'ai mon Bacc en enseignement! Le salaire est le même que tous les enseignants du Québec, selon ton niveau d'échelle salariale. Par la suite, le Nunavik est séparé en trois secteurs, selon l'éloignement et on y reçoit une prime d'isolement. Si tu es diplômé en enseignement, tu reçois une prime supplémentaire. Si tu veux avoir des détails plus précis, je crois que tu devrais aller sur le site de la commission scolaire Kativik.
En terminant, oui tu peux repartir de là avec des sous de côtés car les dépenses sont rares dans les villages nordiques. Cependant, cela ne doit pas être ta motivation pour y aller. La vie au nord n'est pas toujours facile et il faut vraiment avoir le goût de l'aventure avant tout!

allo, il est très difficile d'avoir un emploi chez Baffiland iron mines. Ils préviligient les Inuits et le monde qui vivent déjà au Nunavut. Ça coûte moins cher de transport. Ils travaillent 21 jrs et 14 jrs à la maison. Tu peux vérifier avc la mine de Baker Lake au Nunavut, il y a plusieurs postes offerts. Si ton conjoint est intéressé à aller outre mer, il peut postuler chez Iamgold au Burkina Faso, ils opèrent une mines d'or et c'est une compagnie canadienne. Ils travaillent 30 jrs et 30 jrs à la maison toutes d`penses de transport payées..

Je suis dans le domaine de l'enseignement en adaptation scolaire. Je voudrais faire l'expérience d'aller enseigner dans le Nord. Cependant, j'ai deux jeunes enfants de 11 ans et de 7 ans. Pour ma part, je sais que j'ai envie d'une expérience enrichissante comme ça, mais j'ai un peu peur de l'adaptation de mes enfants. En fait, je me pose la question à savoir si c'est une expérience à faire avec des enfants et s'il y a des personnes qui l'ont déjà fait ??? J'aimerais avoir des commentaires sur cette situation.

C’est quoi ce charabia! Tu paies des cotisations syndicales, tu es membre d’un syndicat et c’est ce qu’il te réponde? Ya pas que la construction comme activité syndiquée au Québec. Le milieu minier l’est également.
Premièrement, une compagnie minière a très peux de personnel. Une mine c'est un milieu de sous-traitance, des dizaines d'entreprises qui font le travail pour la compagnie. C'est chez ces sous-traitants qu'il faut chercher un boulot.
La mise en marche d’une mine, sa construction, le fonçage des puits d'accès, tous les bâtiments en surface, les routes, les ateliers d'entretiens relèvent effectivement du décrêt de la construction.
Une fois en production une mine est un milieu syndiqué mur à mur. C'est le décrêt des mines et carrières qui s'applique. Le milieu de travail n'est plus le même. On n'est plus dans la construction. On est dans l'exploitation.
Exemple: Mine Osisko, à Malartic en Abbitibi, a dépensé 917 millions de $, via quelques dizaines de sous-traitants, avant de produire sa première once d'or. Ces millions on été dépensés avec les syndicats et travailleurs de la construction. Maintenant qu'il produise et bien dehors les syndiqués de la construction (sauf ceux à l'entretien). Place au syndiqués miniers.
Demande à ton délégué syndical (construction) un rendez-vous avec le délégué minier de ta Centrale. Ne cherche pas du coté des compagnies minières elles mêmes. Trouve la liste de différents sous-traitants qui exploite la ou les mines de ton choix. Et dit à ton délégué syndical de bouger son cul!
Décidemment, c'est moi qui doit tout faire ici?😉
