Je crois savoir que les tout-inclus de la région de Santiago sont situés à quelque distance de la ville - 45 minutes et plus, disons... Il faudrait vérifier la disponibilité et le coût du transport, que je ne connais pas; j'ai toujours habité en casa particular au centre-ville. Il est bien certain cependant que l'achat d'un forfait est plus économique que l'achat d'un vol sec et d'un hébergement séparé. Dilemne pour cette ville... Vous pourriez vérifier l'offre depuis Toronto, il est possible que des hôtels plus centraux comme le Melia ou le Casa Granda soient disponibles. Pour le transport en ville, si vous êtes à l'aise comme passager d'une moto, et avec quelques notions d'espagnol, les Cubains utilisent un système très pratique de moto-taxi; efficace, très rapide, très économique.

Ayant séjourné dans quelques tout-inclus de la région de Santiago, j'ai constaté que l'hotel situé le plus près du centre ville est le Bucanero à environ une demi-heure de route de la ville.
Je n'y a jamais séjourné mais j'ai lu qu'un taxi de l'hotel vers la ville est d'environ 20 pesos.
Cet hotel est vendu par Sunwing à partir de fin novembre.
La ville de Santiago est très agréable à visiter, surtout pour les amateurs de musique cubaine qui est omniprésente au centre ville. Santiago est une ville très francophile et plusieurs personnes vous offrirons d'être guide en français pour vous faire un tour.

Je suis allée au Bucanero a santiago en avril.
En effet, cest tres pres de la ville,
environ 30 minutes. Ca se fait meme en scooter,
des gens qui étaient avec nous l'ont fait.
Je le recommande tres fortement pour quelqu'un
qui désire visiter et qui ne s'attend pas a du 5 étoiles.
Les chambres sont tres propres, la nourriture acceptable,
et les couts d'activités sont plus qu'abordables.

Il y a aussi le mélia, qui est au centre de la ville,
mais cest moins mon type d'hotel, mais vous pouvez
toujours regarder!
Le Bucanero est situé à 25 minutes de la ville.
La bouffe est ordinaire.
Un taxi coûte $15 pesos aller...et $15 pesos retour.
L'hôtel offre un service d'autobus à chaque jour pour se rendre à la ville.
L'autobus nous laisse au centre ville et nous y reprend à heures fixes.
Le coût est environ $9.50.
ON peut louer une voiture pour $50 par jour je crois
et un scooter pour moitié prix environ.
Il y a des vélos offerts gratuitement. Mais la ville est trop loin pour y aller à vélo. Par contre on peut visiter les alentours avec ce moyen de transport.
Le trajet peut se faire aussi avec les autobus des employés. $1 mais s'attendre à être entassés...à avoir chaud...et à faire d'énormes détours. Et ça dépend des chauffeurs. Si ils acceptent ou pas.
Il y a aussi le Melia en plein centre ville, mais je ne pense pas qu'ils offre le tout inclus....et puis c'est un 5 étoiles....donc très cher. Mais c'est un très bel hôtel. Je connais des gens qui y travaille. La bouffe est excellente.
Santiago offre plusieurs endroits genre Bed&Breakfast...environ $25 par personne incluant le petit déjeuner. Mais ça peut varier le prix, dépendammant de la qualité de la maison, et du temps de la saison. C'est très intéressant à vivre comme expérience. et surtout si un soir vous voulez profiter des discothèques ou spectacles....pas besoin de retourner à l'hotel la nuit. (il fait noir pas mal sur la route).

Personally, I always prepare an envelope with euro bills in different denominations before I leave (they exchange them easily on-site). Here’s my method:
🛏️ For housekeeping: I leave a bill on the pillow every morning since schedules rotate daily.
🍽️ For servers: I always sit at the same table. At the end of the trip, I give an envelope to each server who took care of us daily.
🎉 For entertainment: I set aside an envelope for the animator who put in the most effort and really touched me.

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.
