Je recherche un travail au Maroc et je passe bientôt un entretien avec une boite de conseil française qui me propose un CDI dans sa filiale marocaine.
Je ne sais pas encore s'il s'agit d'un contrat local ou expat, du coup je me prépare à ces 2 éventualités. Je me demandais donc quel salaire je pourrais négocier dans ces deux cas (poste de conseil junior en management/stratégie + commercial)...enfin si j'arrive jusqu'à ce stade du recrutement ! 😛
Si c'est un contrat d'expat (mais je sais qu'ils sont rares), je suppose que la rémunération sera plus ou moins la même qu'en France, donc pas trop de problèmes à l'évaluer.
Concernant les contrats locaux, j'ai trouvé sur Internet deux-trois témoignages sur des postes similaires à 12000/13000 dh par mois (pour des Marocains diplômés d'école française). Même si pour un consultant ça me parait peu, ça me semble être assez cohérent avec le niveau des salaires marocains. En même temps je vois mal une boite de conseil française proposer ce niveau de salaire à un candidat français (ma nationalité), y compris en contrat local...sachant qu'à poste identique un consultant junior en province française gagne 3000 € (grand mini) par mois.
Je ne voudrais pas demander un salaire trop bas (non seulement pour des aspects financiers, mais aussi pour ne pas me dévaloriser aux yeux du recruteur), ni un salaire trop haut pour ne pas paraître complètement déconnectée de la réalité.
Avez-vous d'autres témoignages à m'apporter pour m'aider à me situer en cas de contrat local?

Ton raisonnement me semble tout à fait erroné.
Premièrement, en consultant junior, comme tu le soulignes, il y a de nombreux marocains qui ont des diplômes équivalents au tien, près à travailler. Les rémunérations locales sont ce qu'elles sont, et ce n'est pas parce que tu es française que tu vas gagner plus. Tu n'as pas d'avantages spécifiques par rapport à un marocain, je dirais même "au contraire".
Deuxièmement, quelle est la logique pour comparer ce qu'un consultant junior gagne en province en France et ce qu'il devrait gagner au Maroc ? as tu comparé le coût de la vie ? La concurrence que se font les grandes sociétés.
3.000 € par mois, ce n'est pas un salaire "juste" c'est un investissement pour l'avenir, pour s'attacher de bons éléments et les faire évoluer.
C'est la moitié du salaire mensuel du PDG de Maroc Télécom (hors stock options, etc)
Les salaires que tu as cité sont effectivement ceux du marché. Ce ne sont pas les salaires français.
Et la crise européenne pousse de nombreux marocains, y compris de jeunes diplomés à revenir au pays, il y a donc peu de chances que les salaires augmentent fortement (pour info, c'est aussi la crise ici).
Maintenant avec ce salaire, tu vivras confortablement.

Rassures-toi, je n'ai pas voulu insinuer que j'avais plus d'avantages à faire valoir que les Marocains, car je suis bien consciente que ce n'est pas le cas ! 😉
Quand au coût de la vie, oui je l'ai comparé, et il me semble que la différence n'est pas si énorme entre la France (hors Paris) et une ville comme Casablanca, à qualité de vie (logement, soins...) égale bien entendu. Seule la nourriture est vraiment moins chère, et les transports longue distance. Mais je me trompe peut-être?
En tout cas d'après mes calculs, 13000 dh me permettraient de vivre à Casablanca, mais pas confortablement étant donné mes contraintes financières. Bien sûr je ne serais pas à plaindre comparé aux Marocains qui doivent survivre avec le smig local...

15.000 dihrams par mois pour un adulte seul à Casablanca permet une vie confortable, avec un bon appart meublé dans un quartier correct, etc... pas une vie luxueuse, c'est vrai. Mais pour une vie luxueuse au Maroc, il faut avoir son propre business, pas être salarié.
