si tu te branchais sur des sites d'expatriés italiens au bénin ? tu auras des choses sur l'expatriaition italienne là-bas
(je ne connais que les sites d'expat français).
y'a de bonnes écoles françaises (mais italiennes je sais pas). bonnes maternelles en langue française.
la vie est sympa à cotonou.
tu trouves à louer des apparts ou maison à tous les niveaux de prix et donc de confort.(mais tu es peut-être logée par le boulot de ton mari).
la vie n'est pas chère sauf si tu tiens aux produits d'importation (hyper marchés très chers). sinon, produits locaux bons et cheap.
la santé : vois avec ton ambassade à cotonou pour des listes de medecins. l'ambassade de france en donne et a aussi un centre de santé à elle. ou l'on peut aller. (prix quasi européens)? pharmacies correctement achalandées.
Trés bien pour l'école française, j'ais aussi frequenter l'école française de Bujumbura que mon père travailler las bas. mes enfant aussi vont vite apprendre la langue.
les chose qui m'interesse plus sont d'aspect pratique. que je doit m'emporter de l'europe que au Benin on trouve avec difficulter? le clima? pour les moustique on trouve tout las bas? et pour les maladie esque c'est facile d'en prendre? il as t'il des bon medecin? la farmacie??? esque on trouve des magasin pour s'habiller?? ou c'est mieux q'on s'en achette avant de partir? la circulation du pays? et aussi la securiter du pays?? je peux me promener tranquillment avec mes enfant? il y as beaucoup de europeen? la tecnologi? internet foncsionne bien? il y a t'il la couverture pour le GSM? pardonne moi mon français masi je ne sais plus l'écrire! 😉
de ce que j'en connais (j'y suis allée deja, ma fille y a sejourné 6 mois, et moi-même j'y repars 6 mois en novembre)
- pour les écoles, à l'âge de ton ainée, tu n'auras pas de soucis. adresses sur les sites d'expat français. vois pour les prochaines inscriptions sans trop tarder peut-être ?
- je te reponds version "france" car la version "italie" de cotonou et bénin, je ne connais pas bien sur.(mais si tu as des plans, genre centre sulturel ou autre, je prends)
- santé : vois avant le depart pour les vaccins pour vous et les enfants. (fièvre jaunes obligatoire, hépatite, méningo A et C ... et le basique européen : tétnos, polio ect ...)
- le paludisme : zone endémique. donc
- les preventions contre les moustiques : moustiquaires sur tous les lits, aux fenêtres et porte de la maison, c'est bien aussi. attention aux soirées, c'est là que les moustiques arrivent. produits repulsifs sur la peau et les vêtements (en pharmacie facile à trouver). se protéger en cas de sorties le soir : vêtments legers mais à manches longues par exemple.
- les médicaments anti-palu : pour long terme (2-3 ans tu dis) : je ne sais pas si c'est possible. pour des courts et moyens sejours, je prends de la doxycicline, efficace - utilisé par l'armée française pour ses troupes - et pas cher, à coté de la malarone par exemple. vois avec un medecin.
- l'eau : à cotonou elle est potable, tu peux la boire sans problèmes. ailleurs non, boire de l'eau en bouteille ("possotomé" la plus repandue) ou bouillie ou avec micropur dedans. attention aux crudités - plats pas assez cuits ect comme dans tous les pays "chauds" ... on trouve de tout au bénin, beaucoup de marchés fruits et legumes super ! poissons aussi à cotonou (vifs), viande un peu plus cher. les produits occidentaux sont a acheter des un ou deux hypermarchés sur cotonou mais à des prix très elevés.
on mange bien au bénin.
- les pharmacies : on trouve partout de bonnes pharmacies et de grandes à cotonou. la plus grande est celle du "camp ghezo". On trouve de tout, mais part avec une petite reserve de produits et medocs, le temps de t'installer et de te "retourner".
- y'a de bons medecins (liste à l'ambassade) - centre medico-social de l'ambassade de france. On s'inscrit pour l'année et ensuite on peut utiliser les services : medecin service infirmeier - laboratoire d'analyse.
- securité sociale : les français y'a la "securité sociales des français de l'étranger" qui inclus l'asurance rapatriement, la gratuité des soins avec la mutuelle. mais pour les nationaux italiens, renseigne toi auprès de ton organisme.
- le climat : ben c'est chaud, c'est l'afrique, avec deux saisons des pluies et une grande saison sèche, les dates vaient un peu selon le sud du pays ou le nord. regarde sur google.
- on s'habille très très très leger". pas la peine d'emmener des tonnes de vêtements, tu pourras en faire faire sur place; grand choix de tissus et de très bon tailleurs pour des prix vraiment bons. (emmène quelques des pantalons, pantacourt, shorts pour les enfants, jupes, robes, tee shirts, chemises, chemisettes et autres "haut" en coton de préférence et leger.)
aux pieds : pareil, des sandales. de l'aéré.
- pas beaucoup d'européens, y'a des centres culturels de différents pays, je les connais pas tous. y'a un quartier "expat" friqué, mais aussi les européens vivent aussi en quartiers africains et heureusement ... (à mon avis, et c'est mon cas). en arrivant , tu vas t'inscrire à ton ambassade et tu demandes des contatcts. t'en auras aussi avec l'école ect ...
- tu peux te promener en toute securité, tu verras des enfanst européens aller le soir chercher le pain ou aller à la librairie tout seuls. la population béninoise est extrèmement gentille.
- pour les téléphones portables (gsm, c'est ça ?) le mieux est d'emporter un portable désactivé ou d'en acheter un sur place (pas cher) et d'acheter une carte sim locale avec un numéro béninois. pas d'abonnements, des cartes rechargeables : tu en trouves absolument partout au bénin.
- internet : clefs 3G à acheter sur place aussi avec un acès illimité pour environ 30 euros le mois. les cybers, c'est pas le top : pas beaucoup et connexions aléatoires. on trouve aussi des lieux avec une connexion WIFI (conne le centre Zinsou).
bon .... ça fait long tout ça ...
mais tu verras, la vie est agréable au bénin.

Mon père par le mois prochain ensuite c'est lui qui va nous dire quand le rejoindre il vas d'abord voir le travaille (c'est sur le port de cotonou) puit il doit nous procurée le loyer par sont entreprise. Je sais pas combien de temps il en faut mais je vouler en s'avoir plus sur le pay. On en peux plus de vivre en ces année en italie on est jeune et pour nous il y pas de futur!! Vos mieux s'en aller all'adventure et avec ce nouveau travaille gagner aussi un peux d'argent pour notre futur et de nos enfant. Vous come vous étais arriver au bénin? À oui et esque c'est dangereux de ce baigné à la mer!!

mais bon, je suis en retraite alors c'est différent.
j'ai connu le bénin en venant y passer quelques semaines avec ma fille qui y était 6 mois en stage (internat de medecine). j'ai adoré ce pays.
j'ai donc decidé d'y partir un peu plus, je vais y passer 6 mois deja, après je verrais :))) mes enfants et petits enfants me manqueront de trop pour que je parte définitivement 🙂 et puis j'aime la France, tout de même !

la mer : oui à peu près partout c'est dangereux. la mer est violente, la plage très en pente et le ressac déséquilibre et entraine. y'a des endroits ou ça l'est moins, mais pas beaucoup. vous verrez ça directment là-bas. (en tout cas, pas les enfants dans l'eau, vous n'en verrez pas). on va nager dans les piscines des grands hotels. (c'est payant, y'a des abonnements). ya des lacs (ahémé) et des rivières ou on peut se baigner aussi.
