Je suis française et ne suis pas mariée avec mon conjoint qui lui est venezuelien, je compte rechercher un emploi sur place ou domaines langues, tourisme ou banque/assurances (en ce moment je suis dans le pays et dès que j'ai un moment, je consulte les offres, me renseigne sur la présence française etc etc). J'aimerais que vous partagiez avec moi votre expérience, comment vous vous êtes installés, les difficultés rencontrées, des astuces etc etc.... Tout ce que vous avez envie de dire sera le bienvenu, cela m'aiderait beaucoup !!! merci pour vos réponses !!! je quitte la France cet été.
Avant tout, pourrais-tu nous dire dans quelle ville tu as l'intention de t'installer, car la situation de l'emploi n'est pas la même à Caracas et à Tinaquillo...
Sincèrement il existe la version officielle au niveau des papiers: "mais oui tu peux ! Viens et on règlera tout."
Pis y'a la version réelle: "euh oui mais en ce moment on ne donne pas ce visa-là. Comment tu fais ? je sais pas..."
C'est compliqué, très compliqué. Ici très peu d'étrangers te diront comment ils ont eu leurs papiers. Une fois que tu connaitras le pays tu sauras pourquoi 😉

Mon experience est differente de ce que j ai pu lire sur les differentes reponses. Je vis et travail au venez, legalement.
Je suis d abord venu avec un visa touriste de 1 an, pour prendre la temperature.
Puis, j ai fais un visa Transeute negocios a l ambassade du venezuela a paris, simple, rapide et pas chere.
Puis, j ai monte une petite entreprise a merida.
Cette entreprise m a permis d obtenir un visa investisseur, tjs via l ambassade du venezuela a paris.
Aujourd hui , le visa investisseur me permet au bout de 5 ans d avoir le visa resident ainsi que la cedula.
Sylvain a raison, le visa investisseur marche bien. Il n'est pas le seul dans ce cas. Moi je n'avais pas les fonds necessaire pour l'obtenir (le compte en banque...)

Je souhaite également m'installer au Venezuela. Je vis déjà ici en tant que touriste et je suis en train de monter mon agence de voyage.
Je voulais savoir: selon ce que j'ai lu sur le site de l'ambassade, le visa investisseur est un visa pour les gens ayant leur propre entreprise enregistrée en France, qui souhaite ensuite aller au Venezuela faire du Business... Est-ce votre cas?
Car dans mon cas, je souhaite CREER mon entreprise au Venezuela, et je ne trouve aucun visa correspondant!
Créer une entreprise au Venezuela par un Français n'ai pas simple mais possible.
1-demande un visa TR-N (negocios) et prends la température sur place au Venezuela, fais tes recherches. Saute cette étape si tu es déjà prête.
2- investis dans le pays de manière ..... légale (!). Tu peux investir de l'argent ou des biens.
Note: l'investissement doit se faire AVANT de créer l'entreprise car il te sera demandé de justifier l'origine des capitaux pour créer celle ci. Sans capitaux et donc sans investissement, il ne te sera pas possible de créer l'entreprise.
3-Tu dois créer l'entreprise en associant l'investissement que tu as réalisé avec ton entreprise. Par exemple, tu as fais un virement de France vers le Venezuela de 10.000Euros au change légal et tu souhaites introduire ce capital dans l'entreprise. Ou bien tu viens d'importer 10 camions et tu souhaites les incorporer dans l'entreprise.
Dans le tourisme il te sera exigé une C.A.; minimum 2 personnes, sans limitation sur la nationalité.
4-Apres la création de ton entreprise, tu as un délais légal de 30jours pour faire ta demande d'investisseur auprès de la SIEX.
Comment obtenir un visa TR-I investisseur. Investir? Des biens ou de l'argent. Les biens matériels devront entrer dans le pays par la douane de manière 100% légale. Avec le papier de la douane tu vas a la SIEX de Caracas. Si la SIEX est de bonne humeur, ils te donneront le papier qui te déclare investisseur. Avec le papier investisseur....tu vas au SAIME demander ton visa. A ce stade, se seront écouler au minimum 18/24 mois si tu as de la chance (c'est mon cas).
Apres en avoir terminé avec l'entreprise, pour être agence de voyage... tu devras faire la demande dans l'ordre de RTN; VT et TTT....quelques longs mois de plus (12/18 mois)! VT et TTT ne s'obtiennent qu'avec l'accord de la SIEX....au total se seront écoulé plusieurs années avant d'être en règle.
Sinon tu fais comme certain collègues bien connu sur le forum qui inventent un nom d'entreprise bidon et travaillent en toute illégalité....je ne pense pas qu'il y ait d'avenir pour ce genre de pratique au Venezuela. Je te donnerai des exemples en MP si tu es curieuse.

J'aimerai effectivement investir ici et acheter un terrain (puis y faire construire ma maison), seulement voilà: pour acheter un terrain, il faut "una cedula", donc un visa transeunte qui y donne droit (voir carrément un visa de résident selon certaines sources).... et là on se mord la queue.
Pour mon entreprise.
Je ne sais pas quoi investir... Tout d'abord: il s'agit d'une micro-entreprise qui prendra la forme d'une plateforme Internet. Donc, pas de bureaux, pas d'employés, pas "d'objets", à part mon ordinateur.
Et enfin, je n'ai pas les moyens de vraiment investir quoi que se soit - à part ce que je suis en train de réunir pour acheter mon terrain.
Cependant, aussi petite que soit mon entreprise, je tiens à ce qu'elle soit légale. Je suis prête à prendre le temps et à faire toutes les démarches nécessaires dans ce but. Je suis coriace!!
J'ai vécu 4 ans en Inde, où la paperasserie est INFINIMENT plus cahotique qu'ici, et j'ai réussi à enregistrer mon entreprise là-bas... Évidement, cela a pris 3 ans! Mais le côté positif est qu'en attendant, j'avais tout de même droit au visa d'affaire, qui me permettait de vivre en Inde en tout légalité.
Donc, je me dis que je peux le faire ici aussi. Il faut juste trouver COMMENT.

Comme le dit Sylvain, c'est la croix et la bannière ici pour légaliser ton entreprise. Le point positif est toutefois que tu peux fonctionner PENDANT les démarches administratives. Du moment que tu peux démontrer ta bonne foi et que tu es effectivement en train de faire tout ce qui est en ton pouvoir pour fonctionner dans les règles, les vévézuéliens savent que les démarches sont longues/incohérentes/interminables même et sont donc très conciliants.
J'ai déjà eu 2 ou 3 visites d'organismes étatiques dans mon entreprises et si la première a été terrible, les suivantes se sont super bien passées car ils ont pas l'habitude de trouver des gars qui y mette de la bonne volonté. Lorsque je sais qu'une visite est sur le point de me tomber sur le nez (j'ai mes contacts hehe) je prends les devants et je vais toquer leur porte. Souvent ils m'aident à accélerer le processus contre un petit avantage en nature. Attention, c'est pas de la corruption au sens précis du terme. Ils ne me demandent rien et ce qu'ils font c'est juste de faire en sorte que les papiers se règlent dans les temps. Je n'ai JAMAIS sollicité un permis sans en avoir le droit. Ils font juste en sorte que mon dossier soit ouvert sur le bureau du fainénant qui traîne dans son boulot. Donc je bénéficie d'une administration presque aussi efficace et rapide qu'en France. Et ce que ça me coûte c'est un repas, une réduction dans mes tarifs ou autre détail pour les gars qui se bougent pour de vrai. En France ça ne me viendrait pas à l'esprit de faire ça. Mais ici pour qu'on respecte tes droits, faut parfois passer par-là.

Il est pas mal en effet, de considérer ce moyen simple pour accélérer les procédures...
Le truc pour l'instant, c'est que je ne sais pas par où commencer: il faut une "Cedula Venezolana" pour enregistrer son entreprise, selon ce que m'a dit la chambre des Commerces de Caracas.
Mais on ne peut obtenir de "Cedula", qu'avec un visa transeunte qui y donne droit.
Soit, un visa de chef d'entreprise, par exemple. Or, le visa de chef d'entreprise ne se donne qu'avec une entreprise qui existe déjà (ils demandent le document d'enregistrement de l'entreprise auprès de la chambre de Commerce du pays d'origine).
-J'ai pu acheter un terrain avec un TR-I (investisseur). La cedula n'est pas suffisante, il faut obligatoirement le bon visa qui l'accompagne.
-La micro entreprise est la "Firma Personnal" avec des fortes restrictions sur les activités possibles mais pas sur les montants perçus qui sont illimités. Le tourisme, transports etc ne sont pas permis avec ce type d'entreprise. L'avantage de la FP c'est qu'elle est simple, rapide et économique a monter, par contre le risque pèse sur toi en cas de responsabilité. La FP te donne droit au visa investisseur.
Remarque: pour créer une FP, tu devras avoir un visa ...dans mon cas le TR-N (négocios) a été suffisant mais je crois que la loi s'est durcie et c'est probablement le premier point a vérifier!!!!!
Un petit détail qui vaut son pesant de cacahuètes au cas où: la Compagnie Anonyme a quasiment disparu depuis que la Loi du Travail a été modifiée. Le patron est désormais responsable de la dette "sociales" de l'entreprise sur ses biens personnels. Cela ne concerne pour le moment que la dette avec ses employés, mais la tendance est à la disparition progressive des bénéfices que présentait la compagnie anonyme puisque la séparation personne naturelle/personne juridique est compromise. Donc prudence.

Bien je n'ai pas pu faire mon visa, car l'entreprise qui m'embauchait était petite. Il faut avoir au moins 9 employés Venezuelien pour pouvoir employer une personne étrangère... Mon entreprise n'en comptait pas autant :/ De plus, il faut avoir des diplômes dans la branche dans laquelle on est embauché et l'entreprise doit justifier de pourquoi elle embauche un étranger et non Venezuelien.
