Je suis arrivé il y a 2 semaines à SP, billet aller, sans retour (Paris->Romes->SP)... aucun problème ni au départ ni à l'arrivée, ils m'ont tamponé mon passeport, j'ai 90jr devant moi
Pourquoi un billet aller simple, je vais faire un A/R en septembre d'une semaine. Par le plus grd des hasards des prix, et c'est vrai, exactement 89 jours après mon arrivée pour le mariage de mon frère. Je reste 1 semaine en France et retourne au Brésil continuer mon stage et mes étude.
J'arrive à mon problème, hé oui ... Je suis parti sans avoir les papiers de l'univ PUC de SP pour faire ma demande de visa VITEM IV.
1- Ma demande de visa, peut elle être faite par mes parents/frère et ainsi je retire mon visa pendant la semaine du mariage ?
2- Leur faut-il l'original du passeport ? Comment le visa me sera délivré ? colé dans le passeport ou papier volant que je remet aux douanes à mon retour au Brésil ? En effet, si j'envoi mon passeport à ma famille, beennnn, je ne peux plus rentrer .... :'(
1°votre demande de visa devra être déposé par vous même et pas par une autre personne😠, c'est obligatoire, auprès du consulat du Brésil à Paris, pas de possibilité de demander son visa au Brésil...ensuite la demande mettra 45 jours minimum pour être traitée, et ensuite il faudra revenir au consulat pour y déposer son passeport pendant 8 jours afin que le visa y soit déposé sous la forme d'un tampon.
2° en ce qui vous concerne actuellement, en arrivant au total de vos 90 jours cumulés en septembre, vous ne pourrez pas retournez au Brésil avant 181 jours !!! sauf si vous avez votre visa d'étudiant entre temps, donc au vue du point n°1, il faudra que vous reveniez en France au plus tard fin juillet pour faire vos formalités de visa..🤪
Il faut savoir que lorsque l'on reçoit un droit de séjour de 90 jours, on peut faire des entrées et sorties du pays sans soucis, la Police Féderale comptabilisant le nombre de jours consommés à chaque passage en douane. A l'échéance de ce crédit de 90 jours on doit sortir du pays pour 181 jours par contre on a la possibilité de prolonger en demandant , quelques jours avant la fin de ces 90 jours, un visa de tourisme pour 90 nouveaux jours auprès de la Police Féderale(service passeport et visa) qui sera délivré le jour de la demande et qui ira de date à date, à l'échéance de ce nouveau visa ce sera sortie de territoire pour 180 jours

Alors j'ai un ami qui a fait sa demande et a donné son passeport le jour de la demande, il le récupère 21 jours après avec son visa. Normalement pour les VITEM IV, visa étudiant c'est le plus long : 30 jours en moyenne.
Concernant la prolongation du visa tourisme, j'ai vu que seuls les français ne pouvaient pas le demander .... étrange non ?
J'attend la réponse du consulat à Paris pour la question de procuration, une amie à demandé pour moi mais qu'en partie, apparemment une personne munie d'une procuration peut retirer le visa pour moi, mais aucune réponse au sujet de la demande et du passeport original ou non.
Pour faire retirer son passeport par une personne tierce avec procuration il n'y a pas de soucis, par contre pour le dépôt, c'est le demandeur qui doit être présent et pas une autre personne, il y a des papiers à signer sur place à priori.....ensuite le délai est de 30 à 45 jours + 8 jours (temps de déposer et de récupérer son passeport)
La prolongation de séjour sur place est tout à fait possible pour un Français, et à ce jour rare sont ceux qui ne l'on pas eu.....donc pas de stress sur ce point.....
Attention depuis le 14 juillet.....si vous souhaitez rester plus de 3 mois au Brésil, en demandant à la fin de votre premier séjour de 90 jours, une extension pour 90 jours supplémentaires par le dépôt d'une demande de visa de tourisme sur place...cela n'est plus possible pour les Français 😠et donc vous devez rentrer en France pour 180 jours.....Le Brésil ne permet plus aux Français d'obtenir ce type de visa

En sais tu plus là dessus, car déjà avant le 14 juillet, cette info était sur le site du consulat mais apparemment n'était pas tant appliquée au Brésil ? c'est désormais systématique ?
