Voila je desire depuis quelque temps maintenant changer d'horizons et partir m'installer dans le Lanquedoc Rousillon mais j'hesite sur la ville.
J'aimerais une grande ville du style Monptellier Beziers Perpignan mon choix n'etant pas defini j'aimerais quelques conseils de votre part!
J'ai 22ans j'habite dans le Vaucluse et je suis chauffeur routier donc le travail je devrait arriver a trouver dans cette region!
Pour le logement sa fait plus d'un ans et demi que je suis dans une residence securiser et j'en suis tres content donc je voudrais retrouver le meme style
de logement et je pense que dans ces Villes il doit y'en avoir!!
J'aimerais avoir des avis sur ces villes que je pourrais aller visiter et postuler des mes conges dans 10jours!!
Bonjour, pour ce que tu cherches, je pencherais plutot pour Montpellier, coté travail c'est le point le plus important du coin niveau nombre de sociétés, et il y a une grosse population étudiante donc ambiance jeune et active, et coté culturel c'est aussi le point le plus important. En plus les plages ne sont pas loin.
Béziers reste une ville très provinciale et Perpignan une ville plus secondaire, mais sans doute moins chères pour y vivre que Montpellier.
Bonjour, il y a un petit port que j'aime bien c'est Sète, très vivant , plein de petits restos, bonne ambiance et a 2 pas de l'autoroute. En plus il y a un port très actif dans l'importation de bois, donc certainement du travail pour des chauffeurs poids lourd.Un point de chute pour avoir des infos auprès de tous les chauffeurs routiers, le resto routier "La Péniche" a l'entrée de Sète près du pont métallique.
Sinon connais tu des villes entre Perpignan et Montpellier ou je pourrais m'installer car j'ai citer 3 grosses villes mais il y a peut etre mieu?!
De toutes facon je vais faire le tour pendant mes congés pour reperer une société et ensuite j'envisagerais la ville ou je demenagerais!
Entre Montpellier et Nimes il y a Lunel, vers l'ouest/Sud de Montpellier il y a Sète.
Mais attention c'est très cher comme région, notamment Montpellier.
Oui sete je connais lunel un peut aussi, oui j'ai regerder les apparts sur Montpellier c'est vraiment chero!! Moi la ou sa me plairait c'est plus vers Perpignan
Beziers j'ai vu qu'il y avait souvent du vent mais bon la ou j'habite on a le mistral assez souvent donc sa me changera pas!
Puis niveau loyer c'est quand meme beaucoup plus avantageux!!

Montpellier est la ville la plus attractive de la région. Mais il ne faut pas négliger Perpignan, qui se situe à 40kms de l'Espagne et qui sera à 50 mins de Barcelone par TGV à la fin de l'année. La qualité des plages est bien meilleure du côté de Perpignan: Canet, Argeles, St Cyprien...
Les autres points positifs de cette ville sont: proximité d'Andorre, des stations de ski, loyers abordables, températures supérieures à Montpellier (surtout en hiver où il peut faire 12° à Montpellier et 17° à Perpignan grâce à l'effet de foehn).
De plus, Perpignan est une ville en pleine croissance et en pleine mutation.
Pour ton travail, je pense que Perpignan serait la destination idéale en raison du marché St Charles, plaque tournante européenne des fruits et légumes.
Les points négatifs sont: une certaine insécurité dans certains quartiers et villages, la tramontane qui souffle régulièrement, pour se rendre à Paris, tu mets 6h en TGV ou 1h en avion (ça coûte plus cher de faire Perpignan Paris que Barcelone New York).
Cela fait 6 ans que j'habite à Perpignan. Je trouve la ville de Montpellier sympathique mais je préfère Perpignan qui a les avantages d'une grande ville sans les inconvénients. La population est également plus sympathique à Perpignan.
J'ai essayé d'être le plus objectif possible et j'espère que ma réponse t'aidera à prendre une décision.
