Futur psychologue du travail et des organisations (dans 5 mois), je souhaiterais dès la période d'octobre-Novembre pouvoir exercer ce métier à l'ile de la Réunion, mon pays d'origine.
J'ai été formé aux techniques d'accompagnement en insertion professionnelle, de recrutement, de gestion des risques psychosociaux, de GPEC, d'audit organisationnel, d'élaboration de plans de formation, etc...
Je souhaiterais savoir s'il existe de nombreux postes à pourvoir dans ces domaines sur l'ile? L'insertion des psychologues du travail est-elle difficile? Si des psychologues du travail pourraient me renseigner ou me parler de leurs expériences, je vous en serait reconnaissante...
je viens d'être diplômé en psychologie avec la spécialité psychologie du travail. Avec mon amie nous aimerions nous installer pendant un certain temps à la Réunion. Je me pose donc les mêmes questions que toi. As-tu eu des réponses ? Tu comptes toujours t'y installer ce mois ci ou le mois prochain ?

Je ne te cache pas que je désespère un peu car les postes de "psychologue du travail" à la Réunion sont inexistants sur les sites d'emplois. J'espère simplement que mes recherches sur place seront fructueuses...
Je prévois de m'y installer d'ici la fin du mois, on verra bien ce que sa donne...
Et toi tu recherches dans un domaine particulier (recrutement, insertion pro, santé??) et es-tu mobile?
J'ai vu quelques offres passées mais uniquement dans le domaine de l'insertion professionnelle située dans le sud de l'ile (qui moi m'intéresse moins...)
merci de m'avoir répondu si vite... oui j'ai l'impression que c'est assez difficile de trouver quelque chose dans le secteur de la psycho. du travail. Dans la santé c'est plus facile. Moi je n'ai pas forcément de projet prof. bien défini pour l'instant. Sortant à peine de la fac, je me laisse guider par les offres pour l'instant. J'ai une préférence tout de même pour tout ce qui touche à l'ingénierie de formation et le conseil en entreprise. Mais ici sur Rennes, beaucoup de poste de conseiller en insertion sociale et professionnelle surtout, comme au sud de l'île d'après ce que tu me dis. Ce qui m'intéresse moins aussi.
Je vais continuer à me renseigner à distance sur les débouchés qu'offre l'île même si ça m'a l'air assez mince. ça me ferait plaisir de bouger un peu là-bas mais pas pour faire un taf complètement en dehors de ma formation par contre.
Tiens moi au courant en tout cas de tes "aventures" là-bas. Je te souhaite de trouver quelque chose d'intéressant.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
2) Open a mini supermarket + a modern bakery using the flour for pastries, etc.
3) Build a healthcare service
4) Build a nursery and primary school
5) Construct free housing for retired expatriates in exchange for their voluntary contributions in their respective fields.
This is a project I truly believe in, and I invite anyone interested to add their personal touch—whether through advice, guidance, or involvement.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Hi, I’m a self-employed physiotherapist in France, and as my wife (a nurse) and I look into working abroad in about two years, I’ve been offered an equivalence to become a respiratory physiotherapist in Switzerland. Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area. Anyway, that’s not the main point—could anyone explain the pros and cons of doing this job in Switzerland? Based on the paperwork I’ve received, the equivalence seems purely administrative or almost... What about working conditions, quality of life, salaries, etc.?
