OU laccord de lanapec ( méme service que l anpe francaise ) si l anapec donne son accord
l employeur et en mesure de vous faire un contra de travaille
qui vous pérméttré d obtenir selle si (encore un nouveau probléme ) les démarche pour laccord

Tu sembles bien compliqué dans tes approches sur ce forum. Et si les nombreuses réponses données par les internautes concernés ne te semblent pas correspondre à ta situation, eh bien rends-toi, comme te l'a dit un intervenant, au commissariat principal au service d'immigration de la ville où tu résides et tu exposes ton cas. Eux-seuls te diront les documents que tu auras à produire pour l'obtention de cette carte.
Tu notes exactement tout ce qui te sera demandé, pour ne rien oublier, autrement il faudra revenir plusieurs fois et tu risques de dépasser le délai de 3 mois.
Exemple, dans mon cas perso : contrat de location, extrait de casier judiciaire, des photos, et le plus important des justificatifs de ressources (banque marocaine et banque française). Attention à chaque situation personnelle, il y a des documents spécifiques.
