à l'inverse des discussions que j'ai pu voir sur les forums, je souhaiterais avoir des informations quant aux droits chômage que je pourrais avoir de retour en france sachant que j'ai travaillé 2 ans et 1/2 en nouvelle calédonie; vue la conjoncture actuelle je ne veut pas me retrouver sans rien. je sais qu'on ne cotise pas pour les assedics en calédonie mais ya t'il un autre moyen pour récupérer quelque chose. Merci de me renseigner j'ai beaucoup de difficultés à trouver une réponse.

le plus simple est d'aller sur le site des assedics et de l' anpe, tu devrais trouver les réponses à tes questions, ou des adresses mails.
Mais à mon humble avis venant d'un "pays étranger" tu n'auras droit à rien. Il y a quand même un partenariat entre la Cafat et la Sécu, renseigne toi à la cafat avant de partir, sur tes droits etc...
Entre nous, il vaut mieux arriver d'un pays d'Afrique, sans papier et squatter sous les ponts, il y a des abrut.. qui fournissent les tentes, la bouffe, qui font les démarches pour que tu trouves du boulot, alerteraient toutes les associations qui veulent qu'on trouve des solutions avec le pognon des autres, te feraient signer une pétition anti Sarko, tu aurais aussi droit au logement opposable et pleins d'autres choses qui m'échappent.

mais à mon grand regret je crois que je n'aurais droit à rien, et après ils vont dire que la NC est française!!! c'est bien parceque je suis obligée de rentrer que je retourne en france mais il est clair que dès que je peux retourner là bas je file. surtout quand on voit ce qui se passe en france, heureusemen on est protégé de tout ça en calédone.

Je pense que tu as droit à quelque chose, renseigne toi bien au niveau de l'unedic, je pense que tu as un site sur internet.
En tout cas si tu as cotisé, y a pas de raison. J'ai une copine qui a travaillé pendant lontemps en guyanne et elle a eu droit à quelque chose donc vérifie bien avant de dire que tu vas laisser tomber.

Tu as sans doute raison, mais la Guyanne est un Département d'outremer, comme la Martinique, la Guadeloupe ou la Réunion. Mais la Calédonie est assimilé comme POM (pays d'outre mer!) avec un gouvernement bien Calédonien, des structures administratives bien Calédionnenne et des les loi pays (loi que pour la Calédonie) . Ici ce n'est pas la sécu mais la cafat etc.... Donc la!!!

Bonjour pour quoi veux-tu rentrer en France ? en France c'est la merde moi je viens de rentrer en France pour un mois pas plus j'étais à La Réunion une autre ambiance déjà en arrivant à paris lorsque tu vois les gens on dirait qu'ils ont perdu toute la famille style funérailles et la mode tous en habillés en noir, pour ma pars je repars au soleil à la retraite en Afrique ou à Madagascar.ATTENTION c'est mon choix.J'ai déjà passé 27 années en Afrique de l'Ouest l'Europe je ne peux plus.

Je ne sais pas si tu es déjà en france ou sur le point de retour. Mais sache en tous cas que tu as droit comme tout le monde aux aides. La novuelles-calédonie est encore un territoire français. Il faut s'armer de patience juste. Tu parts avec ton dossier de la cafat de nouvelle calédonie soit tu vas à la caf pour le transferer afin de bénéficier de tes aides, n'oublie pas des avis d'impositions des 2 dernières années il te serons utile pour la SECU et La CAF. Je suis en france pour mes études après avoir travailler 10 ans en nouvelle calédonie. La france c'est la patrie des papiers mais t'inquiète rend toi dans les bonnes instituion fais les choses une par une et perd pas patience. Pour ton chomage aprés avoir eu la Secu tu peux aller aux assedic avec ton dossier de la Cafat et des attestions d'emplois.

Je vais donc essayer du côté de la caf voir si il y a moyen de récupérer quelquechose puisque j'ai commencé des démarches d'emplois ici ça sent la galère même si je pensais que dans mon domaine il y aurait un peu plus d'emplois comme quoi tout les secteurs sont touchés. je te remercie pour tes infos et me préparer à faire la queue aux administations.

C'est en tout cas ce qu'on m'a dit quand je suis allé à l'anpe m'inscrire.
Maintenant il vrai que je n'ai pas insisté du tout, car face à ces "braves fonctionnaires stupides et bornés " je perds assez vite mon calme, donc j'ai vraiment préféré ne pas insister !!
Par contre et là je suis certain de me répéter, il existe un partenariat entre la CAFAT et la SECU, donc AUCUN probleme pour les remboursements en cas de maladie ou accident, à condition je pense, de prouver que vous étiez salarié.
Quand je dis "aucun problème" je ne suis pas certain que vous n'en rencontrerez aucun mais en tout cas ça doit normalement se faire.

j'ai rendez vous avec "pôle emploi" dans quelques jours, je me demande si je vais avoir droit à quelque chose.
Je suis allé sur le site de l'Unedic mais je n'ai rien trouvé.
Ou en es tu dans tes demandes d'allocations?

pour répondre à ta question, non tu ne peux pas récupérer tes droits là bas et inversement quand tu rentres en france . Pense cependant à geler tes droits en france comme ça quand tu rentre tu peux les récupérer. a savoir que pour avoir des droits en calédonie il faut y avoir bosser 9 mois sur le territoire. si tu as d'autres questions n'hesite pas.

après avoir taper à toutes les portes, je suis au regret de te dire que ya pas moyen de récupérer qqch. a savoir si tu fais une demande d'allocation logement à la caf ils se réfèrent aux revenus de 2007 donc ceux de calédonie et si tu as touché des bons salaires et ben tu n'as droit à rien. Bref on se fait avoir de tout les côtés.
mais si de ton côté tu trouves des réponses n'hesite pas à passer l'info.

J'ai travaillé plus de 10 ans en métropole et arrivée en NC je n'avais droit à rien.
Comme le dit Somica, tu peux geler tes droits en métropole au cas où tu y retournes. Par contre, cela ne doit pas excéder 3 ans. Si tu rentres au bout de 3 ans et 1 jour, tu perds tout.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
