Après vous avoir lus depuis plusieurs mois ma femme et moi allons cet été découvrir le Panama.
Je suis constructeur de maisons résidentielles et je penses que notre destinée nous amèneras a construire des maisons au Panama.
Nous voulons prendre 1 mois cet été pour voir si notre rêve est possible ou irréaliste!

Mon epoux et mois vivons a Panama depuis plus de 3 ans. Votre reve n'est pas aussi facile que vous le penser ici a Panama...si vous voulez plus amples informations, venez nous visiter a Farallon...c'est le village ou le Royal Decameron est situe. Nous avons ouvert un minigolf (minigolf Carolina) a 10 minutes de l'hotel. Nous sommes aussi gerant de projet en construction...donc nous avons beaucoup d info a ce sujet.

Auriez vous une itinéraire a me recommander? Étant donne que nous serons au Panama seulement pour 1 mois nous aimerions avoir vos suggestions.
Bien sur pour ne pas perdre de temps et vraiment chercher ce que nous voulons: terrains pour bâtir quelques maisons pour des expats près des villes ou d' endroits intéressants. De qui acheter des terrains? Quels régions sont bonnes pour un petit développement?
nous recommandons fortement le cote du pacifique....moins de pluie et moins de moustiques....de plus, il y aura dans 3-4 ans un aeroport international a cote du village de Farallon...donc, tous les terrains prendront de la valeur...nous sommes gerants de projets de construction (nous l'etions aussi au Canada) et nous avons construits un resort ici...donc nous pouvons vous aider dans plusieurs domaines. Quand prevoyez-vous venir ici? ou habiterez-vous? si vous etes ici pour un mois pour regarder le cote du pacifique, nous pouvons vous trouver un condo ou une maison a louer dans la communaute de Coronado qui se trouve a environ 1 1/2 heure de Panama City et pres de plusieurs resorts et condos.

Nous serons au Panama fin Juin début Juillet car Nicole enseigne le Français dans une école d' immersion ici en Alberta.
Nous regardons pour toutes les options ou habiter mais le mieux serait de vivre parmi la population locale je crois. Nous pourrions ainsi s' imprégner de la culture locale. Si vous n' avez pas d' objection j' aimerais vous parler en priver?

Nous avons visité une grande partie du Panama. Quel beau pays; gens sympathiques, paysage extraordinaire et bonne bouffe.
Un merci très spécial à Jean-Marc et son épouse Carolina qui nous ont été de très précieux contacts et guides pour ce voyage. Tous les deux ont un bagage incroyable en construction (qui est mon domaine) alors ils savent de quoi ils parlent. Ils nous ont emmené voir les projets qu'ils réalisent en rénovation de maison et de commerces et ils sont vraiment professionnels. Bravo à vous 2 c'est magnifique de voir des gens qualifiés et compétents comme vous!
Par la suite à Coronado Beach nous avons rencontré Yves et Alcides qui sont les propriétaires de l’agence immobilière Premier Realty Panama. Yves est Québécois donc très facile de communiquer avec lui et Alcides parle l’anglais et l’espagnol. Nous avons rencontré toutes sortes d'agents au cours du voyage et ce sont eux qui remportent tous les honneurs. Courtois, polis, à l'écoute de ce que nous recherchions car nous sommes arrivés avec pleins d'idées et ils ont su nous conseiller et respecter nos choix.
Aucune pression ; ils nous ont même référé à quelqu'un d'autre à l'autre bout du pays (pas tous les agents qui font ca). Dans notre voyage nous avons appelé plusieurs agents et trois semaines plus tard on attend toujours des retours d'appels !!!
Yves et Alcides ont fait des pieds et des mains pour nous et en tant que contracteurs à l'étranger c'est très important car nous serons ici au Panama sous peu je l'espère. Je suis sûr qu 'ils trouveront le terrain idéal pour notre projet que nous avons si hâte de commencer.

Bonjour madame et monsieur,
Je suis montrealaise et possede 2 terrains a vendre a Playa Corona.
Je comptais construire des condos mais malheureusement mon projet tombe à l'eau.
J'ai les plans déjà fait par un architecte panamien.
le premier terrain est de 6000 m2 et le second adjacent de 3000m.
Ils sont du coté de la plage donc pas d'autoroute à traverser.

je suis architecte et français, je me suis déjà rendu au panama à 2 reprises (2 semaines il y a 3 ans et 2 mois début 2011).
Avec mon ami nous pensons quitter la France pour aller nous installer au Panama. L'idéal pour moi serait de trouver un travail en tant qu'architecte salarié (au moins dans un 1er temps) et puis peut etre après monter notre propre projet d'Ecolodge.
Pensez vous qu'il serait facile de trouver du travail sur Panama City ? Je parle déjà pas trop mal espagnol et anglais.

Je lisais le forum et j'ai été attiré par votre discussion . Je vous explique en quelques mots , mon fils et moi sommes promoteur et constructeur immobilier en France en Isére plus précisement , depuis plusieurs années je me rends au costa rica et nous voulions exercer en paralléle la méme profession au costa mais le foncier est assez cher prés de la capitale San José . Moi je me suis posé la question pourquoi le Costa et pourquoi pas Le Panama ou on voit d'aprés les forums que la vie , les terrains sont bien moins chers . Pour ma part je ne connais pas du tout le Panama et mon fils non plus . Apparement vous exercecez aussi ce genre de chose ? pouvez vous m'en dire un peu plus ? Pour ma part je serai au costa de début janvier a fin février pour monter une société et prospecter en foncier et j'aurai bien aimé aller quelques temps au Panama ne serai ce que pour me rendre compte de ce qui se passe sur l'immobilier ainsi voir si le mode de construction est identique a celle du costa et de la notre en France dans les zones sismiques . Apparement lorsque on visite les sites qui propose des terrains au Panama , ceux ci on l'air assez bien et les prix moins élevés qu'au Costa , quel est votre avis vous qui vivez sur place ?

Non nous ne vivons pas au Panama. Nous sommes toujours au Canada mais un agent d' immeuble cherche un terrain pour nous.
Le mieux est de se rendre sur place et de visiter, nous notre choix est la montagne car c' est trop chaud pour nous près de la mer.
Au Panama il y en a pour tous les goûts! Bonne chance

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
Are there any special requirements before leaving France (aside from taxes...)?

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
