Je suis Tunisienne et j’aimerais bien avoir quelques renseignements sur les conditions de vie des immigrants maghrébins au Québec, parce que on m’a dit leur vie est dur , leurs diplômes ne sont pas reconnus ,
J’ai besoin de quelques conseils, parce que j’ai entamer des procédures d’immigrations au Québec et je suis en attente d’une entrevue au mois de novembre 2010
j’ai envie de recommencer une nouvelle vie dans un nouveau pays, j’aime découvrir des autres cultures , voir une autre mode de vie , des nouvelles personnes,
J’ai suffisamment d’expérience en comptabilité , j’ai un diplôme de technicien supérieur en gestion et un diplôme professionnelle en comptabilité, je suis stable dans mon travail à Tunis, mais le problème ce que le coût de la vie est très élèves.
Est ce que vous croyez que ça vaut le coup d'immigrer au Québec et de recommencer une nouvelle vie ?

Il faut distinguer le Quebec de Montreal, la plupart des immigrants veulent rester a Montreal alors que le taux de chomage y est plus eleve que dans le Quebec
Ton visa acquis te permet egalement de t'etablir dans l'ensemble du pays y compris les autres provinces ou il y a des cours gratuits d'anglais si tu en as besoin. Il y a egalements des communautes francophones hors du Quebec.
Au bout de 3 ans de residence, tu peux obtenir la citoyennete canadienne, dans le contexte actuel, ca me parait pas cher paye pour un 2eme passeport et les avantages que cela procure.
Ironiquement, j'avais passe 2 mois au Quebec/Ontario il y a 20 ans de ca ou j'avais rencontre pas mal de Marocains qui etaient venus au Canada car il n'avaient pas pu avoir de carte de sejour pour la France et apres coup, ils s'y sentaient tellement bien qu'ils avaient abandonnes leur projet francais.
Ceci etant c'etait il y a 20 ans mais je dirai quand meme: tente le banco.

Je trouve la réponse de nejmeddine tout à fait raisonnable. Bien malgré moi, je tiens à vous informer que malgré au taux de diplomation très élevé par rapport à la population québecoise, le taux de chômage des maghrébins au Québec est très élevé. Force est d'avouer qu'il est plus difficile pour un maghrébin de se trouver un emploi que pour un québécois non immigrant, c'est une discrimination silencieuse. Beaucoup de professionnels maghrébins (ou d'autres origines) doivent au final se tourner vers des emplois nettement sous leur qualifications comme chauffeur de taxi.
De plus, il faut se méfier des informations qu'Immigration Canada donnent aux immigrants maghrébins. Le pays a besoin de main d'oeuvre immigrante pour contre-balancé la dénatalité du pays, mais tourne les coins ronds. Je pense qu'on romance beaucoup la vie ici.

Oh que oui on romance beaucoup, comme vous dites. Et que ce soit en France ou au Maghreb, la publicité faite pour l'immigration au Canada est, au pire, mensongère, au mieux, déconnectée des réalités.
Mais qu'est-ce que l'on ne ferait pas pour attirer de la main d'oeuvre qualifiée, que l'on pourra par la suite exploiter à moindre frais...
Un conseil à mes amis maghrébins : venez d'abord ici en touristes, sans en être réellement (en clair, avec un oeil d'éventuels futurs résidents), évaluez vos chances réelles d'employabilité, essayez de prendre le pour et le contre, et après, vous y verrez plus clair. Mais n'idéalisez pas trop ce pays, car si beaucoup en repartent ce n'est pas pour rien. On peut très bien réussir mais c'est souvent beaucoup plus difficile qu'on l'imagine...

s'y ajoutent la croissance économique "frileuse", le changement de la donne geopoliticoéconimique ( G20 , pays émergents plus pays industrialisés) ...
cette tendance à la mode migratoire va s'accentuer et se heurter au frein de la libre culation des biens et des personnes ( expulsion des ROM par la FRANCE...)
les droits de l'HOMME, les voeux pieux de mondialisation "humanisée, les textes sacrés du MONDE LIBRE hypothéqués par une morosité d'un climat social bouillonnant , le tout formant un puzzle d'actualité

Effectivement, personnellement j'ai eux le luxe de partir plusieurs mois en Europe pour changer d'air au début de la vingtaine pour finalement réaliser que chez-moi n'était pas ailleurs qu'au Québec. Je ne l'aurais jamais su si je n'était pas partie. Comme j'ai travaillé sur place, je suis arrivée un jour à ne plus me sentir touriste, mais "immigrante", avec tout le poids péjoratif que cela peut comporter. Depuis ce jour, j'ai beaucoup d'empathie pour ceux qui ont le courage de faire ce choix. Moi, j'avais la chance d'avoir la liberté de circulation que permet un passeport canadien. Je regrette que certains doivent entamer des démarches d'immigration, sans avoir le luxe de visiter leur futur pays d'accueil. Je suis aussi désolée des nombreux échecs d'intégration d'immigrants, qui au final, auraient été beaucoup plus utiles et même heureux s'ils étaient restés dans leur pays d'accueil.
Il y a de nombreux immigrants dans mon cercle d'amis, certains européens, certains maghrébins, certains latino. Ils n'ont pas évidemment pas immigré pour les mêmes raisons. Ceux que je connais sont en général heureux d'être ici, mais il y a toujours un deuil à vivre. De façon universelle, une fois dans le nouveau pays, notre pays d'origine n'avait finalement pas que des défauts et notre pays d'accueil en a de nombreux finalement.
Je voulais te demander si je pouvais faire confiance à un organisme qui s'appelle New Way Consulting chargé du recrutement pour l'immigration au Canada ? Il me demande 260 euros de frais d'inscription et dit s'occuper d'étudier ma demande et rassembler les documents pour fournir un visa résidence permanente. Leur correspondant en charge est basé au Bénin ??? Ca me parait suspitieux...
Quand penses tu ? Dois je directement contacter l'ambassade du Québec pour faire ma demande d'immigration ?

Vous n'avez absolument pas besoin de contacter une agence ou un représentant pour votre demande d'immigration.
Payer 260 euro pour que quelqu'un remplisse les formulaires à votre place, c'est du ....c'est cher payer....😛
Sur le site de Citoyenneté et Immigration Canada vous trouverez toute l'info nécessaire selon le visa que vous demandez (les formulaires, des guides comment les remplir, les documents "preuves" à envoyés pour certaines information..etc)
C'est une arnaque... Il ne faut passer par aucun intermédiaire pour obtenir un visa canadien, quel qu'il soit.
Et comme dit plus haut, il faut s'adresser à l'ambassade du Canada.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area. Anyway, that’s not the main point—could anyone explain the pros and cons of doing this job in Switzerland?
