Je me prépare à aller étudier aux etats unis, j'ai mon I-20, mais lors de l'entretien pour l'obtention du visa F-1, ce dernier m'a été refusé selon l'article 214 (b) de la loi d'immigration et de nationalité aux USA. Mais il m'a été notifié que je peux refaire la demande et repayer les frais de visa, et apporter des preuves supplémentaires montrant que je quitterai les Etats Unis à la fin de mes études, J'ai bossé pendant 3 ans déjà dans une grande société ici avec mon BTS, société dans laquelle je suis encore d'ailleurs, mais je suis sous un CDD, de 2 ans qui m'a été djà renouvelé, une fois;
Ma 1ère question, quand dois-je refaire une autre demande pour prendre rendez-vous pour l'entretien? dans combien de temps quoi? alor que j'ai passé le 1er entretien qui n'a rien donné le 5 juillet 2007. Et les séances d'orientation dans le community college dans lequel je me sui inscrit commencent le 7 août 2007, heureusemen la rentrée est pour le 20 août.
2ème question surtout quels sont les documents que je peux réunir pour prouver mon retour au pays après mes études? je vous signale que j'ai pris djà mon attestation de travail dans le cadre de mon deuxième contrat de travail à durée déterminée, j'ai pris une autorisation parentale signée et légalisée par mes parents, les justifs que j'ai un compte bancaire, ces docs peuvent m'aider non?
ème question dois-je représenter aussi les docs que j'avais djà montréS, buletin et diplôme? relevés du parent qui me prends en charge?

Mon visa a été refusé dans les mêmes conditions que le tiens, j'ai alors envoyé des pièces supplémentaires par fax mais je n'ai toujours pas eu de réponse.

salut, il m'est arrivé la même chose, j'ai donc contacté par telephone l'amabasade et je leur faxé une nouvelle lettre (argumentant que j'ai de l'attache en France et que je compte bien rentré) et des pieces justicatifs prouvant mon attachement en france ( famille, acte de naissances de mes fréres et soeur, adresses de mes parents ect...), le conseiller de l'ambassade avec qui j'ai eu l'entretien a bien voulu de nouveau me recevoir rapidement suite à ce fax et à mes nombreux coup de teléphone, ce qui a marché et j'ai eu mon visa rapidement. Il faut s'accrocher et ne pas laisser tomber et surtout bien ecrire la lettre bon courage.
