Salut, je serais bien heureux de t'aider, mais ça m'est vraiment difficile. Je me retrouve un peu dans la même situation que toi. Pour les appartements et bien tu dois chercher des les journaux locaux et sur Internet. Il n'y a pas d'endroit spécifique... moi j'ai eu de la chance pour l'appartement en colocation, j'ai trouvé sur Internet à partir du Québec, mais quelqu'un l'a visité pour moi avant que j'arrive. Je ne me souviens même pas à quel endroit j'ai trouvé sur Internet. Je vais essayer de retrouver les adresses des sites où il ya des appartements d'annoncés et je t'écrirai un message quand j'aurai trouvé.
Pour les écoles d'espagnol et bie c'est pas facile non plus. Il y en a des dixaines, mais j'ai peu confiance au type d'école que l'on retrouve sur Internet. On ne sait jamais à qui on a affaire. En plus les prix sont vraiment très élevés... c'est environ 500 euros en moyenne pour un mois (20h semaine). Disons que je ne m'attendais pas à ça. Je pense que le meilleurs endroits c'est dans les universités (uab, ub...) mais la pluparts d'entres-elles ne donnent pas de cours en décembre, à cause de la périodes des fêtes.
L'école la plus recommandable selon moi est l'école d'Idiome de BCN. (escola idioma barcelona). C'est l'école de langue officielle ici, mais je pense qu'ils ne donnent pas de cours avant le mois de février et je ne sais pas au niveau du prix.
J'ai trouvé hier... quelque chose qui pourrait être intéressant. Le YMCA de BArcelone offre semble-t-il des cours de catalan et d'espagnol gratuits pour les étrangers, mais je n'en sais pas plus... c'est ma prochaine étape.
Si de ton côté tu trouves des choses et bien SVP laisse-le moi savoir ça me serait bien utile.

J ai cherche ton ecole mais je ne l ai aps vu, et je n ai pas trouve de rue pèlayo non plus. entre universitat et catalunya, j ai vu la rue pelai. Est ce celle la? Mais celle ke j ai vu sur cette route s appelle berlitz????
voila, desole pour les detail c vrai que c etait un peu vague, en fait c bien ds la rue Pelai (c en catalan !), ds cette rue sur le cote gauche qd tu viens de l universite, il y a une gde entree et c en fait l hotel pelayo, tu rentres a l interieur et au fond il y a un escalier sur la droite, prends l ascenseur, c au 2 eme, soit il n y a personne (vas y a partir de 18h ou sinon le lundi ou mercredi a 18h c l heure ou on a cours) et tu remplis tes souhaits .
voila c plus explicite comme ca, c vrai que qd j y suis alle il y avait un gd panneau en bas ds la rue "pelayo idiomas", qui n y est plus, mais y a tjs de la place
sinon oui, je suis d annecy, plus precisemment st jorioz et je connais pratiquement tout le monde la bas

Je pense que j'ai trouvé quelque chose de vraiment bien et je me suis inscrit aujourd'ui pour un cours d'un mois.
L'école s'appelle Speak Easy et c'est juste à côté de l'Université de BCN sur C/Ronda Universitat 7, 3 étage.

Les propriétaires sont allemand et danois (ils parlent anglais) et les profs espagnols c'est pas cher pour le service. Un cours intensif de 20h semaine pour un mois = 322 euros tout compris (c'est pas très cher comparativement à tout ce que j'ai vu jusqu'á maintenant). Le prochain cours débute le 9 décembre.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
2) Open a mini supermarket + a modern bakery using the flour for pastries, etc.

5) Construct free housing for retired expatriates in exchange for their voluntary contributions in their respective fields.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
