Originaire de bretagne, je pense a descendre vivre et travailler a bordeaux( poste qui me serait proposé).J'ai 25 ans.Je suis charpentier.
Je ne connais pas beaucoup la région (je ne suis descendu qu'une ou deux fois a bordeaux et dans les environs) et j'aimerai avoir des petites infos.
J'aime mon travail mais pour rester poli j'en ai ras le bol du climat breton, je veux du soleiiiiiiiiiiillllll!!!!
j'ai plusieurs questions:
que pouvez vous me dire sur l'ambiance bordelaise? on m'a dit qu'il y avait de quoi faire la fête, mais je suis plus concert et bars, les boites et l'ambaince clubber c'est pas mon truc.Je sais que c'est la ville qui a vu naitre noir desir, et ca c'est un bon point , pour moi.
Les festivals?
Plus généralement, les gens? Je sais qu'il y a des cons partout bien sur mais on m'a dit que c'était bourg' comme coin...
l'intégration est elle facile?
Et le climat, est il agréable? il y a focement un hiver c'est sure!😛 mais en bretagne nord l'hiver c'est octobre a avril (7 mois!!!)... j'en ai vraiment marre!😠
Les loyers sont ils chers? je veux dire, un petit appart pas trop pourris faut compter combien? est il facile de trouver une colocation? avez vous des foyers de jeunes travailleurs?
Et enfin ( et pour moi c'est peut etre le point le plus important) Bordeaux est elle loin de l'océan et des spots de surf?

On m'a aussi décrit l'ambiance a l'eau qu'il peut parfois y avoir dans le sud, mais bon c'est quand meme pas comme aux pays basque quand meme?!!!
En bretagne l'ambiance reste encore bonne la plupart du temps, qu'en est il chez vous?
Est ce que je vais etre totalement dégouté du comportement des gens, est ce que tous les spots sont vraiments gavés de monde quand ca marche?
Il parait que vos plages sont tres grandes, est ce que si je me contente des piks de qualité moyenne par ex j'aurais ma part?
est ce que c'est vrai que tu peux squatter nul part sur la cote avec ton van sans te prendre de pv ou te faire vandalisé?(en bretagne ya encore carrément moyen)
ici dans le nord on entend des choses et d'autres...bon je voudrai votre avis...
faut il plutot que je m'achete un vélo et que je vende ma planche si jamais je viens? (je rigole bien sure j'aime pas trop le vélo)

J'habite sur Bordeaux depuis quelques années donc je vais essayer de répondre à tes questions car je sais au combien c'est dur d'arriver dans une ville que l'on ne connait pas !!
Alors concernant l'ambiance Bordelaise, c'est plutôt cool ! Les Bordelais sont généralement bien fétards et tiennent assez bien à l'alcool donc les soirées durent un bon bout de temps !
Le centre de bordeaux, du genre la Victoire, bouge assez bien, sans pour autant être des Clubs ! Et il y a pas mal de bars, très accessibles puisqu'ils sont dans le centre, sympas ! Côté concerts, bien entendu tu as la patinoire de Bordeaux, qui est la première salle de concert de Bordeaux (qui est petite mais pour l'instant nous n'avons pas mieux), le Rocher de Palmer (accessible en tram, un peu en dehors de la ville, à Cenon) et le 4sans (qui devraient bientôt fermer ses portes d'après ce que j'ai compris...).
Pour les festivals, je ne peux rien te dire, je n'en ai jamais fais !
Bordeaux, si tu as envie de sortir et de faire de nouvelles rencontres, c'est l'idéal ! Mais c'est sur qu'il ne faut pas rester cloitré chez soit ! Les gens sont plutôt sympas et accueillants ! Comme partout je pense, le Jeudi soir, c'est soirées étudiantes !
Côté climat, on pourrait dire que l'on atteint la perfection ! L'hiver, il fait froid mais sans plus et l'été c'est généralement plein soleil ! Tu vois pas exemple, on vient juste d'avoir une semaine magnifique avec des températures à 15/16° et un grand soleil, du genre un temps de printemps idéal (bon aujourd'hui les nuages ont gagné le soleil...)
Pour les loyers, comme partout, si tu veux vivre plein centre de bordeaux c'est cher. Après il ne faut pas être difficile et accepter une chambre ou un petit appart/studio un peu pourri et à au moins 5/10 min du centre de Bordeaux. A ce moment là, tu pourras taper dans les 300/400€ par mois...
Vu que tu parles de Surf, je suppose que tu dois connaitre Lacanau !! Plage mythique ! Il faut compter 1h30 en saison creuse et bien 2h en pleine saison pour y aller en partant du centre de Bordeaux. L'été, il y a une ligne de bus à 2€ l'aller qui fait Bordeaux-Lacanau. Et, d'après ce que j'en sais, Lacanau est un spot de surf ! L'hiver, les surfeurs se font un peu plus rares que l'été donc les plages sont largement accessibles ! L'été c'est un autre problème ! Il faut connaître les bons endroits et malheureusement, n'étant pas surfeuse, je ne les connais pas !
Pour conclure ce message, un conseil, troc ta planche pour un vélo ! :D Ici c'est un outil nécessaire !
comme je le pensai le climat devrai me plaire, par contre le fait que bordeaux est a une heure trente de la cote m'embete un peu...
je suis certain que c'est une ville qui vaut le détour, je vais continuer a reflechir et essayer de descendre a l'occasion.

Je réponds un peu tard désolée, mais bon si c'est toujours d'actualité, voilà ce que je peux te dire:
Alors, j'ai 26 ans, et je vis à Bordeaux depuis 8 ans.
Pour ce qui est des sorties, pas de problème tu trouveras ton bonheur.
Bien qu'étant la 4ème (ou 5ème ou je sais plus!) ville de France, Bordeaux ne dispose pas d'une véritable grande salle de concert digne de ce nom, genre un zénith. Tout au plus la patinoire de Mériadeck (lol!). Donc c'est pas demain la veille qu'on verra Radiohead à Bordeaux!!
Par contre, il y a plein de bars accueillant des concerts de groupes locaux ou d'ailleurs. Ton meilleur outil sera alors le http://www.clubsetconcerts.com/ (trouvable en version papier partout!).
De plus, le Rocher de Palmer a ouvert récemment, je n'ai pas encore eu l'occasion d'y aller mais la programmation est plutôt sympa (pour te donner une idée http://www.concerts.fr/Programme/le-rocher-de-palmer-bordeaux).
Sinon, les principaux quartiers pour sortir sont la Victoire (à oublier quand tu as dépassé 20 ans! sans offense Mathilde😉), Saint-Pierre (un peu bobo mais sympa), les quais Paludate (boites de nuit pourries) mais surtout plein de bars dispersés dans Bordeaux!!
En ce qui concerne la réputation de bourgeoise, c'est un peu dépassé il me semble. Bordeaux était une ville de riches négociants en vin, qui n'a pas vraiment connu l'industrialisation et donc où la culture populaire ouvrière est moins forte que dans d'autres villes françaises, mais pas inexistante! Le marché des Capucins reste le meilleur exemple de quartier populaire à Bordeaux!!
Comme dans toutes les villes, il y a des quartiers plus bourges que d'autres. Mais ça tend à s'égaliser dans le centre ville, principalement occupé par des étudiants, des jeunes familles bobo (rien de péjoratif dans cette appellation, utilisée ici dans un sens "sociologique") et des personnes issues de l'immigration. Un quartier comme les Chartrons classiquement étiqueté de bourge est aujourd'hui habité par des étudiants! Et le quartier Saint-Michel, classique quartier d'immigrés (espagnols et portugais il y a 30 ans, plutôt maghrébins, africains et turcs aujourd'hui) se voit envahi par les bobos!
Pour ce qui est du climat, il faut savoir qu'il pleut quasiment autant à Bordeaux qu'en Bretagne!..En terme de quantité; la répartition des différente. En gros, il pleut tout le temps un peu en Bretagne, alors qu'il pleut moins souvent mais beaucoup à la fois à Bordeaux!
Comme l'a dit Mathilde, un hiver pas trop froid et un été bien chaud! Très agréable!
Et concernant l'océan, rassure-toi, il n'est pas loin!! Je ne connais rien au surf, mais j'ai cru comprendre que pour les amateurs la côte girondo-landaise était plutôt cool! La plage la plus proche doit être à une bonne heure de route depuis le centre de Bordeaux. Par contre, les bus à 2 euros mentionnés par Mathilde ne concernent que les 12-20 ans.
Voilà, je crois avoir à peu près dit tout ce que je voulais dire! Même si je m'apprête très certainement à la quitter, Bordeaux est une ville où la qualité de vie est considérable!
Alors Alors? tu t'es installe a bordeaux du coup? je suis dans la meme situation que toi, mais avec un climat encore plus pourri, celui d'Amsterdam.
Dans ma tete Bordeaux c'etait chaud en ete et jamais froid en hiver, enfin pas aussi froid que le -15 qu'on s'est tape cette annee.
Niveau pluie, c'est toutes les semaines qu'il pleut? tous les jours pendant une heure? je regardais les precipitations moyennes sur le site de meteo france et bordeaux et nantes c'est kiff kiff, exactement la meme quatite de pluie par an... je suis surpris!

Bin moi Bordeaux je recommande surtout que pour les surfers 😎 il y a un nouveau bon plan : Blacksheep location de van aménagé vient d'installer une agence de location de campervan à Bordeaux (à bègle plus exactement !).
Du coup pour les surf trip, non seulement de Bordeaux tu n'es pas loin de l'Océan mais en plus maintenant tu peux crécher sur la plage en attendant la déferlante. Plus d'info : http://www.blacksheep-van.com
