Surtout prendre son temps et bcp de renseignements. Voir le chef du quartier ou du village selon le cas. Voir si le terrain est titré ou alors d'ou ils viens (famille etc) en tout cas c'est un sujet très délicat.. un conseil apprend a marcher sur des œufs (si si sa aide)..Et dans plusieurs des cas même avec un abandon coutumier ou un titre tu arrive encore a te faire enc.......prévoir la vaseline iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii..

Africain blanc a raison, sois très très prudent, ceci dit, il faut OBLIGATOIREMENT que le terrain ai un TITRE FONCIER, ça c'est une première chose, tu vas au secrétariat du Conservateur du lieu où se trouve le terrain avec la copie du titre foncier, tu demandes à cette dernière de vérifier dans le grand livre si ce document y est inscrit, si oui à quel nom!!! si tout est ok, c'est à dire : le titre foncier est bien inscrit dans grand livre et au nom du vendeur là, tu vas voir un notaire pour la suite des opérations, soit un morcellement si tu n'achètes pas tout le terrain, soit muter ce titre foncier à ton nom euh! fais gaffe quand même car il ne sera jamais à ton nom si tu n'est pas Camerounais!!! donc là encore comme dit Africain blanc... prévois la vaseline!!!

si vous etes blanc de peau et de nationalite camerounaise, vous pouvez acheter un terrain au cameroun sans probleme; il en est de même pour monsieur herve quoiqu'éyant épousé notre soeur
pour les formalité d'achat de terrain, qu'il soit de l'abandon coutumier c'est une voie de fait qui peu vous aider à défendre votre droit sur votre parcelle; qu'il soit de l'acte notarier c'est une voie sûr on ne vous dira pas mieux, vous pouvez aller avec les deux toujours est-il vous devez dépenser de l'argent. j'aimerai mieux entendre prévoies la valise d'argent et non la vaseline. et tu aura ton terrain avec titre en mains. c'est le travail que je fais chaques jour. si je vous présente mon CV vous comprendrez pourquoi.

j'ai une Amie d'origine Camerounaise qui vient d'acheter un terrain et il est a son nom a elle pourtant elle est francaise elle m'a écrit ca ..... Je suis donc en attente de mon titre foncier qui est un suivi par un notaire (femme) qui devrait me parvenir d'ici 3mois, délai un peu long pour les non camerounais..........
je vais finir par aller au senegal au moins la ont sais que c'est juste un droit d'occupation mais au moins c'est clair

il faut savoir que le delegué du gouvernement de yaounde monsieur tsimi evouna veut faire changer les choses.il casse et recasse un peu partout surtout si ce n'est pas bien fait. yaounde est en mouvement. suivez mon regard.

Non je veux faire découvrir mon pays a ma super chérie depuis 5 ans que nous sommes marié alors une excursions de 2 ans ne nous tuera pas puis j'ai un enfant il est français meme si il est noir n'en déplaise a Sarko et sa bande de raciste c'est bien qu'il découvre son pays sa lui forgera le caractère... je l'ai deja prévenu de ce qui l'attend et les remarques désobligeante et j'en passe et des meilleures mais un homme averti en vaux deux non ???????????

au cameroun, avant d'acheter un terrain prenez la peine de vous informer au site web du Ministere des domaines et des affaires foncieres au:www.mindaf.gov.cm
ou appeler au tel:22235147/22234526 fax:22237822 avec 00237 devant.
ou alors demandez le livre "les 100 questions de l'usager" parrue en 2008 par le mindaf.
en plus si vous voulez connaitre les loies qui regissent l'urbanisme au cameroun veillez vous referer au site web du ministere du developement urbain et de l'habitat:www.minduh.gov.cm je vous comuniquerez les differents ouvrages d'information prochainement.
vous verez que pour acquerir un terrain au cameroun c'est tres facile.😮

Sois pas découragé, je ne sais si c'est mieux au Sénégal, je voulais simplement te mettre en garde afin de t'éviter le maximum d'aléas, car une fois les codes d'un pays assimilés on sait comment faire.

Si vraiment tu tiens à acquérir un terrain au Cameroun en tant que non Camerounais, vas voir le chef de service du cadastre du lieu où tu souhaite habiter et dis lui que tu souhaite acheter un terrain par le biais de la concession, il devra d'abord te dire si oui ou non il reste des terrains non immatriculé et dont ils peuvent disposé, puis tu rempliras un formulaire de demande de concession et tu attends la réponse qui viendra sous forme de décret, si elle est positive tu as 5 ans pour réaliser ton projet et à l'issue de ces 5 ans une commission descend sur le terrain vérifier que le projet est bien réalisé et là, tu obtient un titre foncier définitif.
C'est la seule façon pour un non Camerounais d'obtenir un terrain sans se faire avoir.

Bonjour! Encore moi.
N'oublie pas que le Cameroun est le pays du respect des traditions et de l'affectivité et que "avoir un terrain et y construire une maison" c'est y mettre des racines. Cela signifie "vivre avec les voisins". C'est chaud et réconfortant d'être entouré et c'est surtout très sécurisant. Et la sécurité est nécessaire! On choisit un terrain en fonction du voisinage, en ayant des relations avec le chef coutumier...etc...Mais je crois que je prêche à un converti, je crois que tu sais cela.
Je vois que les questions que tu poses ont toujours des réponses ce qui montre l'intérêt de ta démarche. Tu es très relationnel, ce qui est indispensable au Cameroun (par apposition à la France où l'indifférence s'installe de plus en plus.)

cela veut dire qu'on lui fera payer le tarrrain pour une durée de 18 à 99 ans apres cela le terrain reviendra a l'état.
mais je croie que si monsieur herve a un enfant d'une femme camerounaise marie a l'etat civil, l'enfant sera automatiquement heritié.
N.B: il n'est pas possible au etrangers d'acheter un terrain au bord de la frontiere au cameroun.

a l'attention de Mr mbankeubert contrairement a vos dire je n'ai pas l'habitude d'acheter au sénegal je possède juste un petit terrain avec une case pour mise en valeur et ma question précédente concernait non pas un désir d'achat mais juste une question concernant les descriptifs de ventes que j'avais remarqué chez certaines agences immobilière et je souhaitais juste un éclaircissement sur les termes employés de plus vous voudrez bien ne plus intervenir sur mes questions ni concernant le Sénégal ni Martinique ni celle du Cameroun d'où je viens d'ailleurs de passer février et mars et , ou je n'avait pas du tout envie de prendre une Castel avec vous car il semble que vous déformer tous les propos que j'écris pour info ( je ne suis pas marier ) avec votre ( sœur camerounaise ) regarder bien ce que je viens d'écrire .......(entre parenthèses )...... J'ai acheté deux terrains il y a six ans à Sangmelima (province de Dja et lobo, sud Cameroun) pour cela je suis passé à la sous préfecture et au domaine du cadastre.
Une délégation préfectorale est passé pour validé ces acquisitions et borné avec la présence du chef de village, les vendeurs et tous mes voisins.
De ce jour j'ai en ma possession les arrêtés préfectoraux (pièces officielles d'état camerounais).
Mais tout ça après une première mauvaise expérience, dans laquelle j'avais laissé quelque plumes puisque le terrain soit disant à vendre n'était pas a ces soit disant proprios.
Bien sure il faut resté très vigilant, des personnes reste aussi sur place pour veiller aux grains, on ai pas à labrit de personnes qui peuvent s'installer même si tu es en règle.
Pour le reste je te tiens informé dés mon retour du Cameroun début juillet, puisque je compte commencer les travaux de constructions et obtenir mes titres fonciers dont j'ai encore une demande en ma possession.😉

So, I was wondering if it’s realistic to live on 500 or 600 € per month, and if so, under what conditions? Is that enough, considering I’ll be working 40 hours a week?

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Hi, I’m a self-employed physiotherapist in France, and as my wife (a nurse) and I look into working abroad in about two years, I’ve been offered an equivalence to become a respiratory physiotherapist in Switzerland. Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area. I’d also love to hear from people who’ve moved to Spain for work—do Spaniards like the French? Is it hard to fit in? What are the salary ranges for a ready-to-wear salesperson? And is it easy to find housing?

We’d like to settle near the French border, between Ventimiglia and San Remo (this is important because we need access to Nice Airport twice a month). ✈️
I’d love to hear about life in this region! We’re looking for a quiet spot close to the sea. Any recommendations? As for the paperwork, is it difficult to get everything official? About my background: • I earned a *Bac Pro* through VAE (*Validation des Acquis de l’Expérience*), issued by the *Éducation nationale*. • I also have a professional certification as a *Conseiller en Insertion* (Employment Counselor), issued by the Ministry of Labor. • Altogether, this adds up to a *Bac+2* level.
I’d like to know if this level qualifies me to apply for the DV Lottery.
Regarding my work experience: • I work as an *Employment Counselor*. • I checked on O*Net Online for the classification: Job Zone 4, SVP Range: 7.0 – <8.0. • I only have one year of experience, but I handle similar tasks in business creation.
So my question is: can I apply for the DV Lottery despite my relatively short experience, given that my job falls under Job Zone 4?

We’re a couple with a child living in the Paris region, and I’ll be relocating to Aix-en-Provence in spring 2026. We’d love to swap our apartment for a house with a pool within 20-30 minutes max of central Aix, with a budget of around 650k €.
In terms of climate and geography, I’ve read that Aix is in a basin where it can get really hot. What about the surrounding villages that are a bit more elevated, like Venelles? Is it just as stifling?
For a family, which area would you recommend?

Starting this spring, we want to settle near Aix-en-Provence. We're tired of living in the mountains with all the snow—we really need some sunshine and a fresh start. Is it hard to find a house to rent there? What about prices? If you have any great tips or useful info about the area, we’d love to hear it. I work in education and want to do prevention work in Marseille or Aix—are there jobs in the social sector?

So I’m reaching out to people who live there or know the country well: I’d like to know what the best ways are to advertise and get known in Thailand. Are there any local classifieds newspapers? First, I’d like to practice from my apartment. Is that allowed in Thailand? Ideally, I’d like to work part-time in a private hospital as an osteopath. I’m thinking that in Thailand, the medical field is much more open than in Europe!!! Has anyone seen an osteopath or chiropractor working in a Thai hospital? Do you know the price of a consultation?
