Comme vous pouvez le lire j'ai le projet de monter mon propre hôtel avec des chambres a thèmes (genre: chambre a thèmes asiatique, afriquaine et même faire une chambre aquarium ......) mais avant tous je voudrais savoir si vous pensez que sa pourrez plaire aux Allemands car sa sera en Allemagne plus prècisement à l'Est .
Ensuite est-ce-qu'il y a des personnes qui sont propriétaire d'hôtel et qui pourrez me donnez des tuyaux au niveaux des aides pour la création d'entreprise, et de tous se qui pourrez me servir (sachant que je suis francaise a l'origine)je sais que c'est un peu dur 😕 .

perso, je trouve que c'est une très bonne idée. Comme tu le dis dans ton poste, se mettre à son compte n'est pas toujours facile... Il y a tellement de facteurs à considérer.
Je suis également à mon compte en Allemagne. En premier lieu, je peux te donner les conseils suivants:
prends le temps de bien étudier et préparer ton projet à fond! Il faut que tout soit clair et précis, en détail...
fais-toi aider! Rares sont les gens qui y arrivent tout seul, tout simplement parce qu'il faut avoir des connaissances dans tellement de domaines!!!
Parles-tu allemand couramment? et ou en es-tu dans tes préparatifs?
Quel est ton statut actuel? Il existe pas mal d'aides pour lancer ce genre de projets en Allemagne.Mais il faut bien se renseigner à l'avance.
Si tu as des questions précises, n'hésites pas. Mais je trouve ton idée originale et bien.
Il y a une Allemagne de l'Est même s'il n'y a plus de RDA..... 🙂

Je sais pourquoi vous me dite sa pour le titre, mais pour vous informer j'avais ecrit 'monter un hotel a themes' et je l'avais mis dans la rubrique Allemagne mais les modérateur mon mis dans une autre catégorie (d'ailleurs merci 😉) avec un autre titre et je suis au courant qu'il n'y a plus de RDA.

alors je suis actuellement a mon compte mais je n'ai rien fait, toutes les démarches et autres on était faite par mon mari mais celui-ci n'est pas trop d'accord pour mon projet car il pense que ce n'est pas dans les habitudes de vouloir dormir autour de milliers de poisson ou n'importe, donc je voudrais lui montrer que je ne suis pas seule folle a rêver de dormir aux iles Fidji alors que je suis en Allemagne.
Enfin j'espere que je ne suis pas la seul 😕.
Et pour de ce qui est de la langue je débute mais apprend vite.
Mon projet est au stade de choix des thémes et emplacement géographique pour pouvoir après voir combien financièrement que je devrais prévoir pour voir le jour de mon projet.

Il y a une Allemagne de l'Est, comme il y en a une du Nord, du Sud, de l'Ouest.
"Allemagne de l'Est" pour désigner la République Démocratique Allemande n'a jamais été qu'un raccouci un peu abusif ; le pays ne s'est jamais appelé ainsi.
je voudrais juste donner mon avis sur le sujet Allemagne de l'Est et Allemagne de l'Ouest.
Il y a bien une Allemagne de l'Est... Bien sûr, au niveau géographique... C'est logique. Dresden est bien située dans la partie Est de l'Allemagne, par exemple.
Mais il y a encore et surtout une différence entre les deux anciennes allemagnes.
Bien sur que le pays est réunifié. Et ce depuis vingt ans maintenant. Mais de grandes différences entre l'allemagne de l'ouest et l'allemagne de l'est persistent... Et ce à plusieurs niveaux: au sein de la société, au niveau de la mentalité, des habitudes de vie, de la langue etc...

plutôt que de débattre à savoir si il est logique ou non que certaines personnes utilisent encore le terme Allemagne de l'Est, il est plus intéressant de savoir justement comment ce sujet est vu et vécu par les allemands eux-memes.
Et la réalité est bien que les allemands utilisent encore le terme d'Allemagne de l'Est... Les différences existent bien encore! Et beaucoup de personnes font volontairement la différence entre ces deux parties de l'Allemagne.
Car meme si cela fait déjà 20 ans que l'Allemagne est réunifiée, il faudra encore du temps et des générations pour qu'il n'y ai plus de différences entre les deux.
En général, les allemands de l'Est sont fiers de toujours préciser qu'ils viennent de l'ancienne DDR. Ils le proclament haut et fort et ne sont pas encore prêts à devenir "allemands"... De l'autre côté, les allemands de l'ouest se refusent encore bien souvent à intégrer les anciens allemands de l'est à leur Allemagne... Ils leur reprochent encore de leur avoir couter cher...
C'est un problème et un phénomène de société qui est très intéressant...
De même, et pour en revenir au sujet du poste de Amaryllis, il est important de savoir si elle veut ouvrir son hotel en Allemagne de l'Ouest, ou bien à l'Est. Car cela fait des différences...
Une autre remarque: un allemand qui va faire un voyage à Marseille dira bien qu'il part en France du Sud...

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
