Ceci étant dit, je devrai etre amené à m'expatrier dans le cadre professionnel au Brésil et plus particulièrement à São Paulo d'ici 3 mois. C'est une première pour moi.
J'ai tout de même une bonne habitude des voyages car j'ai effectuer quasiment 18 démanégements plus ou moins long (jusqu'à 2 ans) dans les DOM-TOM. Je cherche à obtenir un max d'infos pour ne pas partir la fleur au fusil mais également pour vérifier que les conditions proposées par boite qui devraient m'etre données Lundi sont correctes donc voici les plusieurs points sur lesquels j'aurai des interrogations. (J'ai recherché dans le forum mais globalement les informations ne sont pas toutes jeunes donc je préfère reposer les questions).
Je précise également que j'ai une petite expérience du Brésil. Ma copine est Brésilienne et vit à Brasilia en ce moment. j'ai effectué plusieurs voyages perso là bas en tout 2 mois et mon portugais varie entre débutant et débutant éclairé...

12/ São Paulo : ville sympa à vivre? excepté les resto sur ce point j'ai bien compris qu'on mange bien là bas... mais je parle en terme activité dans la ville et surtout les alentours...
Voici les quelques questions qui me turlupinent et sur lesquelles j'aimerai bien avoir un avis d'éclairés (personne n'ayant aucune connaissance du Brésil ou de l'expatriation merci de s'abstenir...). J'en aurai surment d'autres une fois que l'on m'aura présenté les conditions de mon expatriation...
Je remercie d'avance en tous cas ceux qui pourront m'apporter quelques avis. Ca me permettra surement de mieux négocier mon contrat et d'éviter certains pièges que d'autres auraient rencontrés.

Non, imposition de 17% sur votre salaire , à déduire de vos 5400 R$......sans compter 20% pour les charges, donc le salaire de 5400 est il net ou brut?.... pour avoir un salaire net de 5400 R$ qui serait confortable (sans logement et voiture à payer, ni assurance santé), il vous faut au moins 7000 R$ brut mensuellement (ce n'est que 3000 € brut pour votre employeur)
7/ Y a t il des quartiers à privilégier pour habiter à São Paulo?

la voiture est un luxe au Brésil, 30% plus chère à l'achat qu'en France pour un modèle équivalent, + taxe de 4% annuelle sur valeur du véhicule, + assurance coutant en moyenne 1000€/ an.......donc vaut mieux négocier une voiture 😉

une chose que vous avez oublié.......la mutuelle santé.....ici c'est au minimum 150 €/ mois.....et si vous avez des enfants.....les frais de scolarités, à prendre en compte dans votre négociation salarial...

Les Paulistas vivent plutot dans leurs quartiers...les deplacements d'un bout a l'autre de la ville sont vraiment tres difficile et tres long que ce soit en bus ou en voiture.
Alors vivre et travailler a Sao Paulo "SIM" se voce tem muito dinheiro...parce que Sao Paulo c'est MUITO CARO en terme de logement d'achat d'une voiture ou de vetement dans les SHOPPING CENTER (made in USA sauf pour les prix!!!)

Ce chiffre n'est suffisant que si votre société prend en charge logement et voiture! Voyez à combien vous pouvez prétendre. R$ 8000 serait déjà plus raisonnable...

Il vaut mieux avoir une voiture prise en charge par la société: négociez, y compris pour une utilisation en-dehors du travail. Votre employeur aura probablement intérêt à considérer la voiture comme un élément du salaire...
Sauf si vous avez une chance incroyable, ne comptez pas sur le métro, il ne va pas partout et les stations sont bien plus éloignées entre elles qu'à Paris! Mais vous goûterez sûrement quand même aux joies des taxis et des transports en commun (rodízio, autrement dit alternance de circulation selon le numéro d'immatriculation de votre voiture, un jour par semaine pendant la journée 😐).
