Bonjour à tous, tout d'abord, j'ai été étonné de voir beaucoup de bons avis sur cette île, seulement, j'ai entendu une seule fois une personne qui n'avait pas apprécié ce paradis (entre rêve et réalité...)
Ensuite, je fais appelle aux connaisseurs de l'île, car en fait, je vais partir la bas dans 3 ou 4 mois pour 3 ans (sauf cas contraire). Mon appel est pour les logements. Je serai certainement à Nouméa ( ou Koné). Les logements sont-ils durs à trouver; chers, en bon état (coorects), grands, petits, ...
Et dernière question, ici en france, j'ai un salaire d'environ 10.000 frs (1500€), à combien estimez-vous l'équivalent pour vivre dessement à deux. (en gros 10.000 ff équivaux à combien là-bas pour un rythnme de vie identique)
Tu voulais des renseignements pour les logements, voilà tout ce que j'ai récolté comme info à force de trainer sur les sites de nouméa :
les logement son plus cher dans la ville même de nouméa, il faut compter en moyenne
pour un studio = 60 000 F CFP
pour un F2 = 100 000 F CFP
Après ce ne sont que des moyennes! Mais il est certain qu'il est préférable (si tu as un voiture) de louer qlq chose en dehors de la ville même = moins cher!
Si tu vas là bas, c'est pour le travail ou tu compte chercher sur place?
On m'a décourager en me disant que sans un BAC +4 je n'arriverais à rien...j'ai un peu peur maintenant!
Pour ton salaire, je pense qu'il sera équivalent

Pour répondre à tes questions, oui j'ai déjà vécu là-bas avec mes parents quand j'étais plus petite et ça me manque vraiment!
Je suis une jeunette moi, je passe mon bac STT cette année (sans ça je ne pars pas!) après j'hésite entre faire un BTS en alternance à nouméa ou chercher un job direct.
le truc c'est que je n'ai pas envie de vivre aux crochets de ma grand-mère....Et même si je ne gagne que le SMIC je m'en fou du moment que j'ai un toit et à manger!
J'irais donc à Païta puisse que c'est la que vit ma grand-mère et je pesne rester dans les environs après.
Si j'ai envie de partir c'est parce que la qualité de vie en Nouvelle Calédonie est bien meilleure qu'en France et aussi parce que je préfère toucher un petit salaire mais être au paradis plutot que de rester en France pr gagner 1000fr en plus! Après chancun ses priorités!

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
