Tous les holes que tu cites je les ai vu chez Marsans. Nous au départ on avait opté pour le kanténah (qui a l'air super) mais il est un peu trop éloigné de playa del carmen alors on va chercher plus prés. La chaine riu a l'air super (d'aprés ce forum) mais je ne l'ai vu sur aucun catalogue mis à ma disposition (marsans, empreinte, air transat, lookéa, havas...) .
Nous pour l'instant on cherche des gens ayant séjourné à l'allegro
hello, je connais un coupke qui a séjourné à l'Allegro en début 2003.
Hotel correct sans plus, et à l'époque en renovation.
D'après eux, tout juste un 3*, mais comme ce sont des ultra-sédentaires, ils sont dans l'incapacité de formuler des conseils pour les autres hotels de la zone.
Il est exact que les tour-opérateurs français ont une offre bien limitée sur cette zone.
C'est pour cela, que je rech des infos pour trouver un vrai bel hotel 4 ou 5*, bien placé, bon standing et belle plage (je deteste me baigner en piscine, lorsque je suis au bord de l'océan)
Je ne passe jamais par un tour-opérateur français, je réserve mes hotels, voitures et avions en direct par internet, c'est plus une question de liberté que de prix d'ailleurs.
les personnes que tu connais qui ont séjourné à l'allegro ont trouvé la plage comment? coté restauration? coté animation? Merci si tu peux me répondre car nous auusi on part avec un ado de 15 ans et je ne voudrais pas faire le mauvais choix!
Par contre peux tu nous dire sur quel site tu vas pour réserver tes voyages,
il parait que le gala est pas mal et l'iberostar aussi, il sont un peu + chèr que les autres..Dommage pour nous que le kantenah est un peu trop loin de playa del carmen car il avit l'air d'être pas mal du tout
pour l'allegro, la plage devait être correct car pas eu d'echos négatif.
Les points négatifs concernaient le standing de l'hotel plutot un 3 qu'un 4.
Le Gala me semble bien, et il est proposé par kuoni en France.
Moi je me débrouille avec anyway ou travelprice pour les vols qui sont la priorité surtout pour les vacances de fevrier.
J'ai acheté les vols sur Continental (via Houston) pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant de 12 ans au prix de 1750 E ttc.
Il ya avait un peu moins ccher mais avec une attente de 5h30 à NY, pas d'interet.
Pour les hotels: Hoteldicount ou les autres sites c'est pas mal, sachant que en passant directement par l'hotel via internet, tuas parfois des prix encore plus intéressants.
Pour les voitures Alamo ou hertz, via internet.
Je n'ai jamais eu de probleme pour les paiments en lignes.
Mais ce la ne solutionne toujoiurs pas mon problème d'hotel, le Gala si je ne trouve rien d'autre?
Bonjour albundy, si tu veux une plage sans coraux, tu dois aller dans la zone Playa del Carmen ou Playacar, tu nommes qques bons hotels dont: Reef Club Playacar un petit 4* plus tranquille car hotel plus petit 200 quelques chambres, Iberostar 4 1/2* très très bien mais plus cher, Gala 5 * très très bien encore plus cher, et le Barcelo 4 1/2* qui est aussi très très bien. Le Kantenagh Palladium est excellent aussi mais des coraux dans la mer !, il y a aussi le Copacabana 4* qui est très très bien. Quand à mon choix personnel puisque nous y allons 2 sem. nous avons choisi le Reef Club Playacar, nous n'aimons pas les gros complexes de + de 300-400 chambres c'est moins intime, nous l'avons aussi choisi pour sa plage et le prix puisque nous savons que nous allons faire plein d'activités et de choses à visiter. J'espère que cela t'aide un peu plus. Bon Voyage.

Personally, I always prepare an envelope with euro bills in different denominations before I leave (they exchange them easily on-site). Here’s my method:
🛏️ For housekeeping: I leave a bill on the pillow every morning since schedules rotate daily.
🍽️ For servers: I always sit at the same table. At the end of the trip, I give an envelope to each server who took care of us daily.
🎉 For entertainment: I set aside an envelope for the animator who put in the most effort and really touched me.

For my husband's 50th birthday, we're going to Mombasa for 10 days and 8 nights in March 2026.
I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)

2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.

A ce jour elles n apparaissent plus sur mon compte Booking , j en ai informé par mail le service clients mais ce dernier ne repond pas ...donc impossible d annuler ces reservations....Quelqu un a t il connu ce probleme et l a t il resolu ???
