il me semble mais je ne suis pas sur que si cela a ete tres rentable cela l ai bien moins actuellement
que savait vous des aides de thaksin sur ce type de plantation
precision je ne suis pas un investiseur mais je m interesse plutot a l avenir d une famille qui m ai chere

Le prix du latex fluctue effectivement, mais il est plutôt dans la zone haute actuellement. Le problème c'est qu'il faut attendre entre le moment de la plantation et celle des premières récoltes (4 à 6 ans suivant la pousse de l'arbre). C'est un investissement de moyen long terme, et la patience n'est pas toujours la qualité principale des Thaïlandais en affaire... Ensuite , il n'est pas certain que l'hévéa pousse aussi bien quel que soit le sol. Enfin, il faut une main d'œuvre formée, qui ne fasse pas n'importe quoi... Et se lève tous les jours à deux heures du matin...

Dans le sud que je connais, le sol est toujours fortement "amendé" avant plantation !
Avec de la chaux surtout (sol "rouge" = acide ... ?)
Pour les "revenus", classiquement ils sont partagés 50/50 entre proprio et récolteurs.
C'est tout ce que je peux dire, n'y connaissant (à peu près) rien 😉

Donc si elle a été faire il y a cinq ans dans de bonnes conditions, la première récolte est proche... Il y a un mois et demi, dans le sud, le kilo de qualité supérieure était payé dans les 90 bahts... Je l'ai aussi connu à 20 bahts, quand tout le monde s'est mis du coup à faire des palmiers à huile, ....dont le cours s'est ensuite effondré....😕

la pas de probleme , recolte fait par la famille , qui est propriaitaire😉😉
par contre je pense que le sud a un pluivometrie meilleur que l isan pour l hevea?

En plus de çà, les arbres ont une durée de vie limitée, il y a toujours des
scieries pas loin ... (on fabrique même des meubles en "lamellé-collé"
-troncs "fluets"- avec de l'hévéa)

henry connais tu le nombre de "saignees", d arbre, pour faire un kilo
et que pense tu d une plantation en isan?
ouh là ! je ne suis pas un expert de l'Issan et donc aucune idée de ce que cela peut donner là bas. Quant au nombre de saignées, cela dépend de la taille de l'arbre. Je crois me rappeler qu'ils sont en plein rendement à partir de la 15e me année. Quand ils sont jeunes, ils "coulent" moins. mais cela dépend aussi de l'habileté des "saigneurs" qui ne doivent surtout pas blesser l'arbre. seule chose sure : on ne récolte pas par temps de pluie et il faut laisser reposer l'arbre mais je ne saurais pas donner plus de précisions. en tout cas l'hévéa a permis à beaucoup de gens du sud de vivre plutot trés bien par rapport à d'autres régions de Thailande. Avec des crises de surproduction parfois qui mettent à mal ceux qui se sont endettés...

Eh bien, la raison principale est tout simplement d-ordre financier ! Après la plantation de jeunes arbres, il faut attendre 7 ans en moyenne avant de commencer la saignée. Peu de personnes en Issan ont les moyens d'immobiliser une grosse somme pour autant d'années car il ne faut pas aussi oublier les apports réguliers d'engrais et le désherbage !
Pour ce qui concerne le manioc, il est vrai que cette racine ne demande rien mais elle ne rapporte aussi RIEN ! 4 baht le kg après séchage ! 🤪

J'avoue être surpris par les réponses a ta question car j'ai vu de nombreuses plantations d'hévéas en Issan, notamment dans la région d'Udon Thani et plus précisément de Kutchap, il y en a même une plantation près de la maison de ma femme dans son village. Cela doit donc être rentable 🙂
Il y a de plus en plus de plantations depuis une dizaine d'années. Et je peux dire que le rendement est aussi valable que dans le sud ! On commence aussi à voir des palmiers à huile car ceux ci produisent 4 ans après la plantation. Mais le rapport n'est pas le même ! 😉

Avec 1200 arbres, il doit y avoir 13 Rai (90 arbres par rai)
Pour répondre à ta question, plusieurs pararêtre rentre en compte.
Ta famille de 5 personnes est elle la seul a exploiter ces 1200 arbres ou partage t-elle a 50-50 l'exploitation avec d'autre personnes.. => rentabilité divisé par 2 🙁 par contre l'avantage c'est que tu ne te reveille pas à 1h-2h00 du mat pour saigner les arbres.
Dans ce cas, 30 rai sont necessaire. pour etre bien et pouvoir partager à 50-50.
Le gouvernement commence à faire utiliser des angrais naturel. c'est recent, la transition rique peut être de prendre du temps.
Au niveau température cette une région qui ressemble beaucoup en octobre -> février au sud-est de la France en plein été 18° - 30°. sans moiteur, c'est très agréable.
