Je suis relativement nouveau sur ce forum, et je sollicite votre aide...
Je suis actuellement commercial et ma boîte me propose deux postes à pourvoir au Maghreb à savoir un poste de manager à Tunis pour 900€/mois (soit 1 700 TND) ou le même poste à Casablanca pour 1 100€/mois (soit 12 300 MAD).
Personnellement je sais que suis tout à fait capable de m'intégrer que ce soit en Tunisie ou au Maroc (peut importe la situation actuelle) car j'ai déjà vécu en Egypte pendant plusieurs mois et j'ai adoré le lifestyle local. Mon niveau d'arabe est correct, mais il s'agit d'arabe dit "littéraire", assez différent du marocain mais assez proche du tunisien.
Ma réelle question est : Par rapport au coût de la vie, lequel de ces deux choix est le plus avantageux selon vous ? Sachant que ma boîte ne prévoit pas de m'aider au niveau logement... :(
Je vis seul sur place et assez modestement et j'estime qu'il est incohérent de vivre "à la française" dans un pays étranger. Ma boîte paye un A/R en France tous les deux mois et ...basta (ce qui est finalement pas trop mal).
Qu'en pensez vous ? Tous les avis sont bons à prendre :)
Le contrat est français (les sommes mentionnées correspondent à ce qui va réellement tomber dans mes poches : j'ai un crédit assez lourd à rembourser en France...) et comprend par conséquent les mêmes clauses que mon contrat actuel (mutuelle, retraite, prévoyance...)
Je suis né et j'ai grandi au Maroc, maintenant sache que travailler à Casablanca implique que tu vas vivre dans un Métropole, les gens (en majorité) parlent le français.
Maintenant je trouve que ta rémunération est très basse, ton employeur peut proposer au moins 200 € de + / mois.
12 000 DH / moi à Casablanca, c'est correct, mais pas assez pour avoir un train de vie semblable à celui que tu as en France.
Pour la Tunisie, ça devrait être similaire.
Pour la location tout dépend du quartier, pour l'alimentaire tu as les grandes surfaces et les marchés, le déplacement les taxis ce n'est pas ce qui manque.

cela risque de faire très "monacal" sans extras
même si tu ne veux pas vivre à la "francaise" , ton statut de "manager " t'impose de vivre de façon à etre respecté !
A Casa , il faudra s'éloigner du centre pour trouver un logement décent et pas trop cher.
Donc selon vous, ça ne sent pas la bonne affaire... Je pense que je peux avoir une marge de manœuvre pour augmenter le salaire (je ne suis pas commercial pour rien ;) mais je dois pouvoir le justifier : selon vous, quel serait le salaire permettant de vivre correctement avec mon choix de vie (à Tunis et/ou à Casa) ? J'ai bien entendu déjà fait des recherches avant de poster, mais c'est le flou artistique... 🤪
Bon, 12 000 DH c'est bien, je vis en france et je gagne 2500 € / mois, avec ce salaire, je peux rembourser ou epargner tout en vivant correctement au Maroc.
Maintenant tout dépend de ton age, de ton expérience...
Mais si tu compte laisser 400 € au banquier en Fance, il te reste 700 € tu ne vas pas aller loin...
Même un voyage en France va te paraitre impossible.

Les fourchettes sont autour de 1.000 euros nets par personne, minimum, mais c'est plus pour un couple, donc avec économies d'échelle sur le logement. Tu peux regarder les prix des loyers dans des quartiers comme Racine, cela te donnera une idée du cout du logement. Pour un célibataire, je dirais 1.500 euros.
Je vois que je ne vais pas mener un grand train de vie... pas grave ! Le principal n'est pas là (et puis c'est pour une durée d'un an et demi).
Mais pour situer un peu ma motivation, je tenais à dire que je suis relativement jeune (24 ans) et l'opportunité n'est certe pas super-intéressante financièrement mais l'expérience que peut m'apporter le poste (management d'une équipe commerciale de 30 personnes à Tunis ou Casa) est énorme : management d'une grosse équipe + expérience à l'étranger.
Avec l'écroulement partiel de l'activité de ma boîte en Tunisie (avec les derniers évènements), je me dit qu'il y a des choses à faire ! Et d'un autre côté Casablanca à l'air très sympa aussi ! Le choix va être dur !
Malgré les réserves que j'évoquais plus haut, je ne peux te dire qu'un chose ..... vas y , et fonce !
Ce genre d'expériences est unique, et ne peut que valoriser un CV !
Je te conseille la tunisie.C'est agréable à vivre.tu auras un studio pour 250euros dans un qurtier residentiel;et le reste tu vivras comme une petite princesse..c'est suffisant meme...bienvenue

A mon avis tous les indices sont à la coté de la Tunisie, niveau de vie, climat, liberté, et surtout le grand nombre des résidents français en Tunisie sans oublier le grand nombre de propriétaires français des sociétés offshores installées au en Tunisie.
Le choix reste toujours a vous et je vous souhaite bonne résidence à notre Grand Maghreb quelque soit le pays.
Finalement mon choix s'est porté sur Tunis. Même si la situation actuelle n'est pas évidente je pense que ça ne sera pas un obstacle à mon intégration (enfin en tout cas je l'espère!). J'ai réussi à obtenir une prime de logement de 230€/mois, et j'ai plusieurs possibilités de logements pas chers (les apparts des expats qui ont fuis ??) sur Carthage et Tunis.
J'arriverai aux alentours du 10 mars, j'ai hâte !

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
