There's another way: You can change Macau to your last site, so you will only need a chinese visa with single entry.

And currently, there's no train staition in Macau. So you have to take a boat to enter/exit Macau, or through Gongbei Pass between Macau and Zhuhai, then take train from Zhuhai station.

From Lijiang direktly to Emeishan will also be difficult. There's only highspeed train between Kunming and Chengdu, which will take 6,5 hours. Then you can take highspeed train or bus from Chengdu to Leshan, make the sightseeings to Leshan Giant Buddha (climb the mountain and take a ferry). After that, you can then go to Emeishan and stay overnight at the foot of the mountain.

In Chengdu, please don't miss the Panda bears. You can just visit the Panda base in Chengdu, or take one day to do a Panda Keeper Volunteer Program in Dujiangyan. The Dujiangyan Irrigation System is also worth seeing. Other sightseeings in Chengdu like Wenshu Temple, Jinli ancient street, Kuanzhai Alley, People's Park are also good for you and your child. And do not forget to try Hotpot and other snacks in Chengdu!
