Concernant le logement, je recherche une colocation à partir de début décembre 2010...J'ai déjà vécu en coloc sur Paris et à chaque fois cela fut une superbe expérience avec plein de rencontres....niveau caractère je suis quelqu'un de jovial qui participe à la vie en communauté et suis tolérant, dynamique, enjoué...
Dans ce projet pourquoi ne pas essayer de louer une villa à plusieurs puisque j'ai l'impression que cela est assez répandu su le caillou et plus intéressant niveau prix...
Oui, effectivement la coloc marche très fort sur le caillou du au prix des logements. Ca peut être très sympa, surtout au début, faut trouver des personnes qui sont dans la possibilité de louer, car il faut quand même donner quelques garanties pour pouvoir louer une maison. (contrat de travail, compte en banque, ...)

Moi, je suis en coloc dans une maison, on cherchera ptet qqn d'ici qques temps, mais de toute façon les colocations ou colocataires ne manquent pas ici. 😎
Au pire, tu trouveras très vite une coloc sur place, surtout si tu passes par l'auberge de jeunesse, il y pas mal d'annonces affichées là-bas!
Pour le boulot, tu peux déjà t'inscrire sur différents sites d'intérim (adecco.nc, atout majeur.nc, élite.nc, etc...).

j'arrive de métropole fin novembre pour travailler 5 mois à Nouméa, et peut être prolonger un peu si je me plais.
Un peu comme toi j'aimerais partager une maison en colocation. C'est plus sympa qu'en appartement.
J'ai 31 ans, j'habite en colocation depuis 6 ans, et j'aimerais bien continuer ce type de logement. Pour dire 2 mots sur moi, je suis passionnée de voyage, j'adore bouger, et je compte bien visiter l'ile et ses environs, faire de la rando, profiter de la mer.
As tu trouvé une colocation ? Es tu toujours intéressé pour en monter une ?
N'hésite pas à me tenir au courant.
Toute façon, de nous inquiétez pas, sur place, yaura de quoi faire, niveau, coloc, maison à louer, etc, par contre, il vous faudra qqn avec un CDI, son salaire doit être d'1/3 du montant total du loyer pour prendre le bail! Mais en ce moment, pas mal d'offres de location de maison hors-nouméa, genre Païta, 20-30mn de Néa, pas cher. Le prix d'un bon appart F2, et là avec 4 chambres, en pleine nature! Bref.
Moi, sinon je sous-loue ma chambre dans une coloc en villa, grand jardin arboré, terrasse en deck, près du centre-ville, commodités, et à 500M de la plage, meublé, Wifi, ... Je loue du 23 novembre au 11 décembre car je pars en vacances à Bali. (40 000cfp CC)

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
