Voilà, je repars pour la Chine dans 2 jours et j'ai galéré pdt 2 mois pour obtenir mon visa (ce qui ne m'était jamais arrivé auparavant avec 3 autres voyages en Chine), donc je voudrais faire profiter tout le monde de mon expérience !
Donc pour ceux qui sont déjà partis en Chine pour autre motif que le tourisme, vous connaissez déjà le fameux examen de santé qu'il faut fournir à l'établissement qui nous accueuille en Chine, pour ensuite avoir une lettre d'invitation qui elle-même permet d'avoir un visa. Cette formalité était autrefois la plus compliquée du processus, et bien maintenant une petite nouvelle est arrivée ! Il faut dorénavant faire légaliser ce document par :
1- le Ministère des Affaires Etrangères en France puis
2- l'ambassade de Chine en France (dans l'ordre, surtout !)
Bon à savoir : L'ambassade de Chine met 10 jours ouvrables pour vous rendre le document tamponné, qu'il faut bien sûr amener puis revenir chercher à l'ambassade, et payer 17 euros.... (sans commentaires).
L'obstacle majeur est pour ceux, comme moi, qui n'habitent pas Paris. Le Ministère des Affaires Etrangères légalise par courrier, mais pas l'Ambassade.
Bref, une fois que le document est légalisé, il faut l'envoyer illico-presto en Chine, car bien sûr, avec tout ça qui n'était pas prévu, on est en retard sur les délais !
Enfin, voilà un petit extrait des m***** qui me sont arrivées durant cet été.
Si quelqu'un a besoin de conseils dans ce domaine, pas de problème, je suis maintenant incollable !

j'ai une petite question a te poser suite a ton message concernant les visas pour la chine.je m'apprete a partir en chine dans deux semaines pour un stage dans le cadre de mes études(j'y reste 4 mois).habitant en province j'ai tenté d'obtenir un visa études par l'intermediaire d'action-visa.mais apparement il me manquait un formulaire que je n'ai pas réussi a obtenir n'ayant pas de réponses de l'école de chine.ce formulaire n'etait d'ailleurs méme pas nécessaire vue que je pars 4 mois, j'aurais du demander un visa affaires.Quand je men suis rendu compte, mon visa était déja parti et il m'aurai fallu repayé une deuxième fois pour un nouveau visa...bref, je pars donc avec un visa touriste que je vais devoir faire renouveller une fois la bas.toi qui a l'air d'etre un peu au courant, pourrais tu m'expliquer comment ça se passe la bas pour faire renouveller un visa (a qui dois-je m'adresser, combien ça va me couter, etc...).je suis pas très a l'aise avec les taches administrative alors du coup ça m'angoisse un peu🤪

tout d'abord ne t'inquiète pas, il est tout à fait possible de prolonger un visa touristique. Et tu as en plus l'avantage d'être dans une école, donc ce sera d'autant plus facile car justifié par ton stage.
C'est vrai qu'il te fallait une lettre d'invitation de ton école en Chine pour avoir un visa de plus de 3 mois.
Donc pour prolonger ton visa sur place :si tu ne parles pas chinois, adresse-toi à ton école et ils pourront sûrement le faire pour toi ou du moins quelqu'un parlant anglais t'accompagnerasi tu parles chinois, va directement au Bureau de la Sécurité Publique (c'est en fait la police locale) et ils te le feront en 1 ou 2 jours, sans aucun problème
Je te conseille de faire ça dès ton premier mois là-bas.
Je n'ai jamais fait ce genre de procédure, mais d'autres dans le même genre, et je pense que ça ne devrait pas te coûter plus de 200 yuans (20 euros). Après tout dépend de là où tu seras en Chine, sachant que les grandes villes comme Pékin et Shanghai sont plus chères.
En tout cas ne t'inquiète pas, les choses sont (étrangement) plus simple en Chine et tout va bien se passer !
salut voilà, je suis un toulousain qui souhaite partir en chine (: à Shanghai) pour y travailler (surtout pour y passer pas mal de temps, y vivre...), je ne suis pas dans une école ou quoi que ce soit, ...Je n'ai pas non plus de diplomes, j'ai bien fait l'école hotelière mais j'ai abandonné prématurément ; bref, tout ce que j'ai, c'est une grosse expérience dans la restauration (: serveur, barman, notamment en nightclub, ...). Je suis jeune, français et je parle anglais à peu près couramment. C'est mince mais bon, voilà, ...ce je voudrais savoir c'est si, avec un tel profil, c'est réalisable? Eventuellement des structures d'accueil qui pourrait m'aider, si il y a un quartier français, des clubs où je pourrais bosser, merci d'avance.
oui, tu peux trouver du boulot, mais ce n'est pas évident en partant comme cela, surtout que sur place tu devras changer ton visa de tourisme pour un visa travail. Donc là: dossier médical, lettre de ton employeur etc.
Moi, à ta place je ferais les choses dans l'ordre : 1°) venir en Chine et voir su tu te plais 2°) faire le tour des éventuels employeurs, tu peux faire un essai au noir sans trop de soucis.

Ben je souhaiterais venir à Shanghai. J'ai pensé effectivement à y aller dans un premier temps pour voir avec un visa touristique (je sais pas combien de temps??2 semaines, un mois...)et essayer d'y travailler, pourquoi pas j'y avais pas pensé...
Mais ce que j'aurai aimé savoir c'est dans un premier temps si les français sont bien perçus, peut-être même que dans certains endroits ils sont même recherchés car il faut que je me rende à l'évidence que mes seules diplomes : être jeune, très bonne présentation et français...
Dans un deuxième temps, si il existe des structures d'accueil pour les français, des associations, un quartier français, ...Merci encore de votre aide!
pour les assos etc, tu peux voir auprés du consulat.
Pour ce qui est de la perception des francais, Shanghai est une grande ville, cosmopolite donc tu seras noyé dans la masse. Si tu t'intègres, tu seras bien perçu, c'est partout pareil.
Ensuite, dire que les Français sont recherchés, c'est un grand mot. La Chine n'est pas un eldorado. pour y vivre et y travailler, je pense qu'il faut déjà un peu connaître le pays et surtout ses habitants. ce qu'ils recherchent, ce sont surtout des gens qui peuvent leur apporter quelque chose dans la Hi-Tech, l'environement, la culture, etc. Tu peux trouver un contrat de travail en local, mais tu ne gagneras pas une fortune; tout cela est une question de chois de vie mais ne pense pas devenir riche en Chine. Moi, j'ai monté ma boite dans un bled et ca marche, mais j'ai avant noué de solides relations amicales et en plus j'ai fait le choix de ne pas aller dans des grandes villes comme beijing, Shangai ou Canton parce que toout le monde y va et il n'y a plus grand chose de valable à y faire.
La Chine est un pays complètement différent et du notre et même des autres pays d'Asie, donc il faut s'habituer avant d'envisager d'y faire quelque chose.

Je pense (pour ne pas dire que j'en suis sûr) qu'il y a plein de choses à faire en Chine et de toute façon plus qu'en France. Il ne faut pas oublier que la Chine importe aussi énormément et de plus en plus.
Si j'ai un conseil à te donner: tu as plus de chance de réussir en t'écartant un peu des grandes villes. L'inconvénient est que tu n'auras pa une communauté Française pour t'aider; Mais, est ce vraiment un mal ? cela oblige à vivre réellement avec les gens du coin et à t'intégrer. C'est parfois dur mais on y arrive, je l'ai fait à 50 berges, sans parler un mot de Chinois au départ.
Je veux bien le croire, il y a beaucoup d'autres grandes villes, davantage aux alentours, mais comme je l'ai dit précédemment, je n'ai aucune qualifications à proprement parlé, à part de multiples expériences dans la restauration et autres, je n'ai que ça, comme savoir faire. Et peu d'idées, ce que je veux dire c'est que je ne serais pas contre d'y réussir en chine mais faut être réaliste, moi ce que je vais faire, c'est travailler certainement dans une boite ou un restaurant, un bar, c'est tout ce que je sais faire, je ne me fais pas trop de soucis pour m'intégrer, faudras bien!
