Peut etre pourriez vous nous aider, nous sommes francais et nous sommes au quebec depuis septembre 2007, nous sommes entre sur le teritoire canadien avec notre passeport francais qui nous donne 6 mois normalement pour un francais visitant le pays.
1 mois apres nous sortons du canada et nous rentrons immediatement pour faire dedouanner notre vehicule que nous avions acheter aux etats unis. La sans aucune raison, il nous mettent que 2 mois d'entree sur le territoire canadien.
Nous faisions donc une demande de prolongation, nous remplissons le dossier et l'envoyons. Suite a cela, nous recevons une reponse, il manque un paiement pour valider le dossier, il nous laisse 90 jours pour renvoyer le dossier.
Nous nous renseignons a l'immigration au quebec si nous avons le droit de quand meme rester sur le territoire et il s'avere que oui tant qu'on a la preuve de l'envoi du dossier par la poste et que nous serions donc en statut "implicite".
Suite a ca je trouve un emploi dans la patisserie, je suis patissier francais. Je fais donc une demande de visa de travail au consulat du canada en france, je paie tout.
A ce jour, je recoi une reponse du consulat du canada de france qui me dit que moi et ma famille n'avont pas de statut legal au canada et pourrai entraine un refus du visa. Il m'apprenne aussi que ma demande de prolongation a ete refusee le 15 juin 2008 alors que je n'ai jamais recu de nouvelle de leur part avant.
Il me demande de prouver que je suis bien sur le territoire canadien legalement, mais je ne peux rien faire a part leur dire que j'etais en statut "implicite" et que j'ai envoye les dossiers en temps et en heure. Maintenant que nous apprenons que notre visa de prolongation a ete refuse et que notre visa de travail est sur la tangente nous sommes certainement illegal sur le territoire canadien.
Risque t-on de subir une ejection du territoire? comment cela se passe? Y aura t-il un delai obligatoire avant de quitter le canada?

Nous n'avons pas les moyens de prendre l'avion pour revenir en France et nous n'avons plus rien la bas. Comment on fait si on a plus les moyens de retourner en France, meme en vendant nos biens? personne peut nous aider en France ni ici au canada.
Nous ne voulons pas en arriver la, ca ete la surprise, comment pouvons nous retablir notre statut? quelqu'un a t-il deja vecu cela?

Vous devez quitter rapidement le territoire canadien. Id��alement, faites confirmer votre départ AVANT l'embarquement en contactant l'immigration canadienne (il y a un téléphone près du service à la clientèle de l'aéroport P.E.Trudeau). Ils pourront alors inscrire dans votre dossier que vous avez quitté le Canada à telle date. Vous aviez une trentaine de jours à partir du 15 juin (date du refus de prolongation) donc vous êtes déjà au-delà de cette date.

C'est une chose qui peut arriver, car des agents travaillent sur le terrain. Mais le plus gros risque que vous aurez sera lorsque vous essayerez de rentrer à nouveau au Canada, il est bien possible que l'entrée vous sera refusée.
La seule chose que je peux vous confirmer, c'est qu'il n'est pas possible de rétablir votre statut en restant au Canada. Il n'y a pas de processus d'appel de la décision qui a été prise quand vous êtes touristes.
On ne connaît pas tous les détails de votre dossier, mais je vous suggère fortement de contacter rapidement le centre d'information au 1 888 242-2100. Plus vous longtemps vous resterez au Canada, plus vous aggravez votre situation!

si vous n'avez pas les moyens de vous payer l'avion, il faut demander l'aide du consulat qui vous aidera pour vous rappatrier en france au frais du contribuable.

C'est sur que lorsque l'on a un probleme pareil on ne reste pas assis sur sa chaise a faire de l'humour Memphre.
Donc pour repondre au personne qui sont aussi dans cette difficulte, nous avons ete voir une personne haut place dans l'immigration au canada qui m'a donne des reponses beaucoup moins connes que se que l'ont peut trouver au dessus.
Effectivement l'immigration nous avait mal renseigner.
Donc mon statut est remis a zero, mon avis d'expulsion est annule, j'ai retrouve un travail dans ma branche ou il y a pegnurie. Mon visa de travail est en cours et appuyer par une bonne main maintenant.

The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
