Et lorsqu'on a quitte on a eu la chance de voir des agents armes ou il y avait des magasins luxueux (c'etait le soir).
Je me demandais s'il y a des personnes qui connaissent ces agences de securite (nom des compagnies site internet si disponible).
Je voudrais peut-etre etablir une agence la bas offrant un meilleur controle si je peux dire ainsi mais ce n'est qu'un debut, j'aimerais savoir quel sont les lois regissant les agences de securite, reglements concernant les armes pouvant etre utilises, quel genre de permis on doit obtenir etc.
Dommage que j'ai pas pense prendre les coordonnees de notre guide Rody sur une de nos excursions, ca l'aurait surement aider pour avoir des infos, mais etant donne que je ne les ai pas je me tourne vers vous gens du forum 🙂

Tu sais Cougy, tu n'amelioreras rien au point de vue sécurité car il y a beaucoup de corruption et je peux t'en citer des exemples car avec les 13 fois que j'y suis allé, j'en vu.Du directeur de l'hôtel au gardien de l'entrée......
Mais si tu veux à tout prix savoir le nom d'une des société de gardiennage, je ferai tout pour te renseigner.

C'est sur qu'on ne peut changer le monde mais l'idee de partir une agence de securite m'interesse au pire pour des agents armes pour les commerces, entreprises, habitations des investisseurs locales et etrangers. Pour l'instant c'est de recueillir toutes les infos et voir si c'est realisable.
🙂 Comme le dit l'ami Pablo 😉, il vaut mieux venir sur place quelques temps et tu te rendras mieux compte de la situation, voire te renseigner auprès de diverses compagnies dont les plus sérieuses sont bien évidemment basées a la capitale. La plupart sont dirigées par d'anciens officiers supérieurs de l'armée. Il y a de très nombreuses compagnies, qui partent de la bonne qualité jusqu'aux guignols de service. L'année dernière on en comptait encore plus de 120. Mais la Superintendancia de Seguridad Privada (Organisme qui régit tout cela) veille a y mettre de l'ordre et c'est pas dommage. Son patron a changé il y a quelques temps mais le boulot avait déjà commencé et les contrôles plus nombreux avec décernement d'étoiles de qualité. De nombreuses compagnies ont déjà fermées leurs portes. Il faut savoir que pour faire travailler un watchman (comme on dit ici), avec des critères expat il faut mettre le paquet. La seule chose qu'on ne peut pas soustraire a un vigile c'est sa chaise comme j'ai l'habitude de dire 😉. L'encadrement aussi n'est pas souvent extraordinaire et bien des fois il est fait appel a des spécialistes étrangers, mais même avec de très bonnes formations et sensibilisations, le naturel revient au galot et c'est par exemple le canon du fusil a pompe collé a terre. ou braqué en direction des gens le doigt sur la détente etc etc, enfin si tu connais ce qu'est la sécurité je ne te fais pas de dessins. En ce qui concerne les armes on a droit au célèbre fusil a pompe calibre 12 a munition standard, les cartouches caoutchouc type gomm cogne ne sont pas autorisées et réservées a certaines unités d'élite (ce qui reste encore un mystère pour moi 🤪), a un pistolet 9 mm ou un révolver en calibre 38 pratiquement seules armes courantes autorisées ici pour des civils (le 22 long rifle est aussi autorisé mais tu n'en vois pas sur les sites), le calibre 45 par exemple est réservé exclusivement aux militaires (ou aux truands.... 🙂), je fais du général, pas besoin de rentrer dans les détails 🙂
La compagnie doit avoir bien entendu les autorisations de détention et port d'arme, obtenues auprès de la Superintendancia de Interior y Policia (Secrétariat d'Etat Police).
En gros il faut payer les impôts (comme toujours) en gros dans les 6 000 pesos, examen psy, exercice de tir en stand après un cours vidéo 🏴☠️ et manipulation ( puis stand : 5 cartouches a 5 mètres 😛) il me semble mais pas sur, qu'il y a un examen sanguin, et tu repars avec ta belle licence. Il faut savoir que le prix des armes est très élevé ici, je ne connais pas le prix au Québec mais par rapport a la France il faut compter le triple, pour une arme de qualité, mais on trouve des armes bon marché. Les équipements sont très basiques (ceinturons, porte menottes, porte matraque etc), il y a peu de choix. Mais suivant l'usage que l'on veut en faire............ cela suffit.....
La plus ancienne des compagnies est La Dominican Watchman, Dans les plus cotées il y a Security Force, SRC, G4S, SEGASA etc etc
Tu as des normes différentes suivant ce que tu fais, type sécu évènementiels, transports de fonds, résidentiel, bodyguard etc etc....

Je ne sais pas si tu connais l agence de securite GROUP 4 SECURICOR c est une agence de securite qui se trouve un peu part tout dans le monde. Moi j y travaille en belgique si tu veux avoir des renseignement tu peu allee voir sur le site group4securicor. Je sais qu'ils sont aussi en republique dominicaine sur santo domingo et je vais demande mon transfer dans quelque annee, l'espagnol est necesaireje crois. J'espere t'avoir un peu aider.A plus😉
