Si tu veux aller travailler aux Emirats (par exemple Dubai ou Abu dhabi) en tant que cuisinier, sache que ces emplois sont souvent réservés aux Pakistanais et asiatiques et c'est mal payé. Il ne faut donc pas penser aller là bas pour gagner de l'argent en plus les loyers sont tellement chers que ton salaire n'y suffira pas.
Si tu es celibataire tu peux toujours tenter, moi personellement j'aime ce pays.
Il faut que tu trouves d'abord l'employeur ensuite c'est lui qui demandera le visa de travail pour te faire venir. Tu peux négocier avec l'employeur pour le logement.
Le mieux c'est d'y aller en vacances avant en repérage pour chercher un travail et voir le pays.
Les conditions d'acces aux Emirats sont de plus en plus restreint et en ce moment il y a beaucoup de licenciement dans certains secteurs.

C'est vrai qu'en générale, la plupart des employés sont d'origine pakistanaise, indienne etc mais essaie de repérer
les restaurants français ou européens pour voir si ils embauchent. (il y a Opéra mais c'est plus patisserie française et une autre enseigne de luxe ma rappelle plus le nom)
Essais aussi de négocier ton contrat avant de venir (contrat locaux souvent très bas 😕 !!!)

Nous distribuons auprès de bijoutiers en France et en Belgique, des bijoux fantaisies haut de gamme, par le biais de la vente directe chez le commerçant bijoutier.
Je vous prie de m'excuser à l'avance des questions peut-être naïves que je suis amené à vous poser ci-joint, mais nous voulions savoir si il était possible que cette salariée puisse continuer la même activité de vente directe auprès de bijoutiers sur place à Dubaï, ou bien en tant qu'Agent (ou autre statut ?).
En fait, surtout savoir si "sur le principe", le démarchage direct auprès de bijouteries rentre dans le cadre des moeurs ? (Le Voile et autres pratiques de ce type sont elles nécessaires pour ce type de travail. Evidemment, cette salariée parle couramment l'Anglais et aussi le Néerlandais.

en ce qui concerne votre activité, je ne sais pas si cela sera possible sur place à Dubaï. Il est toujours possible d'essayer. Il y a beaucoup de bijouteries et un grand souk de l'or dans un centre commercial.
Il y a énormément d'expatriés à Dubaï (et dans les Emirats en général) donc on retrouve souvent les mêmes habitudes qu'en Europe ou USA etc... Je pense qu'il n'y a aucun problème avec le démarchage direct.
Quant au voile, cela s'associe à l'Islam, si votre collaboratrice n'est pas musulmane et ne désire pas porter le voile, aucun problème !!!! En aucun cas, elle sera obligé de le mettre pour travailler ou sortir !
Comme je vous l'ai précisé, il y a un très grand nombre d'expatriés, à chacun sa religion et sa culture 😉 !
Les Emirats sont très pays très tolérants et très modernes, ouverts sur le monde. Les femmes conduisent, travaillent, s'habillent à leur propre façon !
Il y a tout de même garder un certain respect pour leur culture et leurs traditions et savoir se montrer assez pudique !!!

Je ne peux pas répondre à ta question pour la vente de ces bijoux, il y a des règles que je ne connais pas, elle pourra voir sur place quand elle y sera.
Mais il y a une grande concurence avec l'asie et l'inde.
Ta question sur le voile, je ne comprend pas trop, pourquoi une occidentale non musulmane devrait porter le voile. C'est une question de religion.
