Ayant deja passé 3 ans en tant qu'expatrié au Bresil, je souhaite y retourner pour :
Travailler en contrat local ( Ce sera dans l'entreprise pour laquelle j'ai travaillé pendant 3 ans au Bresil)
Me marier au Bresil (rassurez vous, j'ai deja rencontré ma futur petite femme ;) )
J'ai fait le tour du forum mais j'aimerai avoir la confirmation que j'ai bien tout compris et peut etre aurez vous plus de details à me donner.
1/ Pour travailler en contrat local, c'est l'entreprise locale qui devra faire la demande de Visa avec des documents que je devrais fournir.
La durée est de 3/4 mois pour obtention et il n'y a pas de garanties à 100% d'avoir l'accord du gouvernement bresilien. Exact?
2/ Se marier au Bresil, j'ai vu sur le site la procedure à suivre, (http://bresil-demarches.voila.net/page8/index.html) mais quelle est approximativement la durée pour avoir les papiers justifiant de l'union? Suite au mariage, combien de temps faut il pour avoir son visa permanent?
Autres questions :
Visa de travail (contrat local) : La durée du Visa depend de la durée du contrat ou est ce 2 ans avec des demandes de renouvellement?
Est il plus interessant de se marier puis de faire une demande de visa permanent qui me permettra de travailler ou de faire le mariage et la demande de travail independaments l'un de l'autre?
Je vois que tu as visité mon site 😉.... la meilleur solution est la seconde....mariage puis demande de carte RNE et dans la foulée carte de travail avec ton protocolo...( sache une fois marié, on te délivre ton "protocolo RNE" dés que tu le demande, le jour même et donc tu te retrouve en situation régulière au Brésil....ensuite il faudra attendre l'original de la carte RNE (12 mois) pour être 100% résident 🙂
Autrement si l'entreprise demande un visa de travail, cela lui coutera dans les 7000 R$....et mettra environ 4 mois à 8 mois et ton visa sera pour la durée de ton contrat de travail....et aussi tu devra rentrer en France pour récupérer ton visa auprès de l'ambassade du Brésil à Paris 🤪
NB :tant que tu n'aura pas ton visa ou "protocolo RNE" dans un cas comme dans l'autre, même si tu as déposé ton dossier, tu sera considéré comme touriste donc avec obligation de respecter les durées de séjour autorisé sinon quoi tu t'expose à une amende pour dépassement de durée de séjour et interdiction possible......

Apres divers échanges, contacts, etc... effectivement le mariage est la solution la plus rapide qui me permettra de travailler. D'apres mon cartorio, 70 jours max pour le mariage.
Ensuite quelques semaines pour obtenir le "protocole" et plusieurs mois pour le RNE.
Par contre, le document "certificat de capacité à mariage (declaração de estado civil)" n'est pas demandé par le cartorio. peut on faire une transcription par la suite sans ce document? ou l'obtention de ce certificat peut il etre fait apres le mariage?
Le certificat de capacité de mariage est en fait le document qui prouve que tu es........célibataire avant mariage.....donc il est obligatoire de le présenter pour le mariage que ce soit pour toi ou pour ta future femme....
Imagine toi, tu peux te marier au Brésil avec une femme tout en étant déjà marié en France avec une autre !!!donc ce document est important....idem pour ta femme, comment savoir si elle n'est pas déjà marié avec un autre "gringo"...
J ai l intention de me marier avec une bresilenne, et j ai vu que je suis pas le seul dans ce cas!
Je suis arrive au bresil il y a 3 mois avec ma copine, avec un contact qui nous avait assuré qu il pourrait m embaucher (vrai boulot, agence de tourisme, demarche de visa, etc, ..) mais bon ca s´est avéré trop beau, donc c est mort pour cette option.
J ai fait une prorrogação de visto touristique il y a deux semaines, mais l officier ne m a donne que 45 jours, avec 45 jours renouvelables (selon son humeur!).
Je voudrais rester au bresil mais grace au travail ca devient difficile sinon impossible dans ces delais.
Du coup on planifie de se marier avec ma copine, mais j ai quelques questions, et Chicobrasil tu m as l air d etre informé.
1. Il me reste en gros um mois pour le visto (fin 10/01/11) plus une option pour 45 jours de plus, est ce que j ai le temps de me marier. J ai vu qu il fallait faire demande au cartorio, attendre une reponse du ministere ou quelque chose comme ça?
2. Est ce qu il me faut forcement le certificat de capacite au mariage delivre par la france pour me marier ici au bresil, dont je sais qu il faudra attendre au moins 1 mois avant de recevoir?
3. Si je peux m en passer, est ce que ce sera possible de l enregister en france mais seulement apres coup, ou je dois m attendre a des difficultes (j ai +18 ans, capable, et celibataire)?
4. Apres le mariage, je peux faire une demande de visa premanent pour regroupement familial, obtenir le protocolo et attendre plus ou moins 1 an por le RNE, j ai vu ça sur d autres topics. Ce pendant est ce que je serai en mesure de travailler au bresil seulement avec le protocolo ou attendre un an pour le RNE? J ai pas vu de reponses claires a ce sujet.
Voila, je remercie grandement par avances les reponses qui m aideront un peu a savoir où j en suis, je vous avoue je suis perdu, et partir 6 mois en france pour revenir et me retrouver dans la meme position, j en ai les larmes aux yeux...

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
