je suis d'accord avec Raoulex, tu vas au commissariat de ta résidence au Maroc, je crois c'est la méme démarche qu'en françe tu remplie les formulaires avec tous les documents et normalemnt ya pas de probléme et vu que ton Mari est Marocain il doit pas a voir de souçis.bon retour Au Maroc.

Carte de séjour, visa touristique
Le visa touristique est accordé automatiquement pour les français venant au Maroc et il est symbolisé par un tampon daté sur votre passeport. D'une durée de 3 mois, il peut être prolongé une seule fois pour un total de 6 mois, donc. En revanche, il n'y a pas de limite au nombre de visas touristiques que vous pouvez cumuler dans l'année, vous pouvez donc le prolonger indéfiniment en sortant du Maroc au moins pour une journée et en y réentrant.
La carte de séjour, elle, s'obtient soit parce que vous avez fait la preuve de vos revenus indépendamment du Maroc, soit parce que vous avez un contrat de travail d'étrangers, soit parce que vous êtes marié(e) à un marocain(e), mais cela implique d'abord et avant tout la reconnaissance de votre mariage, ce qui n'est pas immédiat ni simple.
On vous demandera pour l'obtenir de fournir à la préfecture de police de votre lieu de résidence : une copie certifiée conforme de votre passeport une copie certifiée conforme de votre contrat de location une copie certifiée conforme de votre contrat de travail 8 photos une copie certifiée conforme de votre livret de famille (c'est en particulier vrai pour les conjoints de ceux qui ont trouvés un travail ici) un timbre fiscal à 60dhs
Enfin, on vous demandera de remplir deux formulaires en 3 exemplaires chaque, un de demande de permis de séjour, l'autre de police. Au bout d'une semaine, vous pourrez retirer un récépissé de demande de carte de séjour qui vaut permis de séjour pour un mois, accompagné de votre passeport. Il est prolongeable aussi longtemps que votre carte définitive de séjour n'est pas arrivée, à la préfecture par simple visite mensuelle. Logiquement, vous devriez obtenir votre carte de séjour dans les 2 mois qui suivent la demande. Avant, c'était très long et pouvait demander des années mais la procédure s'est considérablement accélérée. La carte de séjour est valable 10 ans et vaut pièce d'identité, ce qui fait que vous n'aurez plus besoin de vous trimbaler avec votre passeport,

car pour moi qui me suis mariée au Maroc, il me semble que la reconnaissance de mon mariage marocain a été immédiate ?
De plus, le Maroc ne nous a pas donné de livret de famille. Il est délivré uniquement lorsque le couple a des enfants, à la différence du livret de famille français.
en tant épouse d'un marocain. tu aura facilement ta carte de séjour, faut allé a la plus proche comissariats ds la ville ou vous résidez, il y'a un bureau de carte séjour pour étranger.
