bonjour a tous ,
ma mere pâtissière artisante spécialiste du gâteaux a la broche ( voir google pour le découvrir et surtout son mode de cuisson ) , va prendre sa retraite et je prévois donc de continuer la fabrication de ce fameux gâteaux cuit comme un poulet rôti ! ( et quelques autres recettes maison )
je souhaite m'installer a l’étranger ( préférence pour les usa ) , je n'ai pas d'argent a investir mais j'ai les recettes et méthodes de fabrication de plusieurs gâteaux peu/pas vendu en pâtisserie "classique" , le matériel spécifique pour le gâteau a la broche , l’expérience familiale du business .
je cherche des idées , conseils , emploi , partenaire ....

La nourriture de rue étant plutôt à la mode en Amérique du nord, je crois que faire des gateaux à la broche et les vendre dans un petit camion le long des rues et lors de festivities pourrait fonctionner. POurriez-vous mettre une photo d'un tel gâteau
ce que vous suggerez fait parti de mes idees de developpement une fois lance ( marché , foire , etc , vendre directement aussi au professionnel : boulangerie , patisserie et restaurants )
j'ai beaucoup d'autres idees pour devellopper un business avec comme produit phare ce gateau ( ou avec sa methode de fabrication ) .
toutes astuces , infos , conseils , contacts etc seront les bienvenues ^^

sans parler du gout qui dechire avec une creme anglaise ou tout simplement trempe dans le cafe .
ce gateau est la specialite de ma famille qui le fabrique et vend depuis 30 ans , mais aussi d'autres recettes toutes betes boudées par les patissier qui devrai plaire a vos papilles si vous etes gourmand
comme j'ai dit , je pense faire un voyage fin mai debut juin soit aux USA soit Quebec histoire de tater le terrain , si jamais je viens vers chez vous , je vous le ferai gouter , promis .
( si jamais une personne souhaite m'embaucher pour le faire aux usa ou canada en me sponsorisant et qu'on trouve un deal correct pour les deux , je viens sans hesiter avec mes machines et recettes maison ^^ )

j'ai vecu 1 an en thailande , j'ai fait divers boulot en france dans divers endroits et secteurs , l'annee derniere j'ai passe un diplome en hotellerie restauration (gestion management etc)( a 36 ans :p ) , j'ai fait une saison ete a la plage ds ce secteur et une hiver ou je reviens tout juste ( j'etais a 10km du crash d'avion ya qq semaine) etc ....
le business de ma mere je n'ai jamais voulu le reprendre en france mais toujours a l'etranger car je suis persuade qu'il a du potentiel, la vu qu'elle part a la retraite je dois me decider si je me lance ou pas tout simplement , vu mon age etc c'est maintenant ou jamais pour le faire je pense .

Réfléchis bien, prends ton temps pour ce choix. Ce n'est pas comme récupérer un fond de commerce avec la clientèle, je sais pas pourquoi mais je le sens pas ton plan gâteau à la broche lol

Très beau ! Je ne connais pas mais cela ressemble au sekacz (avec "cédille" sous le "e") polonais, originaire de la région de Lublin et qui est très bon. Un tel gâteau se retrouve aussi dans les pâtisseries d'autres pays d'Europe centrale/Est, comme la Hongrie, par ex. C'est courant en France un tel gâteau ?
Je ne sais pas si ça peut intéresser les Nord-Américains toutefois.
effectivement cela doit etre le meme gateau car je sais qu'il vient des pays de l'Est , il aurait ete ramene par Napoleon et est present en france depuis plus de 2 siecles donc , surtout en bigorre et aveyron ( grosse guerre pour la paternite lol )
je sais qu'il est present un peu partout dans le monde sauf continent americain ou j'en ai jamais entendu parle ( en france tout le monde ne le connais pas, loin de la d'ailleurs )
son mode de fabrication le rend assez galere a commercialise et les ecoles de patissier le boude ( je pense aussi a cause de son mode de fabrication probablement , ou par ignorance du produit qui sait )
si tu veut discuter en tout cas hesite pas , je sui s toujours pret a repondre honnetement .
thiefaine je vois ce que tu veux dire par rapport a leur image de mangeur de fast food mais beaucoup aime aussi manger de la patisserie ( sinon il n'y aurai pas tant de francais patissier qui sont recherche ) .
Apres faut voir si le gout plait tout simplement et si jamais voir pour adapter la recette .

C'est plutôt ce genre de gâteaux que les Nord-Américains aiment manger. Ceux-là (sur la photo) sont vendus au Canada, ce sont les plus populaires.
Je voyage souvent aux Etats-unis, j'y vois le même type de pâtisseries.
Les grands gâteaux sont vendus à des occasions particulières, par exemple pour célébrer les anniversaires de naissance, ce sont des gâteaux traditionnels comme ceux que nous achetons en France.
Les pâtisseries traditionnelles individuelles sont vendues plutôt dans les quartiers où il y a des commerces tenus par des propriétaires portugais, italiens, allemands.
Le gâteau à la broche est vendu à Toronto pour Pâques ou pour Noël chez les épiciers polonais, mais c'est un gâteau régional que moi je connais peu (même si je suis d'origine polonaise) et qui n'est justement acheté que par les Polonais originaires de cette région. Il est emballé de la même façon que le vôtre.
Pour qu'il puisse se vendre sur ce continent il faudrait le faire connaître, je crois que c'est le plus gros défi.
De plus la concurrence est rude, les marques les plus populaires (que je ne peux pas citer ici) prennent toute la place.
Si vous pensez que l'aventure est dangereuse, essayez la routine..., elle est mortelle
