Nathalie wrote a lengthy mail to you the other day, then lost it... So
its my turn to attempt a reply.
Thanks for your mail, We are currently in
Langkawi, Malaysia, Next week
some time we will be leaving with a full boat to the West coast of
Sumatra. A month there then we have space for the Ocean bit -
Sumatra to
Cocos Keeling where I'd like to hang out for a week or two, then a long
sail (a couple of weeeks) Ocean passage to
Mauritius and onto Reunion.
Our only kinda deadline at this point is to be in Africa by December.
This period will be lots of sailing, the Indian Ocean can be pretty
rough, passages are a great experience but very different from the island
hopping and beach lounging we've got used to in
Thailand!
If joining late June interests you then it would be good to know as much
about you as possible, Personally and Character being far more important
than sailing experience as far as I'm concerned, are you on Facebook? if
so find "Lilly Bolero" there too. I presume you've had a look at the
website and have an idea of what we're about...
We ask $30 each per day for your time aboard, then we pay all expenses,
food, fuel etc. just not meals ashore though I don't think there'll be
many of them in the Indian Ocean.
