Je maitrise l'anglais oral, et en écris j'ai besoin de travailler encor, mais je me débrouille et je ferai ce qu'il faut.
Aussi comment ca ce passerai pour le visa, type de visa, délai d'obtention et prix.

Sans boulot et sans offre d'emploi -> donc pas de Visa pour travailler. Les petits boulots sont réservés aux locaux, pour les étrangers faut être qualifiés pour décrocher un contrat de travail. Il y a des discussions déjà à ce sujet dans le forum, fouille dans les archives 😉

attention le logement est cher à Singapour ; les gens à Singapour vivent dans des sortes d'HLM dans quelques mètres carrés.
Se restaurer ne coûte pas trop cher on trouve des tas de petits restos pas chers mais le reste de la vie est assez onéreux donc si tu ne trouves pas d'emploi ton argent risque de partir très vite.
Il y a des guesthouses sur Bencoleen Street.
Sinon une possibilité c'est de loger à Johor Bahru côté Malaisie c'est certainement moins cher et donc tu seras obligé de prendre le bus tous les matins pour aller dans le centre de Singapour et il faudra passer les douanes...

pour les petits boulots tu risque d'être en concurrence avec la main d'oeuvre venant des Philippines ou d'Indonésie..
la majorité des femmes de ménage viennent des Philippines
Donc vaut mieux avoir des diplômes et qualifications.
Mais encore une fois pour ce qui est de vivre à Singapour il y a du pour ou du contre les logements sont petits et la vie y est relativement chère.
Perso si j'en avais la possibilité je préférerais de loin aller vivre en Malaisie.
Et puis ne pas perdre de vue que les gens sont froids et pas toujours accueillants à Singapour contrairement à la Malaisie

Mais du coup, je n'ai guère de possibilités, c'est dur à entendre même si c'est la verité...je prefererai comme tu le dis 100 x allé vivre en Malaisie, mais pour celà je vais devoir voir avec la personne que je dois rejoindre...ce qu'il me faudrait, c'est savoir la ou y'a du boulot, et ou tu peux vivre tranquillement pour deux personnes, enfin tout en pouvant profiter à côté.

en effet la vie est chère ici et quand tu n'as pas de job c'est un peu frustrant car ici c'est la paradis de la consommation...
je ne vais parler ici que de mon expérience. je paye un loyer de 800$ pour une common room (sdb à partager avec 1 autre locataire) à boon keng. c'est neuf, confortable et tout est inclus (dont air con, indispensable ici selon moi). par semaine, pour peu que tu veuilles sortir un peu compte un budget de 250$ mais c'est vraiment en se limitant (quasi pas de shopping...).
pour ce qui est du travail, en effet c'est galère niveau petit boulot, éventuellement regarder pour donner des cours de français... la restauration t'oublie c'est genre 6$/h, de toute façon c'est réservé aux jeunes locaux souvent étudiants... si tu es photographe, vu que le tourisme est très développé ici tu peux peut-être te rencontrer du côté de marina bay sands, sentosa, ... ce genre de gros complexes touristiques ?

Mon copain va être envoyer à Singapour au mois de Mars (pour 3 ans environ) et j'essaie de récolter le maximum d'information pour bien prépare notre départ.
j'ai lu plusieurs choses différentes sur le net j'en conclu que les loyers sont très chères. Mais est ce que tu as une idée du prix d'un appart avec 2 chambres (60-70m²) dans un immeuble "normal" à environ 30-40min du centre ville ou plus près.
Et j'imagine que les factures d'électricité sont très élévées vu qu'il faut la climatisation constamment. Tu as une idée du prix des charges et des factures.
La vie doit être extraordinaire à Singapour ? j'ai vraiment hâte d'arriver.

je vais me répêter encore une fois attention faut pas rêver.
La vie à Singapour est vraiment loin d'être trépidante c'est ni Patpong à Bangkok ni Phuket Beach.
Singapour le soir c'est une ville en partie endormie presqu'amoprhe.
Faut pas perdre de vue que c'est presque une dictature , il est quasiment interdit d'y critiquer le Premier Ministre.
Il faut perdre ses habitudes de français il y est interdit de traverser la rue en dehors des feux de signalisation , de jeter un papier par terre sinon c'est une amende..
Sans compter que les gens y travaillent énormément je crois qu'ils bossent plus de 10heures par jour ( sont-ils efficaces et productifs pour autant c'est une autre histoire)

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
